After vomiting due to seasonal pathogenic factors, or when a disease has just recovered, the Qi of the Spleen and Stomach is deficient. It fails to transform and transport water and grain, resulting in retained food that is difficult to digest. Symptoms include frequent pain in the head and eyes, alternating chills and fever, or irritability and fullness in the chest and abdomen, along with dryness and constipation in the Large Intestine. These are all characteristic manifestations.
