The toxic miasma of seasonal qi emanates from the Zang-Fu organs.
When it attacks the hands and feet, it causes heat, redness, swelling, and pain.
The Shu points of the five Zang and six Fu organs all emerge at the tips of the fingers on the hands and feet.
Therefore, the toxic miasma emerges from within and attacks the hands and feet.

Douchi (Fermented Soybean Paste) (half jin, alternatively salted Douchi) Mutton (one jin) Boil the above ingredients together in ten dou of water.
