忽然被打触成冤，变成内障泪涟涟。赤肿侵睛为病久，三光不见苦忧煎。雷头证，岂安

Black flower-like nebulae appear in the vision, and the eyeballs often turn cyan. The root cause of this disease lies in the Kidney Meridian. Indulgence in diet accompanied by a constant bitter taste in the mouth indicates the stagnation of Gallbladder Qi with Wind-Heat. Such a syndrome is not mild; taking ordinary medicines casually will not bring peace. One must take Liangdan Wan (Cooling Gallbladder Pill) to clear Gallbladder heat while simultaneously tonifying the Kidney, so that one might hope to see the Three Lights (Sun, Moon, and Stars).
This represents Liver Heat and Kidney Deficiency. It is suitable to take Sanhua Wuzi Wan (Three Flowers and Five Seeds Pill), Zhuxue San (Blood-Promoting Powder), Erdi San (Two Earths Powder), and Huoxue San (Blood-Activating Powder).

Congenital infantile cataracts are extremely difficult to treat. At birth, light perception is dim even under a lamp. Even if a skilled physician applies medicine, proper nursing and care are the best approach, which is truly sorrowful.

The suffering of Thunder Head Syndrome is far from peaceful; stopping pain should not rely on previous methods. When will one be able to see light again? Even the God of Creation would pity such a fate.
This is caused by Upper Heat and Lower Deficiency, hence this disease arises, and it is difficult to treat.
