Treats women in the fifth to seventh month of pregnancy who suffer from fetal injury due to external physical impact, or intrauterine fetal demise with lochia discharge and unceasing pain, accompanied by trismus (lockjaw) and a critical condition. This medicine is used for exploration. If the fetus is not damaged, the pain will cease, and both mother and child will be safe. If the fetus is damaged, it will be expelled immediately; this medicine is miraculous for inducing labor.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (six taels, washed, de-rhizome, thinly sliced, dried by baking, weighed), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) (four taels, washed).
Grind the above herbs into coarse powder. Take two qian per dose, add one small cup of water, and decoct until the liquid is thick and nearly dry. Then add one large cup of wine, bring to a single boil, remove the dregs, and take warm. For patients with trismus, administer via forced feeding.
[Note: The character "Jin" appears isolated here, likely a formatting error in the source text. The following section describes a different formula.]
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) or Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin)? *Correction based on text*: Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) ground into fine powder. Take one qian per dose, mix with wine quenched by a red-hot weighing hammer. This method treats metrorrhagia (abnormal uterine bleeding) using hemostatic and blood-nourishing medicines, specifically addressing "Yang invading Yin," described earlier as heat from heaven and earth causing menstrual blood to boil and overflow.
Treats continuous lower bleeding or leukorrhea with five colors.
Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi) pounded to remove skin and hairs, cut, slightly stir-fried, and ground into powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with clear rice water. This formula was transmitted by Xu Chaofeng. His female relative suffered from this type of hemorrhage and was cured by it.
Treats postpartum wind-stroke with trismus, tight jaw, and convulsions of the limbs.
Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjiesui) lightly roasted, one tael, ground into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with warm wine.
Both *Jingyan Fang* and *Chanbao* contain this formula. In Chen's selected formulas, the ingredients "Juqing" and "Gubai" are used, which are likely cryptic references to hide the true ingredients. This medicine indeed has miraculous and divine effects.
[Fragmentary text]: ...awakens easily after wind-stroke, like being drunk, unconsciousness will definitely resolve. It is indeed so.

Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang) (five taels, pounded to extract juice), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) (five taels, pounded to extract juice).
Soak the juices together overnight. Stir-fry each until yellow and dry, until all juice is absorbed, then grind into powder. For ordinary abdominal pain, take three qian mixed with wine; it is indispensable for postpartum conditions.

Use one he of herb with five cups of water, decoct to one cup, remove dregs, and take mixed with a small amount of Moschus (Shexiang) and Boswelliae Resina (Ruxiang) ground into powder.
Geng Mengde, Military Commander of Yinxian, had a wife suffering from lithiasis strangury (sand-stone strangury) for thirteen years. Each urination was unbearable in pain, and sand-stones were discharged into the urinal with a crackling sound. Hundreds of methods failed. She accidentally obtained this formula and drank it, recovering in one night. I witnessed this myself.
