卵袋生疮抓之流水 陈紫苏、大红椒，煎汤熏洗三次。
外肾生疮。
蚯蚓屎（二两） 绿豆粉（一两）
水研涂，干又敷。
李东垣曰∶湿阴疮由肾经虚弱，风湿相搏，邪气乘之，瘙痒成疮，浸淫汗出，状如疥癣者是也。（《精义》）
申斗垣曰∶肝经湿热，外胞囊上起窠子作痒，甚则滴水，湿透中衣，名曰胞漏疮。（《启玄》）
又曰∶又有杨梅疮毒结于此，以致肾囊破裂，漏水腥臭，久治不痊，宜土茯苓汤加人参等补药治之。
阴囊出水 银粉、蜡茶、五倍子研细同葱椒汤洗净，以香油调搽。
阴囊湿痒 飞盐、皂角、苦参、川椒、蛇床子、苍术煎汤熏洗，数次除根。
阴囊夜痒，抓之流水及妇人下部阴湿。（《集验》）
牡蛎 蛇床子 干荷叶 破故纸 官桂 紫梢花（各等分）
加葱白数茎煎汤去渣，熏洗两许药洗一次。
沐浴长春散（《锦囊》）。男子下元阴湿久冷，阴囊搔痒疼痛成疮、流水及妇人阴湿子宫久冷。
牡蛎 蛇床子 官桂 紫梢花 破故纸 干荷叶（各等分）
每用一两五钱，水一小锅，入葱白数茎，煎八分，先熏后洗，换搽津调散。
卵胞出水
全蝎（一钱，酒洗焙） 玄胡索（五钱）
如出水日久，腰痛加杜仲一钱，共为细末，作一服空心无灰酒调下。定痛消肿
止水，三服痊愈。或糊丸亦可，屡用屡验。
肾囊湿烂并妇女阴蚀湿烂生疮。抱鸡卵连壳焙，一钱，冰片五厘，儿茶一分，烧灰存性，共乳细搽之。

Li Dongyuan stated: Damp Yin sores arise from deficiency of the Kidney channel, where wind-dampness combats each other, and pathogenic factors take advantage of this weakness, causing itching and sores that weep and sweat, resembling tinea or scabies. (Jingyi)
Shen Douyuan stated: Damp-heat in the Liver channel causes bumps to appear on the scrotum with itching; if severe, it drips water, soaking through the inner garments, named Bao Lou Chuang (Bladder Leakage Sores). (Qixuan)
He also stated: There are cases where Yaws toxin accumulates here, causing the scrotum to rupture and leak foul-smelling fluid, which is difficult to cure after prolonged treatment. It is advisable to use Tu Fuling Tang (Smilax Glabra Decoction) supplemented with Ren Shen (Ginseng) and other tonifying herbs.
Weeping from the scrotum: Grind Silver Powder (Calomel), Waxed Tea, and Chinese Gall into fine powder. Cleanse the area with Scallion and Pepper Soup, then mix with Sesame Oil for application.
Damp and itchy scrotum: Decoct Flying Salt, Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit, Sophora Root, Sichuan Pepper, Cnidium Fruit, and Atractylodes Rhizome in water for fumigation and washing; repeated applications can eradicate the root cause.
Itchy scrotum at night, weeping upon scratching, and dampness in the female lower jiao. (Jiyan)
Oyster Shell equal parts with Cnidium Fruit, Dried Lotus Leaf, Psoralea Fruit, Cinnamon Twig, and Coral Tree Flower.
Add several stalks of white onion, decoct in water, remove dregs, fumigate and wash twice, then wash once with the medicinal liquid.
Mu Yu Chang Chun San (Bathing Everlasting Spring Powder) (Jinnang). For men with chronic coldness and dampness in the lower yuan, itchy, painful sores on the scrotum with weeping, and for women with chronic coldness and dampness in the uterus.
Oyster Shell equal parts with Cnidium Fruit, Cinnamon Twig, Coral Tree Flower, Psoralea Fruit, and Dried Lotus Leaf.
Use 1.5 liang per dose, add one small pot of water and several stalks of white onion. Decoct until reduced to 80%. Fumigate first, then wash. Switch to applying Cha Jin Tiao San (Saliva-Moistening Mixing Powder).
Weeping from the scrotum and testicles
Scorpion (1 qian, washed in wine and baked) Corydalis Rhizome (5 qian)
If weeping has persisted for a long time accompanied by lower back pain, add Eucommia Bark (1 qian). Grind all into fine powder. Take as one dose, mixed with pure wine on an empty stomach. To relieve pain and reduce swelling.
Stops weeping; cured after three doses. Can also be made into honey pills; repeatedly used with verified efficacy.
Damp rot of the scrotum and erosive sores in the female vulva. Roast a hen's egg with its shell until dry. Mix 1 qian of the ash with 5 li of Borneol and 1 fen of Child's Tea (Camellia sinensis leaf extract). Calcine to retain properties, grind finely, and apply.
