The *Neijing* states: Mineral drugs (Shiyao, mineral-based medicines) possess fierce and potent properties. They should not be taken by individuals who do not have a gentle disposition and a peaceful mind. The teachings of the sages are indeed profound. In the world, those who consume Ru Shi (Oxydosed Stalactite/Milk Stone) often end up endangering their lives or damaging their Yin-Yang harmony. They employ rigid, violent, and aggressive agents to replace nourishing and tonifying methods, much like accumulating water in field ditches only to let it drain away from the Weilu acupoint; what is there to rely upon? Commentators argue that these stones can replenish Qi and essence, calm the five Zang organs, unblock all joints, benefit the nine orifices, prolong life, and extend longevity. Given such benefits, many believe they must be consumed. Thus, distinctions are made regarding the sequence of consumption based on youth/strength versus age/weakness, and differences between "stone essence" and "stone dregs" are used to classify the superiority or inferiority for high-ranking versus low-ranking scholars. If it is beneficial to humans, relying on it to dispel chronic, entrenched diseases is acceptable. However, when the body's constitution is harmonious, and Ying (Nutritive) and Wei (Defensive) Qi flow smoothly, why insist on refining and swallowing these pills? Why not examine the extensive care required after taking stone drugs? A single lapse in moderation can lead to various abnormal disease manifestations. Regarding diet, there are risks of excessive heat or warmth; regarding clothing, sitting, and lying down, there are hazards of wearing warm clothes, prolonged sitting, or remaining stationary. There are also other taboos such as the "Six Reversals," "Seven Urgencies," "Eight Impossibilities," and "Three Certainties." One must be cautious and diligent in practicing these rules. If negligence occurs, illness will strike immediately. Rather than losing control over drug intake and inviting personal sorrow, it is better to maintain purity, tranquility, and blandness, thereby preserving the harmonious vital energy (Chonghe). Herein, the causes of disease are described, hoping to prevent casual ingestion of drugs. Shennong and Tongjun deeply understood drug properties; the mutual restrictions, contraindications, aversions, and enmities among herbs are fully recorded in the *Bencao*. Jiangzuo practitioners proposed using formulas to counteract and treat stone drug activations: Zhuru (Stalactite) activation caused by Baizhu (Atractylodes) leads to headache and orbital pain; Baizhu activation caused by Zhuru results in chest oppression and shortness of breath; Haige (Clam Shell) activation caused by Zhuru leads to eye pain and shortness of breath. Although the symptoms differ, the source is the same. As for Wushi San (Five Minerals Powder), since its later introduction into treatments for stone drug activation, it has deviated from ancient methods, claiming that Zhuru and Baizhu mutually activate each other. Although the *Bencao* lacks explicit text on this, classical formulas record it extensively, so it is preserved here.
