上件药用坩埚子一枚，入药在内，用瓦片子盖定，瓦片子上钻窍子，盐泥固济，只

Wuzijin (Calculus Bovis, 牛黄), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, 枳壳), Weilingxian (Symplocos Radix, 威灵仙) [cleaned of soil], Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis, 五倍子), Ziheche (Placenta Humana, 紫河车) [selected from those treated with Chonglou/Paris polyphylla], Huangniu Jiaosai (Horn of Yellow Cow, 黄牛角腮) [six ingredients, each half liang].
Place the aforementioned ingredients in a porcelain jar, cover tightly with a tile, seal the jar mouth firmly using mud made from white rooster manure, yellow earth, and a little salt, and calcine using charcoal fire.
Treats all types of hemorrhoids, characterized by pain and swelling, causing restlessness in sitting or lying down.
Chanshanjia (Pangolin Scale, 穿山甲) [sixty slices, taken from the forelimbs], Wulingzhi (Trogopteri Dung, 五灵脂) [cleaned of sand and stones, one liang], Huangdan (Minium, 黄丹) [one liang], Baifan (Alumen, 白矾) [one liang], Qingfen (Calomelas, 轻粉).
Place the aforementioned drugs in a crucible, cover with a tile piece, drill holes in the tile, seal with salt mud, leaving only the holes open. Calcine using five jin of charcoal until the smoke is exhausted, then grind into fine powder. On an empty stomach, first chew one walnut kernel, drink one cup of wine, wait for a period, then chew another walnut kernel, and take one qian of the fine powder mixed with one cup of wine. If walking for three to five li, chew another walnut kernel and take one qian of the powder mixed with one cup of wine.
Treats chronic wind-intestinal bleeding or various types of hemorrhoidal fistulas.
One wild cat caught in the twelfth lunar month, coiled inside a porcelain jar; half sheng of jujubes, half sheng of Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, 枳壳), four liang of Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 甘草) cut into inch-length pieces, two liang of Zhuya Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina, 猪牙皂角). Place the aforementioned drugs in a porcelain jar, calcine over charcoal fire until they retain their properties (charred but not fully carbonized), then grind into fine powder. Take two qian each time, administered with walnut wine, before meals.
