In Shiqi disease (Seasonal Qi Disease), by the seventh day, it should naturally show slight improvement. The reason for this is that the transmission of pathogens through the Yin and Yang meridians has reached its conclusion. If the pathogen is not eliminated now, it indicates a progression to a "Re-meridian" disease. A Re-meridian disease refers to the meridians receiving pathological influence again.
