Pi (cut into pieces three fingers wide) Xunhuang (crushed to the size of a jujube) Shuai Ai (cooked mugwort, size of a chicken egg)
Take these three ingredients. Dig a hole in the ground, mix them together, and take the mixture. Then fumigate the anal orifice. The emergence of smoke from Xunhuang is considered auspicious. Stop when the fire energy dissipates completely. Rest for three days, then fumigate again. After three times, it will be permanently cured. Avoid exposure to wind and cold. When consuming soup or tonics, avoid pork, chicken, etc.

Treating Zangdu (Visceral Toxin).
Yingzhua Huanglian Mo (Powdered Coptis chinensis with eagle-claw shaped roots). Use one clove of single-clove garlic. Roast until fragrant and thoroughly cooked. Grind and mix in a mortar. Form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 30-40 pills each time, washed down with aged rice water. This medicine is miraculous.

Treating Changfeng (Intestinal Wind) and Zangdu (Visceral Toxin).
Huaihua (Stir-fried Sophora japonica flower buds) Baiye (Processed cypress leaves, pounded and dried) Jingjie Sui (Aged Schizonepeta spike) Zhike (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, remove the pith, cut finely, stir-fried with bran until yellow)
Prepare these ingredients properly. Weigh equal parts. Grind into fine powder. Mix with clear rice water and take two qian. Take on an empty stomach before meals.
Chao Shi Bing Yuan Lun (Treatise on the Pathogenesis of Diseases by Chao Yuanfang): Intestinal dysentery manifests as hemorrhoids. Prolonged confinement, overeating, and sexual exhaustion cause blood and qi to overflow, seep into the large intestine, and rush downwards. Occasional clear stool or bloody discharge flows.

Chouchun Baipi (Bark of Ailanthus altissima, remove coarse bark, dry by roasting, four liang) Cangzhu (Soaked in rice washing water overnight, peel, dry in sun, avoid fire) Zhike (Remove pith, cut finely, stir-fried with bran until yellow, two liang each)
Grind into fine powder. Make pills with vinegar paste the size of sophora seeds. Take 30-40 pills on an empty stomach before meals, washed down with rice water.

Grind into fine powder. Mix with lard from the twelfth lunar month to form a pill the size of a bullet. Wrap in cotton and insert into the lower orifice. Change three times a day.
Formula for Hemorrhoids with Rat-Like Nodules, Lumps, Thirst, and Pain.

Grind into fine powder. Make pills with refined honey the size of sophora seeds. Take 20-30 pills each time, washed down with warm water. Take three times a day before meals. If ineffective, increase to 50 pills.
