Treats pediatric gingival gangrene (Ya Gan), tooth fracture, swelling and pain, as well as delayed eruption of new teeth after shedding deciduous teeth; use this prescription for spontaneous regrowth.
Crucian carp (one large specimen, intestines and viscera removed) Jujube fruit (ten pieces, pitted) Alum (1 qian, ground into fine powder, placed inside the jujube).
Wrap the above three ingredients in paper three to five layers thick, seal firmly with salt mud, leave a small hole at the top, and calcine over charcoal fire until blue smoke emerges. Take a small amount of the resulting powder.

Treats pediatric gingival gangrene, causing erosion, ulceration, tooth fracture, and gradual invasion of the lips and oral cavity.
Toad venom (Chan Su, 1 zi dose) Aloe vera (1 fen, separately ground) Yellow alum (1 fen, calcined until dry) Aconitum kusnezoffii root (Caowutou, 1 fen, burnt to ash retaining its properties) Alum (Danfan, [text incomplete]).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder, add a small amount of Moschus (Shexiang), and grind again until uniform. Wrap cotton around the tip of a chopstick, dip into the medicine, and apply a small amount to the affected area.

Treats all types of gingival gangrene, tooth fracture, erosion, ulceration, bad breath, and bleeding gums.
Toad venom (Chan Su) Calomel (Qingfen, separately ground) Lead subcarbonate (Dingfen) Human bone ash (Renzhongbai) (each of these four ingredients: 1 qian) Moschus (Shexiang, 1 zi dose, separately ground).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Before bedtime, rinse the mouth with salt water, apply the powder to the affected area, and cover with thin paper.

Treats pediatric marasmus-like gingival gangrene (Zouma Ya Gan), characterized by tooth fracture and ulceration.
Snail (one large specimen, calcined retaining its properties) Indigo naturalis (Qingdai, 0.5 qian) Moschus (Shexiang, 1 zi dose, separately ground).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. First wash the affected area with salt water, allow it to dry, then apply a small amount of the powder to the lesion.

Treats pediatric marasmus-like gingival gangrene (Zouma Ya Gan), characterized by tooth fracture and ulceration.
Mole cricket (Lougu, two large specimens. Mix with a small amount of Realgar or Arsenic trioxide (Pi), seal with salt mud, burn until red hot, cool down before use).
Extract the ash of the mole cricket from the shell, add a small amount of Moschus (Shexiang), and grind finely into powder. First rinse the mouth with salt water, then use a goose feather to apply the medicine to the affected area.

Treats pediatric deficiency of stomach qi, counterflow of cold qi upwards, discomfort in the chest and diaphragm, persistent severe vomiting, abdominal distension, shortness of breath, and epigastric fullness and stuffiness.
Clove (Dingxiang) Aucklandia root (Muxiang) Agastache leaf (Huoxiangye, cleaned of soil) Agarwood (Chenxiang) Prepared Aconite root (Fuzi, processed, skin, umbilicus, and tip removed) Loquat leaf (Pipaye, wiped with fresh ginger to remove hairs).
(Six ingredients, each 1 fen) Mercury (Shuiyin) Sulfur (Huanghuang) (each 1 fen, combined with mercury to form cinnabar-like grains) Nutmeg (Roudoukou, five pieces, wrapped in flour and baked cooked) Cardamom seed (Caodoukouren, [text truncated]).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills, where one liang of powder makes forty pills. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in decoction of fresh ginger and jujube fruit, take before nursing or meals.
