Dihuang Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Greatly tonifies the primordial Qi, nourishes life, prolongs longevity, and preserves youthfulness.
Ingredients: Fresh Rehmannia Root Juice (3 sheng), Butter (2 jin), Honey (3 jin), Jujube Paste (2 sheng), Bone Marrow (1 sheng, from cattle or sheep), Apricot Kernels (1 sheng, soaked in water, skin and tips removed, double kernels discarded), Ophiopogon Tuber (6 liang, heart removed).
Preparation: Mix the above ingredients and decoct until resembling thin syrup.
Dosage: Take twice daily.
Dihuang Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Tonifies the five excesses and seven injuries, promotes muscle growth, and fills the bone marrow.
Ingredients: Fresh Rehmannia Root Juice (1 dou), Fresh Ginger Juice (1 sheng), Butter (1 jin), Honey (1 jin), Apricot Kernels (1 dou, soaked in water, skin and tips removed).
Preparation: First, take the fresh Rehmannia root juice and place it in a silver pot, decocting until it resembles thin syrup. Add ginger, butter, honey, and apricot kernels, mix well, and decoct again until uniform. Store in a non-porous container.
Dosage: Each time, take one clam-shell measure mixed with wine, three times daily.
Jiuxian Shuyu Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats pain in the lower back and legs, and all cold conditions of the waist. It makes the body plump and white, the complexion lustrous, and the body light and vigorous.
Ingredients: Dioscorea Rhizome (Shanyao, 1 jin), Apricot Kernels (1 sheng, soaked in water, skin and tips and double kernels removed), Raw Cow's Milk (3 sheng).
Preparation: Grind the apricot kernels thoroughly, add cow's milk, and press to extract the juice. Decoct during the Fu days (the hottest period of summer).
Dosage: Take as scheduled.
Gouqizi Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Also known as the mysterious and effective prescription of the West River Woman, passed down secretly, worth a thousand gold, also called Divine Pill. Decocting and taking it can eliminate ten thousand diseases.
Ingredients: Goji Berry (3 sheng), Fresh Rehmannia Root Juice (3 sheng), Apricot Kernels (1 jin, skin and tips removed, double kernels ground into paste), Ophiopogon Juice (0.5 sheng), Ginseng Powder (appropriate amount).
Preparation: Mix evenly and decoct.
Dosage: Take as scheduled.
Gouqi Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Fills the bone marrow, tonifies deficiency and fatigue, and improves complexion. Long-term use can reverse aging in the elderly, making the body light, vision clear, and prolonging life.
Ingredients: Goji Root (cut into 3 dou, floated, washed, and drained), Fresh Rehmannia Root Juice (2 sheng), Deer Marrow (1 sheng), Jujube Paste (0.5 jin).
Preparation: First, decoct the Goji root until it resembles thin syrup.
Dosage: Take as scheduled.
Gouqi Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Greatly tonifies the primordial Qi, making one feel full and joyful. It also treats various wind disorders and prolongs life with long-term use.
Ingredients: Goji Root (washed, scraped clean of soil and shoots, finely cut into 3 dou; note: do not use roots from tombs), boiled in 7 dou of water to obtain 2 dou of juice.
Preparation: Mix with the aforementioned juices, place in a silver pot, and decoct over gentle heat.
Dosage: Take as scheduled.
Gouqi Decoction (from *Wangshi Boji Fang*): Brightens the eyes, preserves youthfulness, strengthens the primordial Qi, and moistens the skin.
Ingredients: Goji Berries (any amount, remove stems, wash cleanly with clear water, drain).
Preparation: Place the goji berries in a cloth bag and grind them on an anvil to extract the juice.
Dosage: Effective with long-term use.
Tianmendong Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Effective for treating severe wind diseases (such as leprosy) and prolongs life with long-term use.
Ingredients: Asparagus Fern Tuber (1 shi), hearts removed.
Preparation: Place in a porcelain jar, seal tightly, cover the lid with wax, and bury in a dry room for one year. When opened, the color should resemble sugar. Grind into powder.
Dosage: Take as scheduled.
Tianmendong Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Boosts energy and strength, prolongs life, and prevents hunger.
Ingredients: Fresh Asparagus Fern Tuber (10 jin), hearts removed and chopped.
Preparation: Mix with 5 dou of wine and press to extract the juice. Place in a copper vessel, add 1 jin of white honey, and stew over boiling water until it resembles thin syrup.
Dosage: Take as scheduled.
Zhushu (from *Shenghui Fang*): Expels wind, provides dietary tonification, and its benefits cannot be fully described.
Ingredients: Butter powder, Fat Atractylodes Rhizome (Baizhu, 2 shi).
Preparation: Wash off the black skin with water, dry in the sun, and pound in a wooden mortar. Line a bottle with white cogon grass, place cloth on top, and press.
Dosage: Take at any time, mixing a date-sized amount with warm wine. Very effective. Avoid peaches, plums, and sparrow meat.
Zhu Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Eliminates hundred diseases, lightens the body, brightens the eyes, and with long-term use, stops grain consumption and prolongs life.
Ingredients: Good Atractylodes Rhizome (Baizhu, 1 shi), washed to remove black skin and finely chopped.
Preparation: Boil in 3 shi of water until reduced to 1 shi, strain. Mix the obtained juice with 3 dou of millet flour and decoct.
Dosage: Take as scheduled. Avoid plums and sparrows.
Shenxian Zhu Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*):
Ingredients: Fresh Atractylodes Rhizome from mountains, any amount, remove shoots and wash cleanly.
Preparation: Pound thoroughly in a mortar, squeeze out the juice using new cloth. Repeat two or three times until all juice is extracted.
Dosage: Long-term use lightens the body and benefits longevity.
Maimendong Decoction (from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats qi stagnation in the abdomen, damage to stomach collaterals from overeating, emaciation and shortness of breath, heavy body, yellow eyes, fullness under the heart, deficiency fatigue and external heat, dry mouth and thirst, vexation and vomiting, cures flaccidity and paralysis, strengthens yin and benefits essence, aids digestion and harmonizes the middle, calms the spirit and stabilizes qi, soothes the five zang organs, and makes the body plump...
Ingredients: Fresh Ophiopogon Tuber (5 jin), hearts removed and pounded thoroughly, pressed to extract juice.
Preparation: Add 0.5 jin of white honey, place in a silver pot, and stew over boiling water, stirring constantly until it resembles thin syrup.
Dosage: Take as scheduled.
Changpu Wine (from *Shenghui Fang*): Mainly treats severe wind, twelve types of bi syndrome, unblocks blood vessels, regulates Ying and Wei, treats emaciation and sallow complexion refractory to medical treatment. After taking one dose... hair falls and regrows, glowing day and night...
Ingredients: Acorus Rhizome (Changpu), sliced thinly and dried, 1 dou, placed in a raw silk bag.
Preparation: Place the herb bag in 1 shi of good wine in a non-porous urn, seal tightly with mud...
Dosage: Drink one cup, highly effective.

Ingredients: Press Acorus Rhizome to extract 5 dou of juice, cook 5 dou of glutinous rice, crush 5 jin of fine yeast.

Ingredients: Acorus Rhizome (1 dou, finely chopped and decocted), Fresh Atractylodes Rhizome (1 dou, peeled and finely chopped).

Dosage: Effective.
Songye Infused Wine (from *Shenghui Fang*): Eliminates all wind spasms, limping, pain, and stuffiness, inability to raise hands to head, stiffness of waist and back, soreness and pain in both legs, stubborn bi syndrome unable to endure... evil transmission flowing like needle pricks...
Ingredients: Pine Needles (7 jin), Angelica Pubescens Root (Duhuo, 10 liang), Ephedra Herb (Mahuang, 10 liang, remove root and joints).
Preparation: Finely chop, place in a raw silk bag, put in 5 dou of wine in an urn, seal tightly.
