Treat irregular menstruation (Yue Shi Bu Li). Fever, abdominal pain. Hernia (Shan). Vulvar swelling. Difficulty in lactation. Fetus rushing to the heart. Pain causing inability to breathe. Qi rushing to the lower back, lumbar pain preventing flexion and extension. Acupoint: Qichong (ST30).
Treat amenorrhea in women. Acupoint: Huiyin (CV1).
Treat cessation of menstrual pulse. Acupoint: Guanyuan (CV4).

Treat irregular menstruation, or sudden obstruction. Abdominal fullness. Urinary difficulty and heavy/weak limbs. Fever and breast difficulty. Fetus rushing to the heart. If the placenta is retained, all Qi becomes chaotic.
Treat continuous menstruation. Moxa on the green vessels at the white flesh margin below the medial malleolus. Number of cones depends on age (Sui Nian Zhuang).

Treat women with involuntary discharge of green fluid. Mid-body pain radiating to the lower abdomen. Constipation. Internal injury by cold-dampness. Acupoint: Xiabao (BL34).
Treat menstruation continuing beyond its time. Acupoint: Yinbai (SP1). Pricking leads to immediate cure.
Treat menstrual irregularity in women. Amenorrhea every month. Male seminal emission. Residual urine after voiding. Prick the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian. The Shaoyin meridian is located at the arterial pulse below the medial malleolus.
Treat obstruction of meridians in women. Acupoints: Quchi (LI11), Zhigou (TE6), Sanli (ST36), Sanyinjiao (SP6).
If meridians are obstructed and blocked, applying reducing method will immediately unblock them. If meridians are deficient and exhausted, applying reinforcing method will strengthen the meridians, allowing flow.

Treat blood obstruction (from Weisheng Baojian). Prick Huiyin (CV1) to a depth of 2 cun. Retain needle for seven breaths. Moxa 3 cones.
