Dioscoreae Rhizoma (processed) Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (stems removed, dried) Corni Fructus (washed, seeds removed) Poria (white) Foeniculi Fructus (stir-fried. Each 1.5 liang)
Grind the above into powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with salt water.
Treats injuries from venomous snake bites, where the patient is unconscious, dazed, and near death.
Trogopteri Dung (1 liang, authentic, washed with wine to remove sand and stones, used dry) Realgar (0.5 liang, clear and high quality, ground)
Grind the above into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with wine and administered orally. Also, mix the powder with a little liquid and apply it to the wound. After some time, administer another dose. The effect is miraculous.
Treats injuries from venomous snake bites.
Realgar (quantity as needed)
Grind the above into fine powder. Mix with the natural juice of Lactuca sativa (lettuce) leaves to form cakes. Dissolve in good wine and take orally. Apply the medicine to the injured area.
Treats injuries from vicious snakes and mad dogs.
Asari Radix et Rhizoma, Piperis Longi Fructus, and Realgar. Grind with good wine and add Moschus. Whether bitten by a vicious snake or a mad dog, one dose guarantees recovery and health.
Take equal parts of the above, grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with good wine.
Use half a walnut shell, fill it completely with human feces (referred to as "wild man's dry"), cover it with elm bark, and place it over the wound. Moxibustion on the walnut shell for fourteen moxa cones (two sets of seven) will cure it, preventing recurrence forever.
For tetanus patients near death, grind centipedes into fine powder, rub on the teeth, and have the patient spit out saliva; they will revive immediately.
Treats tetanus, as well as wounds from metal blades and blunt force trauma. In the past, Prefect Zhang Shuqian, while governing Qingliu County, passed these two prescriptions to the medical officer at the Zhitin office, saving several patients near death.

One piece of yellow beeswax, melted in hot wine and taken orally. Effect is immediate. Use together with the Yuzhen San mentioned earlier for treating tetanus.
