上为末，搐鼻中。
退赤眼翳障。
凌霄花 闹羊花 苓苓香
上各一钱，为末，少许搐鼻中。
治气虚弱，头风，冷热昏疼，生翳障。
甜瓜子 地骨皮 牡丹皮 蝉蜕 黄芩 龙胆草 白术 苍术 菊花
上各等分，为末，每服一钱，荆芥汤下。
治翳障赤眼、 肉侵睛、攀睛。
青葙子 木贼 白芷 甘草 蝉蜕 楮实子 草决明 石决明 羌活 川芎 白蒺藜
上各等分，为末，每服一钱，食后茶清或酒下俱可。
治膀胱或左或右有冷气上攻，眼目赤腺，横睛作痛。
夏枯草（二两） 木贼（一两） 甘草（五钱）
上为末，每服一钱，薄荷煎汤下，或茶清亦可。
治膀胱冷气上攻，眼目昏涩。
茴香 枳壳（去穣） 破故纸（炒） 金铃子 芎须（一两） 茯苓 川芎（炮）
上为末，每服一钱，木通、黄连、生地黄、茴香煎汤下，酒下亦可。
治老人赤眼不退。
茯苓 人参 赤芍药 栀子 甘草 麦门冬 藿香 瞿麦（各二两） 连翘（三两）
治妇人血风烂眩，或产后月水不调，痛不可忍，撞打血攻瞳仁，散血行风。孕妇不可服。
茯苓 甘草 茴香 肉桂 生地黄 川芎 蒲黄 木香 白芷 玄胡索 当归 赤芍药
上各等分，为末，每服三钱，酒调下，煎亦可。
Treats headache and eye swelling.
Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 5 qian) Zhangnao (Borneol, a small amount) Shexiang (Musk, a small amount)
Grind the above into powder and insufflate into the nose.
Treats red eyes and corneal opacity (nebula).
Lingxiaohua (Campsis Radix) Yaoyanghua (Yangtoxic Flower, Datura Metel) Linglingxiang (Agastache Rugosa)
Take one qian of each, grind into powder, and insufflate a small amount into the nose.
Muzei (Equiseti Herba) Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos)
Treats head wind caused by Qi deficiency, dizziness and pain alternating between cold and heat, and the formation of corneal opacity.
Tian Guazi (Melon Seed) Digupi (Phellodendri Cortex) Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex) Chantui (Cicada Slough) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) Longdancao (Gentianae Radix) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos)
Take equal parts of the above, grind into powder, take one qian per dose, and swallow with Jingjie Decoction.
Treats corneal opacity, red eyes, and pterygium (fleshy growth invading the pupil).
Qingxiangzi (Celosiae Semen) Muzei (Equiseti Herba) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) Chantui (Cicada Slough) Chushizi (Broussonetiae Fructus) Caojueming (Cassiae Semen) Shijueming (Abalone Shell) Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) Baijili (Tribuli Fructus)
Take equal parts of the above, grind into powder, take one qian per dose, and swallow with clear tea or wine after meals; both methods are acceptable.
Treats cold qi attacking from the bladder region to the left or right upwards, causing red and swollen eyes and pain upon lateral movement of the eyeballs.
Xiakucao (Prunellae Spica, 2 liang) Muzei (Equiseti Herba, 1 liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 5 qian)
Grind the above into powder, take one qian per dose, and swallow with Bohe Decoction, or with clear tea is also acceptable.
Treats cold qi attacking from the bladder upwards, causing blurry and dry eyes.
Huixiang (Foeniculi Fructus) Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, remove the pulp) Poguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus, stir-fried) Jinlingzi (Meliae Semen) Xiongxu (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1 liang) Fuling (Poria) Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, processed)
Grind the above into powder, take one qian per dose, and swallow with Tongmu, Huanglian, Sheng Dihuang, and Huixiang Decoction; swallowing with wine is also acceptable.
Treats persistent red eyes in the elderly.

Treats women's blood wind causing rotting vertigo, or irregular menstruation postpartum with unbearable pain, or trauma causing blood stasis to attack the pupil; it disperses blood and moves wind. Pregnant women must not take this.
