Take thirty pills per dose, administered with salt water or wine, on an empty stomach or before meals. After taking the medicine, wash the affected area with Yinchen Decoction (*Artemisiae Scopariae Herba* decoction). If the wound is dry without pus or blood, apply Sanhuang San (*Three Yellows Powder*) externally.

Take forty pills per dose, on an empty stomach or before meals, with boiled water. Alternatively, add a small amount of Moshi (Musk, *Moschus*) to make a powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with Ejiao Decoction (*Asini Corii Colla* decoction), or mixed with wine is also acceptable. Expelling foul pus and blood, and promoting tissue regeneration indicate efficacy.
Treats all kinds of hemorrhoidal fistulas that have not healed for a long time.
