Take *Lagochilus* herb (Ye Lang Ya) three liang. Coarsely crush it. Add four sheng of water. Boil until half a sheng remains. Strain to remove the dregs. Add vinegar (Ku Jiu) equivalent in size to a chicken egg yolk. Mix with one cup of freshly boiled hot water until completely dissolved.
This formula is used for cauterizing and eroding foul flesh.
Treats vaginal ulcers in women.
Apply sulfur powder directly onto the ulcer. It will heal immediately.
Treats hemorrhoids growing inside the vagina of women. Any fleshy protrusion from the nine orifices is termed "hemorrhoid" (Zhi).
Use seven Aconite roots (Wu Tou). Calcine them to preserve their properties. Place them in a small clay pot and quench with sour vinegar. Fumigate the area while hot. Once the temperature is tolerable, wash the area; this is effective.
Washing Formula: Treats "Eggplant Disease" (referring to external genital warts or prolapsed tissues resembling an eggplant).
Boil eggplant peel, Alum (Bai Fan), *Toona sinensis* root (Ma Chun Tou Gen), Mirabilite (Pu Xiao), and *Lycopus lucidus* (Ze Lan) in water for fumigation and washing. Adding a small amount of calcined slag (Duan Shi) is excellent.
Topical Application: Treats "Eggplant Disease".
Grind Mirabilite (Pu Xiao) into powder. Mix with the distillate from burning yellow jujube wood (*Vitex negundo*) and apply topically. Alternatively, apply thick iron rust water.
Another Formula: Treats "Eggplant Disease".
Take one liang of sulfur. Take one large carp. Remove scales and head. Insert the medicine into the fish body. Wrap in old paper. Seal firmly with yellow mud. Roast over fire until smoke ceases. Grind into powder. Form pills using rice paste.
Severe Restlessness
Treats "Eggplant Disease" accompanied by persistent mental restlessness. Yellow discharge is easy to treat; white discharge is difficult to cure. (From *Wei Shi Fang*)
Grind raw Aurantium fruit (Sheng Zhi Ke) into a powder. Use for fumigation and washing. Then, wrap the dregs of the Zhi Ke in silk cloth and insert them into the vagina. The condition will gradually subside.
Treats ulcers occurring during childbirth in women.
Take seeds of *Abelmoschus manihot* (Dong Kui Zi). The patient swallows one seed. It can be taken as a single dose after decoction.
For virgins engaging in intercourse, where the male organ acts unnaturally or is injured by other objects, causing continuous dripping blood.
Grind soot from the bottom of a cauldron (Fu Di Mo) with sesame oil and apply to the affected area.
Another Formula
Burn green cloth and human hair, grind into powder, and apply. This is highly effective.
Formula for treating laxity and coldness of the Yumen (vaginal opening).
Decoct sulfur powder and use the liquid for washing.
Treats coldness of the yin, itching and obstruction of the Zimen (cervix/vaginal introitus).
Take four liang of Chinese Gall (Wu Bei Zi), grind into fine powder. For each use, mix with saliva to form pills the size of rabbit droppings. Insert into the vaginal introitus. Heat sensation indicates efficacy.
Formula for treating immediate bleeding after intercourse in women.
Cinnamon Heart (Gui Xin) and Longtan Soil (Fu Long Gan), two fen each. Grind into powder. Take with wine using a square-inch measure (Fang Cun Bi). The disease will resolve.
Another Formula: Treats unbearable pain during sexual intercourse. (From *Da Quan Liang Fang*)
Take six fen of Coptis Rhizome (Huang Lian), four fen of Achyranthes Root (Niu Xi), and four fen of Licorice Root (Gan Cao). Finely cut these three ingredients. Decoct in four sheng of water until two sheng remain. Use to wash the area. Apply three to four times daily. The disease will resolve.
Treats bleeding that does not stop due to unnatural intercourse in young girls. (From *Da Quan Liang Fang*)
Apply fresh blood from a rooster's comb.
Treats Yin Cold Disease. (From *Ben Cao*)
Grind Clove (Ding Xiang) into powder. Sew into a gauze bag the thickness of a little finger. Insert into the vagina. The disease will cease.
Treats itching and pain of the vulva after childbirth.
Decoct bark of the Locust Tree (Huai Pi) and use for soaking and washing.
Treats vaginal ulcers in women. (From *Ben Cao*)
Pound *Dianthus superbus* (Qu Mai) and apply externally.
Treats swelling of vaginal ulcers in women.
Boil *Populus euphratica* (Luo Yan Mu) with *Ailanthus altissima* (Chun Tong) and use the water for washing. This is excellent.
Treats Eggplant Disease in women. (From *Ru Yi Fang*)
White *Angelica dahurica* (Bai Du Huo), Schizonepeta (Jing Jie), and Licorice (Gan Cao). Decoct with Pine Flower (Song Hua) and drink. Continue to fumigate and wash with decoction of Chrysanthemum and Alum (Xiao Ju Hua).
Formula for treating postpartum vaginal prolapse.
Calcine five turtle heads into powder. Take with well water using a Fang Cun Bi measure. Three times daily.
Treats vaginal ulcers in women.
Mix egg white with flour, stir-fry until dry, and take orally.
Treats all cases where women suffer from excessive effort during childbirth, resulting in the protrusion of the birth canal that cannot be retracted. (From *Hu Ming Fang*)
