(Supplementary Discussion)
Sores inside the eyes are caused by toxic heat in the Spleen Zang-organ, which steams upward, stagnates, and fails to disperse. Additionally, excessive consumption of pungent foods or ingestion of hot-natured medicinals leads to the formation of sores inside the eyelids, presenting with a red color, and may even affect the head and face.
The *Longmu Lun* (Dragon-Wood Treatise) contains a verse: "Wind-red sores originate from the Spleen Zang-organ, sores on both eyelids resemble cinnabar sand. Purify the Spleen Zang to disperse stagnation and steaming, the return of brightness and clarity will have no obstruction."
Slight Nebula:
This condition occurs because although the sores on the black part of the eye (cornea) have slightly improved, the resulting scars have not disappeared and have invaded the Water Wheel (pupil). Although vision is not yet completely lost, it is ultimately difficult to cure. Furthermore, there are cases where sores accumulate at the Yuanfu (Xuanfu, referring to sweat pores or minute orifices) and discharge white pus.
