治妇人，男子风肿痒痛，翳障，烂眩，气眼，流泪、昏暗。
川芎 石膏（炒） 防风 石决明 羌活 木贼 甘草（五钱） 薄荷 甘菊花
上各一两，为末，每服二钱，茶清调下。
附子（煨） 川椒（酒浸） 山药 茴香（各一两） 青盐（五钱） 黄 （一两）
上为末，用猪腰子一副，研烂，面糊为丸，每服三十丸，荆芥煎汤调下，酒亦可。
石决明 白术 防风 石膏（ ） 蒺藜（炒） 青皮 甘草 蝉蜕 青葙子 旋复花 白僵蚕 蛇蜕 川芎 车
前子 羌活 木贼（各二两） 人参（五钱）
上为末，蜜丸如弹子大，细嚼，青皮煎汤下。如烂眩，诃子汤下。治男妇老幼诸般翳障，血灌瞳仁，泪出不止，赤
筋侵睛。
治气眼泪出。
木贼（二两，去节） 防风 川白芷 草决明（炒） 轻粉（炒） 苍术（制过） 荆芥 夜明砂
上各等分，为末，糊丸，薄荷煎汤下，茶清下亦可。
治眼肿。
芦荟 甘草 牛膝 柏子仁 细辛 人参 羚羊角
上各等分，为末，蜜丸，每服二十丸，茶清送下。
治妇人血风，烂眩眼。
川芎 香附子 防风 甘草 细辛 杏仁 枸杞子 苍术 荆芥 蝉蜕（炒，去头足） 菊花 赤芍药
上各等分，为末，蜜丸，盐汤茶清俱可下，每服十五丸。
Treats women and men for wind-induced eyelid swelling, itching, and pain, as well as visual obstructions (cataracts/opacities), blurred vision (lan xuan), wind-sensitive eye conditions (qi yan), excessive tearing, and dim vision.
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, stir-fried), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Abalone Shell (Shijueming), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Equiseti Herba (Muzei), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, each 5 qian), Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe), Chrysanthemi Flos (Ganjuju).
The above herbs are each taken in amounts of 1 liang, ground into fine powder. Each dose is 2 qian, mixed and taken with clear tea.
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, baked), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuanjiao, soaked in wine), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao), Foeniculi Fructus (Huixiang, each 1 liang), Halitum (Qingyan), Astragali Radix (Huangqi, 1 liang).
The above herbs are ground into powder. One pig kidney is mashed and used with wheat paste to form pills. Each dose is 30 pills, taken with decoction of Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie); taking with wine is also acceptable.
Abalone Shell (Shijueming), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Tribuli Fructus (Jili, stir-fried), Aurantii Fructus (Qingpi), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Bombyx Batryticatus (Chantui), Celosiae Semen (Qingxiangzi), Inulae Flos (Xuanjinfhua), Bombyx Alboluteus (Baijiangcan), Serpentis Shed Skin (Shetui), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Plantaginis Seed (Cheqianzi), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Equiseti Herba (Muzei, each 2 liang), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 5 qian).
The above herbs are ground into powder and formed into honey pills the size of a bullet. Chew thoroughly and take with decoction of Aurantii Fructus (Qingpi). For blurred vision (lan xuan), take with Decoction of Chebulae Fructus (Hezi). Treats various types of visual obstructions (cataracts/opacities) in men, women, old, and young; blood flooding the pupil (hyphema/congestion); unremitting tearing; and red vessels invading the cornea.
Treats tearing caused by wind-sensitive eye conditions (qi yan).
Equiseti Herba (Muzei, 2 liang, remove nodes), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Chuanbaizhi), Cassiae Semen (Caojue ming, stir-fried), Calomelas (Qingfen, stir-fried), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu, processed), Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie), Vespertilionis Faeces (Yeming sha).
The above herbs are taken in equal parts, ground into powder, and formed into pills using paste. Take with decoction of Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe); taking with clear tea is also acceptable.
Treats eyelid swelling.
Aloe (Luhui), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Platycladi Semen (Baiziren), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Saiga Tataricae Cornu (Lingyangjiao).
The above herbs are taken in equal parts, ground into powder, and formed into honey pills. Each dose is 20 pills, taken with clear tea.
Treats blood-wind syndrome in women causing blurred vision eye conditions.
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren), Lycii Fructus (Gouqizi), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie), Bombyx Batryticatus (Chantui, stir-fried, remove head and feet), Chrysanthemi Flos (Juhua), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishao).
The above herbs are taken in equal parts, ground into powder, and formed into honey pills. Take with salt water or clear tea, whichever is preferred. Each dose is 15 pills.
