用百草霜一钱入椒末炒盐少许。猪肝一片。三指大。批开。入上药。纸裹。慢火煨熟。
细嚼
Prepare the aforementioned ingredients in the specified proportions. Harmonize and process according to the specific symptoms. Take two qian per dose, mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Treat turbid urine during menstruation, leukorrhea (red and white discharge), and chronic cases that have not healed for many years.
Take Stone Swallow (Shi Yan Zi), clean it thoroughly, brush off the soil, pound it into a powder, and sieve it. Use a magnet to remove iron filings from the pestle. When using, grind finely in a hard porcelain mortar with a hard pestle before taking.

In women, white turbidity of urine and white seminal emission are all caused by the failure of the Heart and Kidney to nourish each other, and the inability of Water and Fire to ascend and descend. It may also be due to injury from overwork affecting the Kidneys, resulting in deficiency-cold of Kidney Qi.
Add one qian of Poria Cocos (Fuling) and twenty-eight seeds of Alpinia Oxyphylla (Yizhi Ren), shelled and ground, to each prescription; decoct and take with salt water.
Formula: Er Dou San (Two Bean Powder) (from Wei Shi Fang)
Treats tinnitus, internal restlessness, heaviness and pain in the waist and legs, hollow rumbling in the abdomen, cold pain below the umbilicus, and frequent passage of white turbid fluid resembling rice washings.
Herbs: White Cardamom Seed (Ba Dou Kou), Nutmeg (Rou Dou Kou), Clove (Ding Xiang), Morinda Root (Ba Ji Tian), Ding Pi, Poria Cocos (Bai Fu Ling), Atractylodes Rhizome (Cang Zhu), Cassia Twig (Gui Xin), Black Aconite Root (Hei Fu Zi, fire-roasted, 1 liang each), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Bai Zhu), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ren Shen), Perilla Leaf (Su Ye).

Treats chronic deficiency-cold in women, white turbidity of urine, and uncontrollable slippery frequency.

Treats high fever throughout the body, headache, pain below the umbilicus, and passage of pale red watery fluid.
Herbs: Angelica Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui, tail removed), White Peony Root (Bai Shao Yao), Deer Antler (Lu Rong, singed to remove hair, prepared with wine), Turtle Shell (Bie Jia), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuan Xiong), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Bai Zhu), Mugwort Leaf (Da Ai, stir-fried), Biota Tops (Ce Bai Ye), Red Kaolin (Chi Shi Zhi), Heart Salt (Xin Yan). Take with wine.
Formula: Jiang Huang San (from Da Quan Liang Fang)
Treats long-standing cold in the Blood Viscera, abdominal distension and pain, and thick white urine resembling rice washings.

Treats blood vessel injury from overwork in women, cold invasion of the uterine collaterals, white turbidity of urine, uncontrolled day and night frequency, and pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions.
Herbs: Chicken Gizzard Lining (Ji Nei Jin), Oyster Shell (Mu Li), Deer Antler (Lu Rong), Polygala Root (Yuan Zhi), Cistanche Stem (Rou Cong Rong), Schisandra Berry (Wu Wei Zi), Dragon Bone (Long Gu), Mantis Egg Case (Sang Piao Xiao), Aconite Root (Fu Zi, equal parts).
Usage: Place a piece of alum in a pot with pig fat, cook until melted, soak in urine, and drink.
