啄酒散 治 有头。出脓水不止。

上以巴豆。用青红纸各一张拭去油研。麝香 入疮内少许。却用红纸作捻子。蘸药末入
疮口内。填满疮孔。如四边有红点。是漏疮未发。却用铜箸或银钗尖按破。用前药搽之。后
用黄连、黄丹、龙骨、雄黄、四味封口。七八日可。
治漏疮。
用多年海船底土泥锻石为末。以乌鸡子清调火 为末。敷之。自然生肌。提出元药。
用朝生暮落花阴干为末。取涂敷疮上。日三次。
鸡子涂敷方（出肘后方）治诸漏。亦治鼠 。
用鸡子三枚蒸熟。去壳白。取黄炒黑色。先用盐汤洗疮。后涂。日三五次即愈。一方治
下血不止。肌体黄瘦。四肢无力。宜服此方。

用取新生鼠屎一百日以来者。收置密器中。取涂敷疮口。日二度即瘥。
猪肾酒 治通行漏中恶水自大肠出。
用牵牛碾细去皮。取末一分。入猪肾中。以绵扎青竹叶包。用慢火煨熟。空心温酒嚼下。

与孔里薤白。使糯安药。薤白入药孔里。若深四寸。随 根而灸两处四十壮。切勿灸 孔。
随深浅去脓。散与膏安着疮孔里。十五过。少迁延日月取瘥。肉满脓亦断。神妙无比。
通治诸 方。
上以八月多取斑蝥虫。即内苦酒中。半日许曝干。使取六七枚。着铜器中蒸。火上熬令
熟。捣作屑。巴豆一粒。去皮熬之。又取黄犬背上毛三七枚。亦熬作屑。好朱一钱五分匕。
都合好。以苦酒顿服之。虫当尽出。若一服未效。先时可预服三两剂。后日服远不过三两剂
可瘥。
又方
若先着下部边。或上出耳后颈项诸处者。苦参切五升。以苦酒一斤。浸三四日。宜服一
斗。亦如之。以知为度。不过三四度。必瘥。
槲皮膏 疗 。
用槲白皮切。取五升。以水八升煮。令冷。绞出滓。重令成膏。日服半盏。渐加至一盏
许。亦敷疮上。无忌。患疮唯宜煮饭苜蓿盐酱。又不得多食之。
疗诸 方。
用葶苈子捣细罗取。加白蜜和丸。每于着药。先温泔洗着疮孔中。以丸内之。若塞以物
道开。日三度。疮痛是瘥候。勿停药。
又方
先以泔清温洗。以绵拭之。取葵叶微火暖贴之。疮出脓。用二三百药。脓出尽。即生肉。
忌杂物诸鱼蒜房事。
治 方。
用桃叶枝煎汤净洗疮。即内疮孔中。大有效验。
治诸恶 方。

Banmao San (Cantharidis Powder) [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*] Treats various fistulas.
Ingredients: Banmao (Cantharis, *Mylabris*), seven pieces, remove head, feet, and wings, stir-fry with glutinous rice; Zhenzhu (Pearl), ground; Guizhi (Cinnamon Twig), bark removed; Shuiyin (Quicksilver/Mercury), grind with other medicines until dispersed into small particles, half tael each; Geshang Tingchang (Blister Beetle larva), remove feet and wings, stir-fry seven pieces with glutinous rice.
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take half a *qianbi* (a small measuring spoon) per dose. In the afternoon, administer on an empty stomach mixed with rice water. The disease will be cured once pus and blood are discharged in the urine.
Rushen Yunmu Gao (Musk and Cloud Mother Ointment) [Source: *Renzhai Zhizhi Fang*] Effective for treating fistula sores.
Ingredients: Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales), soak overnight, remove flesh, use 100 scales; Zhen Bangfen (Real Mussel Powder), four taels, stir-fry together until fragrant and cooked, remove the powder, grind the scales into powder.
Preparation and Administration: Add one *qian* of Musk (*Shexiang*) powder. Mix with fifteen patches of Cloud Mother Ointment (*Yunmu Gao*). Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills per dose with warm wine. Subsequently, take Shenhou Wan administered with deer antler glue mixed with salted wine.
Shengdihuang Gao (Rehmannia Root Ointment) [Source: *Renzhai Zhizhi Fang*] General treatment for fistulas.
Ingredients: Lufengfang (Honeycomb), roasted until yellow; Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis); Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), three *qian* each; Difuxiang (Dragon's Blood? Note: Likely a specific resin or aromatic); Qingfen (Calomel), one spoonful.
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take a handful of fresh Rehmannia root (*Shengdihuang*), crush it finely, and mix with the powder to form an ointment. Spread the ointment on raw silk and apply it to the sore.
Shetui San (Snake Slough Powder) [Source: *Renzhai Zhizhi Fang*] Treats fistula sores with continuous bleeding and discharge.
Ingredients: Shepi (Snake Skin), washed, dried, charred; Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis); Longgu (Fossilized Bones), one *fen* each; Chuanxuduan (Dipsacus Root), washed and stir-fried with wine, three *fen*.
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Add a small amount of Musk (*Shexiang*). Mix with saliva and apply externally.
Renya San (Human Tooth Powder) [Source: *Renzhai Zhizhi Fang*] Treats fistula sores and malignant sores, promotes tissue regeneration; suitable for internal dryness.
Ingredients: Renya (Human Teeth); Youfa (Burnt Hair), these two ingredients are calcined to retain their properties; Xiongjitou Rou (Rooster Meat), equal parts.
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Add Musk (*Shexiang*) and a small amount of Calomel (*Qingfen*). If the sore is moist, sprinkle the powder dry; if dry, mix with sesame oil for application.
Shengrou Gao (Tissue-Regenerating Ointment) [Source: *Zhouhou Beiji Fang*] Treats fistula sores.
Ingredients: Lianbaipi (Chinaberry Bark), two taels; Shurou (Rat Meat), two taels; Xiebai (Garlic Bulb), three taels; Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), two taels; Shengdihuang (Fresh Rehmannia Root), five taels.
Preparation and Administration: Combine the five ingredients. Use three jin of lard from the twelfth lunar month. Decoct the garlic bulb (*Xiebai*) until yellow to form an ointment. Apply to the fistula hole to promote tissue growth.
Banmao San (Cantharidis Powder) [Source: *Qianjin Fang*] Treats all types of scrofula (*Luoli*) and lymph node tuberculosis occurring on the neck, characterized by swelling and suppuration.
Ingredients: Banmao (Cantharis, *Mylabris*), ten pieces, remove head, feet, and wings, stir-fry with glutinous rice until slightly yellow; Zhenzhu (Pearl), half a tael, finely ground; Pi (Bark?), half a tael, roasted until yellow; Xionghuang (Realgar), one *fen*, finely ground.
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. On an empty stomach daily, take half a *qianbi* mixed with warm wine. Take again at noon. Three times a day.
Baihuashe San (White Flower Snake Powder) [Source: *Sanyin Ji Yi Bing Zheng Fang Lun*] Treats "Nine Fistulas" (*Jiu Lou*) and scrofula/lymph node tuberculosis developing between the neck and armpits, accompanied by chills and fever, pain or no pain.
Ingredients: Baihuashe (Deinagkistrodon Acutus), soaked in wine until soft, skin removed, dried, two taels; Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn), half a *qian*; Heiqianniu (Black Morning Glory Seed), half a tael, half raw, half roasted; Qingpi (Green Tangerine Peel), half a tael.
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a powder. Take two *qian* per dose, mixed with half a *qian* of Nifen (Calomel). At dawn (Wugeng time), administer with glutinous rice water. Continue until foul matter is discharged. Take another dose after ten days to eliminate the root cause. If the sore has formed, efficacy should be seen within one month. Avoid foods that trigger wind or generate heat.
Formula for treating all scrofula [Source: *Qianjin Fang*].
Ingredients: Banmao (Cantharis, *Mylabris*), thirty pieces; Xionghuang (Realgar); Guixin (Cinnamon Heart); Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn), one tael each.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Take one *qianbi* mixed with warm wine. Take twice daily. The pathogen should be expelled through urination.
Duanieluoxi Gao (Forged Iron Filings Ointment) [Source: *Qianjin Fang*] Formula for treating all scrofula.
Ingredients: Duanieluoxi (Forged Iron Filings); Hufen (Tiger Excrement); Goujiache Lianchi Gao (Dog Jaw Bone with Teeth Paste, roasted); Lupi (Deer Skin with hair, burned to ash), equal parts.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Mix with lard and fill into the sore. Change frequently, five to six times a day. Another version uses Deer Antler instead of Deer Skin.
Formula for treating fistula sores.
Ingredients: Yanzhi (Vermilion/Carmine); Xuexie (Dragon's Blood); Qingfen (Calomel), one *qian* each; Shexiang (Musk), half a *qian*.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder and apply dry to the affected area.
Another formula.
Ingredients: Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis), one tael; Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis); Lathe (Tea from the twelfth lunar month), half a tael each; Shexiang (Musk), a small amount.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into a fine powder. Sprinkle dry onto the sore. Alternatively, mix with raw sesame oil for application. Adding a small amount of Calomel (*Qingfen*) is particularly effective.
Yanqing San (Meloides Powder) [Source: *Shengji Zonglu*] Treats swelling of various scrofula.
Ingredients: Yanqing (Meloides); Banmao (Cantharis, *Mylabris*); Geshang Tingchang (Blister Beetle Larva), these three ingredients remove feet/wings and stir-fry with glutinous rice, one piece each; Guizhi (Cinnamon Twig), remove coarse bark, one tael.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into a powder. Take half a *qianbi* per dose, mixed with wine on an empty stomach. Take again in the evening. It is advisable to moxa the Yangming collateral meridian. The point is located two cun below Shenhead in the depression anterior to the shoulder, where a blue vein runs upward. Lie supine, cross both arms over the chest without opening them. Determine the depth of insertion based on age. Moxibustion will lead to recovery.
Formula for treating various scrofula with continuous day and night discharge of pus and blood, leading to emaciation [Source: *Qianjin Fang*].
Ingredients: Chixiaodou (Adzuki Bean); Bailian (Belamcanda Rhizome); Muli (Oyster Shell), calcined red and finely ground; Huangqi (Astragalus Root), equal parts.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Take three *qianbi* per dose with one and a half cups of wine. Decoct to one cup, strain. Take at any time.
Heiling San (Black Spirit Powder) [Source: *Renzhai Zhizhi Fang*] General formula for treating fistula sores.
Ingredients: Lufengfang (Honeycomb), chopped, two *fen*; Mulin Fen (Oyster Shell Powder); Guodian (Red Lead); Liuhuang (Sulfur), ground, one *fen* each.
Preparation and Administration: Stir-fry together until smoke ceases. Grind into a fine powder. Add one *fen* of human hair and a small amount of Musk (*Shexiang*). Mix well and apply to the lesion. Musk helps penetrate the medication and also kills parasites.
Tiexie Gao (Iron Filings Ointment) [Source: *Renzhai Zhizhi Fang*] Suitable for dry, leaking fistula sores.
Ingredients: Duanieluoxi (Forged Iron Filings), half a tael; Lu jiao (Deer Antler), burned to ash, one tael; Zhen Qingfen (Pure Calomel), one *qian*; Goutou Lianchi Gu (Dog Head and Jaw Bone with Teeth), roasted yellow, one tael.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into a fine powder. Mix with lard for topical application.
Xun Lou Chuang Fang (Fumigation Formula for Fistula Sores) [Source: *Renzhai Zhizhi Fang*].

Preparation and Administration: Chop the ingredients as if preparing incense. Place in a long barrel. Sit on the barrel and fumigate the sore area.
Jiaoying San (Eagle Owl Powder) [Source: *Ren Cun Fang*].
Ingredients: Jiaoying Shi (Eagle Owl Droppings); Rushen (Frankincense); Congbai (Scallion White), equal parts.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into a fine powder. First wash the sore with salt water. Observe the size and insert a rush pith into the sore. Insert the medicine according to depth. The next day, worms and foul fluid from the bone will discharge naturally. Usually not more than two treatments are needed.
Formula for treating all fistula and malignant sores, promoting tissue growth and relieving pain [Source: *Yu Jushi Xuanqi Fang*].
Ingredients: Renya (Human Teeth), calcined, amount不拘; Shexiang (Musk), a small amount each.
Preparation and Administration: Grind uniformly. For moist sores, sprinkle dry powder; for dry sores, mix with raw sesame oil for application.
Lilu Tu Fu Fang (Veratrum Topical Application Formula) [Source: *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*] Treats residual floating nodules in various fistulas, and malignant sores, carbuncles, and polyps within the skin.
Ingredients: Lilu (Veratrum), coat with egg white from three eggs, roast until dry; Ru (Asafoetida? Note: Text says 'Ru', likely Asafoetida or similar); Xionghuang (Realgar), ground, one tael each.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into a fine powder. Apply to polyps. Five times daily leads to cure. Apply to sores, avoid eyes.
Formula for treating leakage medicine [Source: *Yuyao Yuan Fang*].
Ingredients: Dujiaoxian (Rhino Beetle), one piece, fire-remove shell (Henan origin is best); Tiantingli (Sweet Descurainia Seed); Pi (Arsenic), half a *qian* each, ground together.
Preparation and Administration: Grind finely. Refine honey to make pellets. When using, observe the sore size and mold into a cake. Plug into the sore. Worms will discharge immediately with effect.
Banmao Wan (Cantharis Pill) [Source: *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*] Formula for treating all scrofula.
Ingredients: Banmao (Cantharis, *Mylabris*), forty pieces, remove head/feet, stir-fry with glutinous rice until yellow; Didan (Ground Beetle), thirty pieces, remove head/feet/wings, stir-fry with glutinous rice until yellow; Xi yi (Lizard), three pieces, roasted.
Preparation and Administration: Pound for a thousand strokes. Mix with honey to form pills the size of soybeans. Take two pills on an empty stomach and before bed with warm wine.
Shenyan Fuyi Fen Wan (Divine Bat Dropping Pill) [Source: *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*] Treats all scrofula sores and chronic scrofula.
Ingredients: Fuyi Fen (Bat Droppings), four taels, lightly roasted; Banmao (Cantharis, *Mylabris*), three *fen*, remove head/feet/wings, stir-fry with glutinous rice until yellow; Zaojia Zi (Soapberry Seed), one tael, roasted yellow (or Soapflower).
Preparation and Administration: Pound into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Daily on an empty stomach, decoct bark of soapberry coated in butter (roasted yellow) and grind to powder, use this decoction to swallow one pill. After taking up to three pills, the root of the disease will discharge via urine.
Machixian Gao (Purslane Ointment) [Source: *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*] Treats all scrofula.
Ingredients: Machixian (Purslane), dried; Layue Zhu Jin (Candle Residue from the 12th Lunar Month), equal parts (or Rat Ash from the 12th Lunar Month).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Mix with lard from the 12th Lunar Month. Clean the sore with warm rice water, dry thoroughly, then apply medicine. Three times daily.
Another formula [Source: *Qianjin Fang*].
Ingredients: Gan Niu Shi (Dried Cow Dung); Gan Ren Shi (Dried Human Dung), equal parts.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Cover the sore with cotton, place dung on the cotton. Worms attracted by the smell will emerge. If itchy, lift the cotton. Repeat with fresh dung-cotton until worms cease emerging.
Fengke Gao (Hive Ointment) [Source: *Qianjin Fang*] Treats scrofula forming holes.
Formula for scrofula located below the chest and heart.
Ingredients: Songzhi (Pine Rosin); Wudu Xionghuang (Realgar from Wudu), three taels each.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder and form blocks. Scrape into powder with a knife. Take one square-inch measure with drink. Three times daily. If not cured, prepare again.
Fuzi Tu Fu Fang (Aconite Topical Application) Treats fistula sores that discharge pus by day and close by night.
Ingredients: Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root), one piece, ground to powder; Jiyu (Crucian Carp), one piece, gutted.
Preparation and Administration: Fill the fish belly with Aconite powder. Seal with mud. Roast over charcoal until red hot. Remove, clean, grind to fine powder. Apply cold to the sore opening. Use three to five times daily until cured.
Yifanglan Cao Tu Fu Fang (Ifranca Grass Topical Application) Treats fistula sores.
Ingredients: Yifanglan Cao (Ifranca Grass), seven leaves; Goutou Gu (Dog Skull Bone), three taels, calcined.
Preparation and Administration: Grind to powder. Apply inside the sore opening. Change once daily until cured.
Badou Tu Fu Fang (Croton Seed Topical Application) Treats fistula sores.
Ingredients: Badou (Croton Seed), one *fen*, remove heart/skin, express oil completely; Feizao (Fat Dates), ten pieces, remove pit/skin.
Preparation and Administration: Grind finely. Boil in one *dou* of water until thick consistency. Strain through cloth. Apply juice to sore once daily.
Dibie San (Ground Beetle Powder) Treats fistula sores.
Ingredients: Gan Dibie (Dried Ground Beetle), powder; Shexiang (Musk), grind small amounts of each.
Preparation and Administration: Mix uniformly. Sprinkle dry or apply paste, depending on moisture.
Medicine for eroding fistulas.
Ingredients: Sheng Youfa (Raw Burnt Hair), calcined, four *qian*; Baiji (Bletilla Rhizome), one *qian*.

Preparation and Administration: Decoct in one *dou* of water to obtain five sheng. Strain. Add ten sticks of white sugar. Decoct to one sheng. Divide into three doses. Spit out after drinking. Observe results; the disease will heal.

Ingredients: Si She (Dead Snake); Baifan (Alum), one tael each.
Preparation and Administration: Calcine to ash, grind finely, and apply.

Preparation and Administration: Mix with male pig lard to form ointment. Apply to sore.

Ingredients: Lian Cheng Songzhi Mo (Refined Pine Rosin Powder).
Preparation and Administration: Fill the sore hole completely. Apply three to four times daily. Cured in seven days, highly effective.

Ingredients: Shuang Xia Hu Hua (Winter Squash Flowers after frost), dried.
Preparation and Administration: Grind to powder and apply.
Xi Lou Chuang Fang (Washing Formula for Fistula Sores) [Source: *Wei Shi Fang*] Treats fistula sores with much foul matter. Keep away from wind and wash clean.
Ingredients: Lufengfang (Honeycomb); Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica), decoct for washing. Or Dafupi (Areca Peel); Kushen (Sophora Root), decoct for washing.
Preparation and Administration: After washing, wipe dry. First, use East-facing Pomegranate Bark, sun-dried and powdered, sprinkled dry to kill parasites. Then apply medicine shortly after for healing.
Ku Huo Fang (Bitter Melon/Squash Formula) [Source: *Qianjin Fang*] Treats all scrofula and ant-mole fistulas, very effective.
Ingredients: Ku Huo (Bitter Squash), four pieces, size of a cup.
Preparation and Administration: Pierce a hole the size of a finger in each. Boil in water for ten boils. Take a bamboo tube, one chi long. Insert one end into the squash hole, the other end into the sore hole. Replace when cool. Repeat several times until stopped.
Treatment for all scrofula [Source: *Qianjin Fang*].
Ingredients: Cooked Salt Flower; Flour; Mulberry Leaves.
Preparation and Administration: Use flour to surround the disease site. Place salt flower in the flour ring, two cun thick. Place three layers of mulberry leaves under the salt. Wait for appropriate temperature (tolerable but not burning). Once daily. Stop when the root subsides. If sores have formed, grind grain to powder and dust. Another method: burn salt-flour mixture to ash and apply.
Huopi Jian (Oak Bark Decoction) [Source: *Qianjin Fang*] Treats all sores and fistulas.
Ingredients: Hubei Yin Baipi (Oak Inner Bark from shade), thirty jin, chopped; Mouse droppings from latrines (male and female), fourteen each; Hao Zhu (Cinnabar), one qian five fen bi.
Preparation and Administration: Decoct bark in one *shi* of water to obtain one *dou*. Strain. Decoct to syrup-like consistency. Burn mouse droppings until juices evaporate, grind to powder, add to syrup. Add one sheng of warm wine, mix. Frail people take five he. Worms should discharge.
Treatment for all scrofula [Source: *Qianjin Fang*].
Ingredients: Tugua Gen (Melon Root).
Preparation and Administration: Crush and apply. Change when dry. No specific timing.
Xingren Tu Gao (Almond Topical Ointment) [Source: *Qianjin Fang*] Treats all scrofula.
Ingredients: Dead Snake (skin/meat removed, bones ground); Raw Sesame Oil; Almonds; Lard from 12th Lunar Month; Vinegar; Snake Slough.
Preparation and Administration: Mix dead snake bone powder with raw sesame oil to seal the sore. This causes severe pain, then rub with almond paste. Another method: Mix dead snake with lard, calcine to ash, insert into hole. Another: Mix dead snake ash with vinegar. Another for snake fistula: Burn snake slough, mix with lard and seal.

Ingredients: Burned Dead Dung Beetle; Vinegar; Salt Water; Dung Beetle Droppings.
Preparation and Administration: Grind burned dung beetles, mix with vinegar for application, or sprinkle dry. Another: Wash sore with salt water and apply. Another: Apply dung beetle droppings powder.

Ingredients: Old Cloth; Salt; Wine.

Ingredients: Male Fox Dung from the 1st Lunar Month, dried in shade.
Preparation and Administration: Grind to powder. Mix with water and take one *qian*. Take before meals.

Ingredients: Vomited Roundworms; Licorice Decoction.
Preparation and Administration: Calcine worms to ash. First wash sore with licorice decoction, then apply ash. All will heal. Guard diet.

Ingredients: Peach Blossom Powder; Lard.
Preparation and Administration: Mix with lard and seal. Good.
Treating fistula sores.
Ingredients: Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis); Xuexie (Dragon's Blood).
Preparation and Administration: Chew Wubeizi and mix with Xuexie powder, plug into sore.
Treating fistula sores under the hypochondrium resembling cow eyes with continuous pus/blood.
Ingredients: Salt; White Bull Ear.
Preparation and Administration: Put a little salt in the white bull's ear. Collect the earwax/gunk and apply to the sore. Cured. Without salt, the ear won't itch, making collection difficult.
Treating fistula openings that do not dry.
Ingredients: Toad Liver; Silver Comb; Common Plaster.
Preparation and Administration: Dry toad liver (avoid water), crush with silver comb, apply inside opening. Cover with common plaster externally. Will dry over time, liver meat turns into healthy tissue.
Zhuojiu San (Pecking Wine Powder) Treats fistulas with heads, continuous pus discharge.
Formula for treating leakage.
Ingredients: Badou (Croton Seed); Green/Red Paper; Shexiang (Musk); Red Paper; Copper Chopsticks/Silver Hairpin; Huanglian (Coptis); Huangdan (Lead Oxide); Longgu (Fossil Bone); Xionghuang (Realgar).
Preparation and Administration: Rub Croton seed between green/red papers to remove oil, grind. Insert a little Musk into the sore. Make a red paper wick, dip in powder, insert into sore to fill. If red spots appear on edges, the fistula is not fully developed; puncture with copper chopsticks/silver pin, apply medicine. Seal with Coptis, Lead Oxide, Fossil Bone, Realgar. Effective in 7-8 days.
Treating fistula sores.
Ingredients: Soil from ancient ship bottoms; Pyrite; Egg White; Fire硝 (Saltpeter/Niter?).
Preparation and Administration: Grind soil and pyrite to powder. Mix with egg white and niter powder. Apply. Promotes natural tissue growth and expels original medicine.
Ingredients: Flowers blooming in morning and wilting in evening.
Preparation and Administration: Dry in shade, grind to powder. Apply to sore three times daily.
Jizi Tu Fu Fang (Egg Topical Application) [Source: *Zhouhou Beiji Fang*] Treats various fistulas, also rat fistulas.
Ingredients: Eggs; Salt Water.
Preparation and Administration: Steam three eggs, remove whites, fry yolks until black. Wash sore with salt water, then apply. Three to five times daily cures. Another indication: Continuous lower bleeding, sallow complexion, limb weakness.

Ingredients: Fresh Rat Droppings (within 100 days).
Preparation and Administration: Store in sealed container. Apply to sore opening twice daily. Cured.
Zhushen Jiu (Pig Kidney Wine) Treats foul water discharging from large intestine in fistulas.
Ingredients: Qian Niu (Morning Glory Seed); Pig Kidney; Cotton; Bamboo Leaf; Warm Wine.
Preparation and Administration: Grind Qian Niu, remove skin, take one part powder. Insert into pig kidney. Wrap in cotton and bamboo leaf. Simmer slowly. Chew and take with warm wine on empty stomach.
Treating fistulas entering the mouth.
Ingredients: East-growing Chinaberry Root; Water.
Preparation and Administration: Finely chop root, boil to strong decoction. Swish in mouth, spit out and swallow.
Treating fistula sores.
Ingredients: Mandarin Duck Meat; Clear Wine.
Preparation and Administration: Roast and eat duck meat with clear wine for beauty. Also treats marital discord; cook in soup, feed privately to induce affection.
Another formula Treating all fistula sores, sore throat, and throat obstruction, suitable for decoction.
Ingredients: Tongcao (Tetrapanax Pith); Fan (Alum).
Preparation and Administration: Hold in mouth urgently. Another: For neck tumor fistulas, decoct and drink Tetrapanax root.
Treating nine types of fistulas, none exceed this formula.
Ingredients: Mustard Seed; Water; Honey.
Preparation and Administration: Crush mustard seeds, mix with water and honey pulp. Apply to upper and lower throat. Change when dry.
Treating fistulas.
Ingredients: Carp Intestine.
Preparation and Administration: Cut into five pieces, roast over fire. Wash and dry sore, seal with intestine. Change when cold. From dusk to dawn, only feels itchy when dry. Open to see worms discharge, then cured.
Effective Formula Treating chronic fistulas not healing.
Ingredients: Muli (Oyster Shell); Water.
Preparation and Administration: Crush several taels of Oyster Shell. Mix with water at comfortable temperature, take about one sheng. Apply to sore, change when cold. Overnight application is better.
Shengrou Gao (Tissue-Regenerating Ointment) Treats fistulas.
Ingredients: Sang Xin Hui (Fresh Mulch Ash); Water; Duanshi (Vitriol); Silk; Xiebai (Garlic Bulb); Glutinous Rice.
Preparation and Administration: Leach three sheng of fresh mulch ash with four sheng of water twice to get three sheng. Roast vitriol until yellow, add to ash liquid. Strain through double-layer silk. Decoct further, reducing by two sheng. Do not use high heat. According to fistula depth, initially take powder orally to heal. If hole is four cun deep, put new medicine and garlic bulb inside, secure with glutinous rice. If four cun deep, moxa two points at the root for forty moxa cones, never moxa the hole itself. Remove pus according to depth, place powder and ointment in hole. Fifteen applications, delay less time to heal. Flesh fills, pus stops, extremely miraculous.
General Formula for All Fistulas.
Ingredients: Banmao (Cantharis, *Mylabris*); Ku Jiu (Vinegar); Badou (Croton Seed); Yellow Dog Back Hair; Hao Zhu (Cinnabar).
Preparation and Administration: In August, collect many Cantharis, soak in vinegar for half a day, dry. Take six or seven pieces, steam in copper vessel over fire until cooked, grind to flakes. One Croton seed, remove skin, roast. Thirty-seven hairs from yellow dog back, roast to flakes. One qian five fen bi of Cinnabar. Mix well. Take all at once with vinegar. Worms should discharge. If one dose ineffective, pre-take three doses beforehand, subsequent doses no more than three can cure.
Another formula.
Ingredients: Kushen (Sophora Root); Ku Jiu (Vinegar).
Preparation and Administration: If starting in lower body or appearing behind ears/neck, chop five sheng Kushen, soak in one jin vinegar for 3-4 days. Take one dou. Similar method. Know when effective. Not more than 3-4 times, must cure.
Huopi Gao (Oak Bark Ointment) Treats fistulas.
Ingredients: Hubaipi (Oak Inner Bark); Water.
Preparation and Administration: Chop oak bark, take five sheng. Decoct in eight sheng water, cool, strain. Reduce to ointment. Take half cup daily, gradually increase to one cup. Also apply to sore. No taboos. Patients should only eat millet, alfalfa, salt, sauce. Do not eat too much.
Formulas for Various Fistulas.
Ingredients: Tingli Zi (Descurainia Seed); White Honey; Rice Water.
Preparation and Administration: Sieve Tingli Zi finely, mix with white honey to form pills. Before applying medicine, wash sore hole with warm rice water, insert pill. If blocked, open passage. Three times daily. Pain indicates healing. Do not stop medicine.
Another formula.
Ingredients: Rice Water; Cotton; Malva Leaf.
Preparation and Administration: Wash with clear warm rice water, wipe with cotton. Warm Malva leaf slightly and apply. Pus discharges. Use 200-300 doses. When pus stops, flesh grows. Avoid miscellaneous items, fish, garlic, sexual intercourse.
Formula for treating fistulas.
Ingredients: Tao Ye Zhi (Peach Leaf Branch).
Preparation and Administration: Decoct for washing, then insert into hole. Highly effective.
