Above
Danggui Dihuang Wan: Treats men and women with damage to the Qi mechanism of the intestines and stomach. Continuous bleeding from the rectum. Either fresh blood or dark blood. Frequent episodes day and night. As well as weakness of Qi and Blood.
Danggui (large ones, 1 liang, remove rhizome, soak in wine) Shudihuang (wash clean, soak in wine for one night, dry by baking, cut into pieces, 2 liang) Chuanxiong (1 liang) Eluanfan (2-3 qian) The above medicines are ground into powder. Honey is used to form pills. Size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills each time. Send down with clear tea. Take on an empty stomach before meals.
Charuo Yanzhi San: Treats wind-intestinal bleeding.
Charuo (one handful) Mianyanzhi (10 pieces) Baimei (49 pieces) All the above medicines are burned to ash and mixed evenly. Take 2 qian mixed with rice water. Take on an empty stomach.
Sigua San: Treats severe rectal bleeding that is incurable.
Sigua (one piece, also known as Tianluo, burn to ash retaining its nature) Huaihua (equal parts, reduce dosage if Qi is weak) The above are ground into powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with rice water.
Huang San (from *Zhinan Fang*): Treats distant blood (blood from higher up in the digestive tract).
Huang (2 liang) Gancao (0.5 liang) Zhishi (30 pieces, remove skin) Qingzhou zao [2-3 pieces] The above two ingredients are mashed, pits removed, dried by baking. Slow fire stir-fried. Puhuang San (from *Zhinan Fang*): Treats pure green blood discharge.
Puhuang (3 liang, lightly stir-fried) Muzei powder (1 liang) The above are ground into fine powder. Take 2-3 qian each time, mixed with rice water.
Dihuang Wan (from *Zhinan Fang*)
Dihuang (2 liang) Wanggua (1 liang, burn to ash retaining its nature in a new tile over charcoal, then grind) Huanglian (0.5 liang) The above are ground into fine powder. Honey is used to form pills. Size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills each time. Send down with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Xingdan (from *Shibian Liangfang*): Treats internal toxin rectal bleeding.
Xingren (49 kernels, remove skin and tips, those with two kernels) La (1 liang) The above two ingredients. Place in a mortar and pound thoroughly. Natural juices can be used to form pills. Take an appropriate amount. Take on an empty stomach. Better if dietary restrictions are observed.
Tongshen San (from *Shibian Liangfang*): Treats bloody diarrhea.
Suosharen (any amount, remove coarse skin) The above are ground into powder. Take hot with rice water. Effective.
Dougang Wan (from *Shibian Liangfang*): Treats bleeding after defecation.
Baifan Fuzi Ganjiang (each 1 liang) The above are pounded and sifted. Mixed with honey to form pills. Size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 10-20 pills with rice water. Twice daily.
Lianzi San (from *Jiacang Jingyan Fang*): Treats old and new wind-intestinal and internal toxin conditions. Continuous rectal bleeding.
Hanlianzi Bake on a new tile until dry, then grind into powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with rice water. Take before meals.
Renshen San (from *Jiacang Jingyan Fang*): Treats wind-intestinal and internal toxin conditions.
Renshen Baifuling Huang (honey-fried) Gancao Wuweizi The above are equally divided and ground into fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with plain water. Several times daily.
Fuzi Danggui Wan (from *Xu Yijian Fang*): Treats rectal bleeding caused by wind-cold in the intestines and stomach. Cold hands and feet with small and minute pulse.
Danggui (wash and dry, 3 liang) Baishao Yao (1 liang) Fuzi (remove skin) Baizhu (each 1 liang) The above are ground into powder. Vinegar and wheat paste are used to form pills. Size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills each time. Send down with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Fengyancao San (from *Yangshi Jiacang Fang*): Treats wind-intestinal bleeding.
Fengyancao (select clean ones, i.e., Chinese Toona pods) Heyouma (wash clean, both ingredients 4 liang each) Zhiqiao (remove pith, 2 liang, stir-fried with bran) Qingfen (a little) The above are ground into fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine.
Diyu San (from *Yangshi Jiacang Fang*): Treats continuous wind-intestinal bleeding.
Diyu Hezi (baked, remove pit) Chishao Yao Xiangdou (each 1 liang) The above are ground into fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine. Rice water is also acceptable.
Baici Pi San (from *Yangshi Jiacang Fang*): Treats wind-intestinal bleeding.
Baici pi (one piece,爆裂 in a pot until scorched, remove skin, only use needle-scraped fine powder) Muzei (0.5 liang, stir-fried yellow) The above are ground into fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with hot wine.
Lisheng San (from *Yangshi Jiacang Fang*): Treats long-standing cases. Wind-intestinal bleeding. Or resembling chicken liver. Day and night without limit. Complete loss of appetite. Whole body yellow and emaciated.
Huanglian (remove whiskers, 1 jin) The above are ground into fine powder. Take 1 qian each time, mixed with strong decoction of Schizonepeta and honey. Take on an empty stomach before meals.
Songpi San (from *Yangshi Jiacang Fang*): Treats excessive wind-intestinal bleeding.
Songmu pi (scrape off outer rough bark, only take tender bark close to wood) The above are cut finely. Dried until half-dry. Then placed in a pot and slowly stir-fried until dry and ground into fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine.
Rusheng San (from *Yangshi Jiacang Fang*): Treats long-standing wind-intestinal bleeding. Or various hemorrhoids and fistulas.
One wild cat caught in the twelfth lunar month. Placed in a clay jar. Half a sheng of red dates. Half a jin of Zhiqiao. Four liang of Gancao cut into inches. Two liang of Zhu Ya Saojiao. All put into the jar. Seal with salt mud. Cover with a character-marked tile. Leave overnight. Remove. Dry by baking and grind into powder. Take 1 qian each time, mixed with warm wine. Also take on an empty stomach before meals.
Lurong Wan (from *Ruyi Fang*): Treats elderly people. Depletion of Yang Qi. Inability to retain blood. Leakage from the large intestine.
Lurong (processed, 70 liang) Shudihuang (10 jin) Fuzi (processed, 140 pieces) Niuxi (processed, 20 liang) Wubeizi (2 jin) Shanzhuyu (2 jin) The above are ground into powder. Honey is used to form pills. Size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills each time. Send down with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Shaoyao Wan (from *Zhushi Jiyan Fang*): Treats rectal bleeding due to alcohol toxicity.
Shaoyao (stir-fried) Bai Jiguan Hua (stir-fried) Chen Huaihua (equal parts) The above take juice from Qinghao roots to boil the pills. Take 30 pills with rice water. Take on an empty stomach.
Sisheng Wan (from *Zhushi Jiyan Fang*): Treats all types of rectal bleeding.
Xiang Baizhi Zhiqiao (burn to retain nature) Chuan Baiyaojian (burn) Wumei (all burn to retain nature) The above are equally divided and ground into powder. Paste is used to form pills. Take 50 pills each time. Send down with rice water on an empty stomach.
Rusheng San (from *Zhushi Jiyan Fang*): Treats wind-intestinal bleeding and other diseases.
Bixie (fine grind) Guanzhong (remove soil) The above are equally divided. Ground into fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Baiye Yin (from *Zhushi Jiyan Fang*): Treats hematochezia.
Cebaiye (use more, boil with Baifan, dry by baking) Chuan Baiyaojian (stir-fried) Manjingzi (stir-fried) The above are equally divided. Add Rushiang powder. Take with thick rice water.
Danggui Wan (from *Zhushi Jiyan Fang*): Treats rectal bleeding due to alcohol toxicity.
Danggui Shaoyao (stir-fried) Bai Jiguan Hua Chen Huaihua (stir-fried) The above are equally divided. Ground into powder. Boiled in Qinghao juice to form pills. Send down with rice water, 30 pills.
Treats rectal bleeding in deficient elderly people. (from *Yonglei Qianfang*)
Da Aiye (use good vinegar add glutinous rice, boil for half a day, mash together into cakes, dry by baking) Lurong (processed) Danggui (processed) Wumei rou Qianggen (each 1 liang) The above are ground into powder. Honey is used to form pills. Size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills each time. Send down with rice water on an empty stomach.
Treats sudden rectal bleeding due to sitting/lying on hot ground. (from *Yonglei Qianfang*)
Use Bohe decocted with snow ice to form pills. Take 30 pills with Jingjie soup. Take on an empty stomach.
Treats wind-intestinal bleeding. (from *Huatuo Zhongzang Jing Fang*)
Tengzi (two pieces, if larger than equivalent to 3 qian, use only one, take pulp, grind separately extremely fine) Bu Zhu Saojiao zi (49 pieces, burn to ash retaining nature) The above are ground into powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine. Effective.
Yuetao San (from *Huatuo Zhongzang Jing Fang*): Treats rectal bleeding and bloody dysentery.
Yuetao (also Gardenia) Huaihua Qingzhou zao Ganjiang The above are equally divided. Burn to retain nature and grind into powder. Take 2 qian mixed with aged rice water.
Saojiao San (from *Huatuo Zhongzang Jing Fang*): Treats five types of wind-intestinal. Bloody diarrhea and dysentery. Blood before stool. Called external hemorrhoids. Blood after stool. Called internal hemorrhoids. Large intestine fails to contract. Called rectal prolapse. Flesh around the anus like milk. Called mouse breast. Holes on hemorrhoid heads. Called fistula. All are treated.
Niu Huangjiao (one piece, cut) She Tui (one strip) Zhu Ya Saojiao (five pieces, cut) Chuanshanjia (4 liang) The above four ingredients. Put together in a porcelain bottle. Seal with salt mud. Calcine until red. Remove fire toxicity. Grind into fine powder. Take 1 qian each time, mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach. First take decoction of Shengdihuang and honey. Then take Saojiao powder. All recover. Male has no eyes. Moves only when female is present. Female leaves, male dies.
Treats all rectal bleeding of the large intestine. (from *Huatuo Zhongzang Jing Fang*)
Take male black beans that are tight, small, and long. Any amount. Slightly soak in Saojiao soup to activate. Stir-fry until cooked, remove skin. Grind into fine powder. Rendered pork fat is used to form pills. Size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills each time. Send down with rice water on an empty stomach.
Shengma Bugeng Tang (from *Dongyuan Shixiao Fang*): Treats chronic Yangming blood syndrome. Severe heat in May. Rectal bleeding after eating apricot intestines. This is far from the blood syndromes of the Taiyang, Shaoyang, Taiyin, and Jueyin meridians.
Shengma Qianghuo (each 1 qian) Duhuo Fangfeng (each 0.5 qian) Chaihu (0.5 qian) Gegen (3 fen) Rougui (a little) Mudanpi Gancao (roasted 0.5 qian) The above are coarse powder. Decoct in water and take.
Yizhi Hezhong Tang (from *Dongyuan Shixiao Fang*): Treats red blood discharge from the intestines. Or deep purple-black color. Abdominal pain. Abdominal wall aversion to cold. Right three positions pulse string-tight. Apply heat compress. Internal cold is evident.
Shengma (1 qian) Gange (1.5 qian) Baishao Yao (1.5 qian) Gancao (roasted 1 qian) Guizhi (4 fen) Yizhiren (0.5 qian) Shengjiang (a little) Rougui (a little) The above are coarse powder. Decoct in water and take.
Wumei Rou Wan (from *Dongyuan Shixiao Fang*): Treats wind-intestinal bleeding. No other symptoms. Only seen upon using the toilet. Not internal hemorrhoids. Very effective.
Zhi Jiangcan (1 liang) Wumei rou (dry by baking, 1 liang) The above are ground into powder. Thin paste forms pills size of Job's tears. Take 100 pills each time. Before meals, send down with plenty of white water.
Treats uncontrollable rectal bleeding like a pig being stabbed. (*Zhouhou Fang*)
Use Ge Shi Diyi Chi Zhi formula. If not healed, repeat. Highly effective.
Heiyu Dan (*Yifang Jicheng*): Treats wind-intestinal accumulated heat. Uncontrollable rectal bleeding.
Baici pi (16 liang, scrape) Zhu Xuantí (100 pieces) Niu Jiao (12 liang, cut) Leiwan (4 liang) Luannian (wash clean with Saojiao water) The above are crushed. Burn to retain nature in a porcelain jar.
