黄芩（二两） 桑白皮（一两）
上为末，每服三钱，灯芯汤食后送下。
苍术（一两） 青盐（五钱） 香附子（一两） 夜明砂（一两，水澄，去砂石）
上为末，蜜丸，每服三十丸盐汤送下。
苍术（一两） 黄连（一两） 熟地黄（一两）
上为末，蜜丸，每服三十丸，食后盐汤送下。
石燕（一个）用碗磨水点之，常以黄连水洗，又摘去眼内倒睫拳毛，用石燕水搽之。
南星（二钱，为末） 生地黄（五钱，研） 加大黄（有验）
上为末，用鸡子清调，点太阳穴，以纸隔药。
荆芥（一两） 地龙（五钱，去土） 大黄（五钱，炮） 蔓荆子（一两） 甘草（五钱，炙）
上为末，每服二钱，食后茶清下。
甘草（一两，炙） 生地黄（一两） 山栀子（一两，去壳）
上 咀，每酒水各半盏同煎，食后服。
防风（一两） 川芎（五钱） 甘草（五钱，炙） 当归（五钱）
上为末，食后米汤调下。
栀子（二两） 全蝎（五个） 薄荷（包，炒） 川乌（五钱，生）
上为末，酒糊丸，每服十丸，食后葱汤下。
Forsythiae Fructus (Huangqin, 黄芩) (2 liang) and Morus Albae Cortex (Sangbaipi, 桑白皮) (1 liang).
Grind the above into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, administered after meals with a decoction of Juncus effusus (Dengxincao, 灯芯草).
Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu, 苍术) (1 liang), Halitum (Qingyan, 青盐) (5 qian), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi, 香附子) (1 liang), and Nyctibiidae Faeces (Yemingcha, 夜明砂) (1 liang, clarified with water to remove sand and gravel impurities).
Grind the above into powder, form pills with honey. Take 30 pills per dose, administered with salt water.
Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu, 苍术) (1 liang), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) (1 liang), and Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudihuang, 熟地黄) (1 liang).
Grind the above into powder, form pills with honey. Take 30 pills per dose, administered with salt water after meals.
Borax (Pengsha), Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian, 冰片) (a small amount), added with Natrii Sulfas Crystallisatus (Puxiao, 朴硝).
Grind the above into powder, use for instillation into the eyes.
Swallow Stone (Shiyan, 石燕) (one piece): Grind in a bowl with water and instill into the eyes. Regularly wash the eyes with Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) water. Additionally, for inverted eyelashes and curled trichiasis within the eye, apply Shiyan water to the affected area.
Arisaema Cum Bile (Nanxing, 南星) (2 qian, ground into powder), Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) (5 qian, crushed), plus Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) (clinically verified effective).
Grind the above into powder, mix with egg white (Jizi Qing, 鸡子清), apply to the Taiyang acupoint (Taiyang, 太阳), using paper as a barrier between the medicine and the skin.
Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie, 荆芥) (1 liang), Pheretima (Dilong, 地龙) (5 qian, free from soil), prepared Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) (5 qian), Viticis Fructus (Manjingzi, 蔓荆子) (1 liang), and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (5 qian, roasted).
Grind the above into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, administered after meals with clear tea liquor.
Roasted Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (1 liang), Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) (1 liang), and Gardeniae Fructus (Shanzhizi, 山栀子) (1 liang, shell removed).
Cut into pieces. Decoct with half a cup of wine and half a cup of water. Take after meals.
Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风) (1 liang), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎) (5 qian), roasted Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (5 qian), and Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) (5 qian).
Grind the above into powder. Take after meals, mixed with rice soup.
Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi, 栀子) (2 liang), Scorpio (Quanxie, 全蝎) (5 individuals), Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe, 薄荷) (wrapped, stir-fried), and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu, 川乌) (5 qian, raw).
Grind the above into powder, form pills with wine paste. Take 10 pills per dose, administered with scallion soup after meals.
Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 细辛), Carthami Flos (Honghua, 红花), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎) (3 qian), raw Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) (5 qian), and Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) (each 5 qian).
Cut into pieces. Decoct with half water and half wine. Take warm.
Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix (Fangji, 防己) (1 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (5 qain), and Tribuli Fructus (Bajili, 白蒺藜) (1 liang).
Grind the above into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with plain boiled water.
