Nongke Chuang (Impetigo), Jie Chuang (Scabies), Xue Jian (Blood Arrow), Xue Zhi (Blood Hemorrhoids), as well as You Zi (Warts), are all compiled in this section for easy reference and treatment consultation.
Chen Shigong stated: Nongke Chuang (Impetigo) is caused by heat in the Lung Meridian and dampness in the Spleen Meridian, resulting from the interaction of these two pathogenic factors. The condition initially presents with water blisters accompanied by itching, which later transform into pus-filled blisters causing pain. Treatment should primarily focus on clearing heat, dispersing wind, cooling blood, and eliminating dampness. (*Waike Zhengzong* / *Standardized Treatise on External Medicine*)
Jiang Shiji stated: Nongke Chuang (Impetigo) lesions are the size of soybeans, exuding yellow pus, and severe pain indicates a predominance of deficiency-heat and dampness in the Spleen. Internal administration of Simiao Tang (Four Marvels Decoction) added with Cang Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) and Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) is appropriate, along with external application of Puji Dan (Universal Benefit Powder). (*Yangyi Shuoyue* / *Brief Discussion on Surgeon's Medicine*)
