上各为末，蜜丸，每丸重一钱，茶清下。昏蒙，当归汤下；气障，木香汤下；
妇人血晕，当归汤下。不问好嗜，热酒失明与气昏失明俱效。

皂角 硼砂 海螵蛸 白丁香（七个） 冰片
上为末，以黄蜡和为大饼子，如用时，针刺在火上炙，溶作小饼子，在眼翳上半日，用水盏照眼，其翳即随药落下

The above herbs are each ground into powder, formed into pills with honey, each pill weighing one qian, taken orally with clear tea. For blurred vision, take with Danggui Decoction; for Qi obstruction, take with Muxiang Decoction;
for blood syncope in women, take with Danggui Decoction. Effective regardless of the cause of blindness, whether due to addiction, hot wine, or Qi stagnation.
Specifically treats nebula.
Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Zaojiao, 皂角), Borax (Pengsha, 硼砂), Cuttlebone (Haipiaoxiao, 海螵蛸), White Starling Droppings (Baodingxiang, 白丁香) [seven pieces], Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian, 冰片).
The above herbs are ground into powder, mixed with yellow beeswax to form large cakes. When needed, pierce with a needle, roast over fire until melted into small cakes, apply to the eye nebula for half a day, shine a cup of water against the eye, and the nebula will fall off with the medicine into the water.
