金银花（五钱） 当归（二两） 大黄 花粉 连翘（各五钱） 牡蛎 皂角刺（各三钱）
黄芩 赤芍（各一钱） 朴硝（五钱） 酒、水各半煎服。
当归 泽泻（各五钱） 桃仁 苏木 丹皮 川芎 红花（各三钱） 酒、水各半，煎八
分服。若口闭者，撬开灌之，即苏。如现各经症，加引经药。
〔第一方〕
羌活 天麻 防风 白芷 白附子 制南星（各五钱） 焙干为末。每用五钱。加童便
老酒各一杯煎。再冲七厘散或活命丹一厘服。立效。
〔第二方〕 此药只可服一帖，不可多服。
归尾 乳香 没药 五加皮（各五钱） 生地 乌药 红花 泽兰 苏木 赤芍 元胡索
（各四钱） 桃仁 川断（各三钱） 木通 木香 细辛 肉桂（去皮）各二钱 上各秤足，
用童便一碗，老酒二碗，共煎至一碗，冲活命丹一厘服。又将渣用水二碗，
煎一碗，仍冲活命
丹一厘服。
〔第三方〕 十服十帖，多服更妙。
归身 白术 炙黄 川断 酒炒白芍 白茯苓 酒炒骨碎补（各三钱） 人参 川芎
（各二钱） 熟地（一钱） 炙草（八分） 水煎服。
治跌打损伤将死之症，灌之即醒。
用男女尿桶溺壶白片， 红 醋淬七次，研末。已死者勿移动。若口闭者，撬开用药末
三分，陈酒冲灌下，吐出恶血，即可活矣。若移动过，不治。又方∶损伤吐血死者，服之神
效。金银花根捣碎取汁，加童便热酒冲服，渣敷患处。
Flos Lonicerae (Wujin) Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Liang) Rhizoma Coptidis Flos Chrysanthemi Indici (Ge Wujin) Ostreum Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis (Ge Sanchen) Fructus Scutellariae Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Ge Yiqian) Natrii Sulfas (Wujin) Decoct with half wine and half water for administration.
Radix Angelicae Sinensis Rhizoma Alismatis (Ge Wujin) Semen Persicae Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae Cortex Moutan Radix Chuanxiong Flos Carthami Tinctorii (Ge Sanchen) Decoct with half wine and half water until reduced to eight-tenths volume for administration. If the patient has locked jaws, pry them open and administer the medicine; they will regain consciousness immediately. If symptoms of various meridians appear, add guiding herbs to direct the action to the respective meridians.

Rhizoma Notopterygii Radix Gastrodiae Blumeae Ramulus Saposhnikoviae Radix Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Typhonii Gigantei Prepared Rhizoma Arisaematis (Ge Wujin) Bake until dry and grind into powder. Use five qian each time. Decoct with one cup of child's urine and one cup of aged wine. Then mix in Qili San or Huoming Dan one li for administration. Immediate effect.
[Second Formula] This medicine should only be taken for one dose; do not take more.
Cauda Radicis Angelicae Sinensis Resina Olibani Resina Myrrhae Cortex Acanthopanacis Senticosi (Ge Wujin) Radix Rehmanniae Recens Fructus Linderae Flos Carthami Tinctorii Herba Lycopi Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae Radix Paeoniae Rubrae Radix Corydalis Bungeanae (Ge Siqian) Semen Persicae Radix Dipsaci Cortex Cinnamomi (Peel removed) Ge Erqian Weigh all ingredients accurately. Use one bowl of child's urine and two bowls of aged wine, decoct together until one bowl remains, mix in one li of Huoming Dan for administration. Take the dregs, add two bowls of water, decoct until one bowl remains, still mix in one li of Huoming Dan for administration.

Treats critical conditions caused by falls and blows where death seems imminent; administering this will revive them.
Use the white precipitate from urinals of men and women (Ren Zhong Bai), quench it in vinegar seven times, then grind into powder. Do not move a deceased person.
