This type of toxic sore often occurs on the head, face, and limbs. The affected area is red or swollen, with wandering pain. In severe cases, the porcelain blade bloodletting method (using shards of porcelain to prick the skin for bloodletting) mentioned earlier should be used to allow toxic blood to flow out upon pricking. Then apply Shengong San externally, and internally administer Jingfang Baidu San or Wufu Huadu Dan. If the toxic qi invades the abdomen, it becomes incurable. Some patients may recover but suffer recurrences; this is all due to the mother consuming spicy and roasted foods, leading to internal heat. Leolu (Radix Agrimoniae) should be added to the mother's medication for decoction and ingestion, or the infant can take it themselves to achieve recovery.
Pediatric Goose Mouth Sore (Article 307)
When a child's oral cavity is filled with white flakes, it is called "Goose Mouth Sore," and the infant cannot suckle milk. Wrap hair or soft silk around the finger, dip it in well water, and wipe the tongue clean until the flakes are removed. If the flakes do not detach, boil Lignum Juglandis (Chestnut Wood) decoction strongly, wrap cotton around the tip of a chopstick, and wipe/wash the area. Afterwards, apply Feizhi Huangdan (Calcined Minium) topically.
Jiawei Taiyi Gao (Article 308)

Preparation: First, decoct 1 liang each of Danggui and Dihuang in oil until black, filter dregs. Then add another 1 liang each and decoct until slightly scorched, filter dregs again. Finally, add wax to melt, cool, and mix well. Apply to the affected area and cover with paper. If dead flesh exists, cut it off with a sharp knife to accelerate flesh generation.

Fine Powders: True Awei, Xuxiang, Moyao (each 1 liang); Shexiang (3 qian).
Preparation: Add Xuxiang, Moyao, and Awei first, then Shexiang. Mix well, cool, immerse in water for several days, and store in a porcelain bottle to prevent gas escape. Apply using white cloth or stiff white paper; change every 8-9 days. Passing pus/blood in stool is normal; some heal without it. For dysentery, apply to the navel/abdomen. Avoid sexual activity and raw/cold foods. For phlegm nodules, make a ring of buckwheat flour paste around the lesion, place 2-3 liang of Puxiao on the lump, cover with thick paper, and iron to drive heat inward.
