Wang Shi states: *Qian Jin Fang* considers that eating much yet becoming thin is named "Shi Hui" (Food Obscurity). First select Pi Shu (BL-20), then select acupoints at the costal margin. It also states: For anyone with heavy body, inability to eat, loss of taste, and propensity to lie down, needle the Tai Cang point (Zhongwan CV-12) in the stomach region, and administer Jianzhong Tang (Cinnamon Twig Decoction) and Pingwei Wan (Stomach-Pingging Pill). Modern people suffering from hypersomnia, or those whose spleen becomes fatigued after meals, desiring to lie down but unable to do so comfortably—should not moxibustion be applied? I administered moxibustion on Zhongwan (CV-12) and Gaohuang (BL-43) to patients, and they ceased feeling fatigued. Therefore, I record this here.
