Use two liang of Xingren (Apricot Seed). Remove the skin. Grind with water to extract the juice. Take two he (approx. 40ml) per dose, warm. Another prescription treats all kinds of [sores/ulcers].

Crush and sieve Gengua Gen (Sweet Melon Root) into powder and apply externally until healed. Observe dietary restrictions.
Prescription for Shiju (Stone Carbuncle) that protrudes from both ends, which is hard and firm, causing chills and fever.
Puncture it with a large needle. Then, take Er fen (two parts) of Shuli Ye (Rhamnus Leaf), grind into powder, mix with one Egg White (Jizi Bai), and apply as a dressing.
Another prescription:
Grind Huai Zi (Sophora Fruit) and mix with Jinghua Shui (well water drawn at dawn) to apply as a dressing.
Prescription for Qianglang Lou (Dung Beetle Fistula).
Burn Heiniu Shi (Black Cow Dung) to ash. Mix with Lazhuzhi (Lard from December pig) and apply. First wash the sore with salt water. Another prescription uses dried cow dung powder applied externally. If itching occurs, remove the root.
Apply thickly until healed, then stop. Another prescription applies hot cow dung. Change frequently; dung-beetle-like discharge should appear. Also treats Shuchuang (Mouse Sore/Lymphadenitis).
Prescription for Qiuyin Lou (Earthworm Fistula).
Mix Jishi (Chicken Droppings) and Qiuyinshi (Earthworm Droppings) in equal amounts, grind into powder. Mix with Muzhu Xiajian Sui (Marrow of male pig's lower jaw) and apply.
Prescription for Xie Lou (Scorpion Fistula) where five or six openings are interconnected.
Crush Maogen (Imperata Root) to extract juice and drip into the openings.
Another prescription:
Grind Banxia (Pinellia Tuber) into powder. Mix with Jiajian (Turtle Shell Decoction) and apply thinly.
Prescription for Hama Ying (Toad Goiter).
On the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, use She Tou (Snake Head) and Yezhu Zhi (Wild Boar Fat), grind with water, wrap in cloth, and apply. Very effective.
Treat Qiuyin Lou (Earthworm Fistula).
Use Hufen (Lead Carbonate) in any amount. Mix with Zhuzhi (Pig Fat) and rub onto the sore. Apply twice daily until healed.
Prescription for Wa Lou (Frog Fistula).
Burn Mushi Shi (Sow Dung) to ash. Mix with Lazhuzhi (December Lard) and apply. Worms resembling sparrows should emerge.
Wenjing Wan (Warm Meridian Pill) treats Xianmai Lou (Deep Meridian Fistula).
Houpo (Magnolia Bark, ginger-processed), Guanzi Gui (Cinnamon Twig, peeled), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala, roasted), Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, processed), Muxiang (Costus Root) (each one liang); Fuzi (Aconite Lateralis Radix Praeparata, one liang, soaked in vinegar, processed seven times, peel and umbilicus removed). Grind all into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, washed down with rice water after meals.
Yazhi Gao (Duck Fat Ointment) treats Qiuyin Lou (Earthworm Fistula).
Yazhi (Duck Fat, three liang), Hufen (Lead Carbonate, three liang), Badou (Croton Seed, shelled, ground, oil removed, half liang remaining). Melt the fat first. Add the other two ingredients. Mix into an ointment consistency. Apply to the sore three to five times daily until healed.
Ne Zhi Prescription (for Internal Hemorrhoids).
Grind Huangpi (Phellodendron Bark) and Bapi (White Bark) into pills. Wrap in cotton and insert into the lower orifice. Effective.
Another prescription: Treat sores with fistulous tracts.
Take Sangchong (Mulberry Insect/Worm) five pieces. Roast dry, grind into powder, and sprinkle on the wound. It will heal immediately.
Prescription for all types of Lou Chuang (Fistulous Ulcers).
Gancao (Licorice Root) and Caoguo (Black Cardamom) in equal amounts, chopped. Decoct in water to wash the wound.
Another prescription:
Magu (Horse Bone) and Baiguikqiao (Old Turtle Shell) in equal amounts. Grind into fine powder. Mix with Mayou (Sesame Oil) and apply to the wound. If the powder is not fine enough, it will cause pain.
Another prescription:
Zaojiaoci (Gleditsia Spine) and Tianluo (Dried Luffa Fruit) in equal amounts. Burn to retain properties, grind into fine powder. Mix with Shaojiu (Baijiu/Spirit) and swallow. Use large chopsticks to hold and burn the medicine, taking three qian.
Treat Tuogan (Rectal Prolapse).
Crush Maxiancao (Portulaca Oleracea) and rub on the area.

Treat Du Zhong Xiali (Toxic Swelling with Dysentery).
Drink Zijuzhao (Persea Japonica/Zhu Ye?) juice. (Note: Zizhu Cao usually refers to Persea japonica or Symplocos).
Treat various Zhi Chuang (Hemorrhoids) and Dulu Yongzhong (Breast Abscess due to engorgement).
Burn Baigou Gu (White Dog Bone) to ash and apply.
Treat Zhi Chuang (Hemorrhoids) and Xidu Dingzhong (Mountain Toxin Carbuncles) to remove the root.
Mix Goushi (Dog Excrement) with December Zhuzhi (Lard) and apply.
Treat various Chong Shi Echuang (Insect-Eaten Malignant Sores).
Take Fen (powder/dust) from Mutong Hua (Akebia Flower) and put inside the sore. Very good.
Treat Tuogan (Rectal Prolapse).
Decoct Taogenzhi Tang (Peach Root/Branch Decoction) to thoroughly wash the fistulous opening. Highly effective.
Treat Zhi Chuang (Hemorrhoids).
Apply dripping juice from Biqian Chong (Wall Spider/Cave Cricket) to the sore.
Treat Echuang Kuilan (Malignant Sore Ulceration).
Remove head, wings, and feet from Banmao (Mylabris), stir-fry, grind into powder, and apply.
Treat Echuang Kuilan (Malignant Sore Ulceration).
Grind Fuluohui (likely a specific vine/herb name), Baizhangqing (Vincetoxicum), Jisanghui (Mulberry Ash) etc. into powder. Apply to the sore ulceration.
