黄 甘草 地骨皮 防风（四味各等分，焙干）
上件 咀。每用半两，水三升煎三、五沸，滤去滓，通手淋洗。

上件 咀。每用药末二两，水三升煎五、七沸，乘熟淋渫。
治一切痔疾。
五倍子（不以多少，炒令苗制）
上件 咀。每用二两，水五碗，煎汤乘热熏，候通手淋洗，拭干，次用二白散汤，须旋
旋乘热添用。一方用五倍子雌雄各一枚为末，洗后用井水调敷痔上。五倍子看里面，红者为
雄，赤者为雌。
治痔漏脓汁逗流，疼痛不止。

Another method uses one Galla Chinensis (divided into male and female types) ground into powder; after washing, mix with well water and apply to the hemorrhoid. To distinguish male and female Galla Chinensis by looking inside: red indicates male, and crimson indicates female.
To treat hemorrhoidal fistulas with continuous pus discharge and unceasing pain.
Hanshuishi (Aragonite), Bai Huashi (White Talcum)
Take equal parts of the above two herbs, grind them together uniformly, dip new cotton in the powder, and pat it onto the wound frequently.
To treat the five types of hemorrhoids and internal/external hemorrhoids with unbearable pain.

Grind the above-mentioned ingredient into fine powder. Use half a tael each time, mix with three sheng of thickly decocted Wasong (Radix Sargentodoxae) soup to adjust the medicine, place in a bucket, and slowly wash the affected area. Moyao (Myrrha Resina), Xuxiang (Olibanum Resina), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Gusui Bu (Drynariae Rhizoma), Chuan Wutou (Aconiti Radix, raw, peeled and de-eyed), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, 1.5 taels), Chuan [Missing Character, likely Chuanxiong].
