The condition known as "Malaria-Enteritis" (Nü Li) refers to malaria that has persisted for a long time without resolution, where the pathogenic factors of cold and heat have transmitted internally to the intestines and stomach. The symptoms manifest as alternating chills and fever, dysentery with pus and blood, mixed red and white discharge, and severe abdominal pain.
