Feng Tou Xuan (Head Dizziness and Vertigo) is caused by Qi deficiency and physical frailty, resulting in insufficient congenital endowment. Yang Qi cannot ascend to the brain, making it easy for Wind pathogenic factors to invade. The Wind interacts with Qi, causing dizziness and a sensation of spinning.

Herbs: Xuan Fu Hua (Inulae Flos), Qian Hu (Peucedani Radix) (remove Lu head), Ju Hua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (remove forks), Qiang Huo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) (remove Lu head), Shu Gan Di Huang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix) (baked), Xing Ren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (remove skin and tips, make into cakes with juice, then processed).
