First, crush the Wensha into fine pieces, stir-fry in a pot until yellow. Then add Chuanjiao and continue stir-frying together until black and smoke rises, which marks the end of this process. Place the mixture in a jar, seal it, and store it to preserve its medicinal properties. The next day, add Qingfen and grind into a fine powder. Store in a jar. Mix with Sesame Oil (Xiangyou) and rub onto the affected area. It is advisable for the nursing mother to observe dietary restrictions.
