Treats all types of metal weapon injuries. It stops bleeding and promotes tissue regeneration.
Bombyx Batryticatus (Late Silkworm Moth) (Quantity not specified, used raw).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Apply the powder evenly to the wound and wrap with silk gauze. The wound heals immediately, and bleeding stops.
Treats tetanus causing heaviness of the body, or opisthotonos, spasms, convulsions, and loss of consciousness. (The following treat tetanus.)
Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (Caowutou) (Raw, skin and tip removed, 3 liang), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia) (2 liang, raw), Crotonis Fructus (Badou) (Skin removed, oil retained, 1 liang, raw).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills using jujube flesh, sized like cherries. Take half a pill per dose; for severe cases, take one pill. Grind in warm wine and swallow. Take after meals.
Treats tetanus in a critical, seemingly incurable state. Although the patient has trismus (lockjaw), if the heart and abdomen remain warm, administering the medicine orally will restore consciousness upon swallowing.
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi) (Processed, skin and navel removed), Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (Caowutou) (Processed, skin and tip removed), Arisaematis Rhizoma (Tiannanxing) (Processed), Agastachis Herba (Huoxiangye) (Soil removed), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (Radicle removed), Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang) (1 qian, separately ground).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. Cold water is strictly prohibited. If cold water is consumed and the condition recurs, it becomes incurable. No specific timing restrictions.
Treats tetanus where pathogenic factors have migrated to the four limbs, resulting in inability to speak and stiffness/rigidity of the limbs.

Burn on a tile over charcoal until ashed, then grind finely. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. Take before meals.
Treats tetanus. Relieves pain, promotes tissue regeneration, and eliminates scars.
Ostrea Concha (Muli) (3 liang, calcined and finely ground), Halloysitum Rubrum (Hanshuishi) (1.5 liang, calcined and finely ground), Arisaematis Rhizoma (Tiannanxing) (Processed), Bombyx Batryticatus (Baijiangcan) (Stir-fried, silk mouth removed), Os Draconis (Longgu) (Quantity implied).
Finely grind the above ingredients and apply directly to the wound. Avoid wind and rest properly; do not let the wound get wet.
