连翘（去心） 牛蒡子（研） 蝉蜕 白芍 川芎 当归尾 防风 赤芍药（各一钱五分）
甘草节（必要真节） 川贝母（去心，各三钱） 蒲公英（二钱） 浓朴（一钱） 桔梗（一钱四分） 乳香（去油，
研） 没药（去油，研，各七分）
逐味另秤，分厘不可增减，水二盅煎，加童便一盏和服，服后出汗，二三剂即愈。
对口初起 鲜乌鱼皮贴疮上，干则以火酒扫之，日换五次。
又方 猪首眼瞠中肉，取下两块，盛碗内，用木箸捣极烂如糊，敷四围，中留豆大一孔透气，至重敷二次，即消。
又方 山药同独核肥皂捣敷。
又方 蝣蜒虫同霜梅捣敷。

对口背痈仙方
活鲫鱼（一尾，去鳞、肠。） 头垢（五钱）
共捣烂，加蜜半杯搅匀，从外围入里面，留一孔出毒瓦斯，二次全消，实时止痛。
对口疖初起 桃叶尖九个捣烂掺上。
又方 抱小鸡的母鸡热屎涂消。
又方 猪胆剖汁，碗盛，涂完即愈。（男子用雄猪胆。女用母猪胆。）
又方 天茄（即白牵牛）叶带茎、子，采来同生姜三片捣敷，早晚一换，三日全愈。

研末和匀，用竹管将稀绢蒙一头入药，筛膏药上贴之。虽垂危亦愈。
对口 荠菜同醋捣烂敷立消。
Secret Formula: Qiaoxiao (Forsythiae Fructus, 连翘) [decored], Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus, 牛蒡子) [ground], Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum, 蝉蜕), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 白芍), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 川芎), Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix caudex, 当归尾), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 防风), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra, 赤芍药) [each 1.5 qian]; Gancao jie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma joint, 甘草节) [must be true joints] 3 qian, Chuanbeimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, 川贝母) [decored] 3 qian, Pugongying (Taraxaci Herba, 蒲公英) 2 qian, Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, 浓朴) 1 qian, Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, 桔梗) 1.4 qian, Ruxiang (Olibanum, 乳香) [de-oiled, ground], Moyao (Myrrha, 没药) [de-oiled, ground] [each 0.7 qian].
Weigh each ingredient separately; do not add or subtract any fen or li. Decoct with two zhong of water, mix with one zhan of child's urine, and take orally. After taking the medicine, sweating occurs; two to three doses will result in a cure.
For early-stage Dui Kou Ding (Opposite-to-Orifice Carbuncle): Apply fresh snake skin to the sore. If it dries, wipe with fire wine. Change five times daily.
Another prescription: Take the meat from the eye sockets of a pig's head. Place two pieces in a bowl, pound them extremely finely into a paste using wooden chopsticks. Apply around the periphery of the sore, leaving a hole the size of a bean in the center for ventilation. For severe cases, apply twice, and it will resolve.
Another prescription: Mash Yam (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, 山药) together with single-seed soap nuts and apply.
Another prescription: Mash Scolopendra (Scolopendra, 蝣蜒虫) together with frost-plum and apply.
Another prescription: High-quality Xin Hong (Cardamom seed interior, 上好心红) 3 qian, Scolopendra 10 pieces. Pound into a paste, form into a plaster, and apply according to the size of the toxin. If not suppurated, it dissipates; if suppurated, pus is discharged immediately, showing instant effect.
Immortal Formula for Dui Kou Back Carbuncle: One live crucian carp (scaleless and gutted), Tou Gou (Scalp Scurf, 头垢) 5 qian. Pound together until fine, add half a cup of honey, and stir evenly. Apply from the periphery inward, leaving one hole to discharge toxic gases. Two applications lead to complete resolution and immediate pain relief.
For early-stage Dui Kou Boil (Carbuncle at the nape): Pound nine peach leaf tips into a paste and sprinkle/apply on the affected area.
Another prescription: Apply hot feces from a brooding hen to dissipate the swelling.
Another prescription: Cut open a pig gallbladder to extract juice, hold in a bowl, and smear over the entire area for a cure. (Use male pig gallbladder for men, female pig gallbladder for women.)
Another prescription: Collect leaves, stems, and seeds of Tian Qie (Pharbitidis Semen, 天茄/白牵牛). Mash together with three slices of ginger and apply. Change morning and evening; full recovery in three days.
Another prescription: Sugarcane residue (roasted dry), white dog feces (roasted dry). Grind into powder and mix evenly. Use a bamboo tube covered with thin silk at one end to sift the powder onto a plaster and apply. Even critical cases can be cured.
Dui Kou Ding: Mash Shepherd's Purse (Capsellae Bursa-Pastoris Herba, 荠菜) with vinegar into a paste and apply for immediate dissipation.
