In cases of traumatic injury accompanied by constipation: if caused by blood deficiency and excessive fire in the Large Intestine, use Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) to administer Runchang Wan (Intestinal Moistening Pill), or employ the method of introducing pig bile for bowel evacuation. If due to Kidney deficiency causing internal dryness and heat, administer Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill); if due to Qi deficiency in the Stomach and Intestines, administer Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction); if characterized by severe constipation, excess syndrome in the interior, robust constitution, abdominal pain, and hardness, administer Yuzhu San (Jade Candle Powder).

Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Take on an empty stomach with warm water.
