羌活 食盐（各三钱）
先用水十碗煎五碗；渣用水八碗煎四碗；三次水六碗煎三碗；四次水四碗煎二
碗，共入砂锅内煎滚，熏洗，神效。
洗闪跌 马尾松毛不拘多少，入锅内熬至水面起丝为度，熏洗搓揉。
又方 紫果子藤煎汤揉洗。
跌打破损血出 血竭细末掺之。
又方 飞面遏上即血止结疤，不复溃脓。
黑丸子 治鹤膝风并跌仆损伤风湿，筋骨疼痛，或瘀血壅滞。
白蔹 赤小豆（各一两六钱） 白芍药 百草霜（各一两） 当归 白芨 骨碎补（焙，各八
钱） 天南星 川乌（各三钱） 牛膝（六钱）
酒糊丸桐子大。每服三十丸，盐汤温酒任下。
折损或金疮出血。
五倍子（一两） 生半夏 枯矾（各一两五钱） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各五钱） 无名异（一两
）龙骨（ ，三钱）
共为细末搽之，不怕风，不作脓，止血如神。
闪跌疯气痛。
硫黄（二两） 银朱 明雄黄 辰砂（各三钱） 川乌 草乌（各一钱五分） 生大黄 黄柏（各一
钱） 麝香（一分）
先将硫黄熔化，入诸药末搅匀，地上预铺大纸一张，将药倾上，再用纸一张盖
上，压扁成块，候冷，每纸一寸，可裁十块，每用一块点着，放粗浓草纸上，不住
手以浓纸移熨药尽，又换药点熨至热气透入肌骨，则气血立刻流通，其患如失。
秘制跌打损伤，风疼闪仆，凝血闷气神效膏药。
全当归 川乌 白芨 防风 木鳖子 生地黄 赤芍药 白芷 头发 白蔹（各一
两） 没药（去油，五钱） 槐、柳、桑、枣、桃枝（各一寸）
上药入麻油二斤浸透，桑柴火熬枯去渣，复入净锅内微火熬至滴水成珠，始下
飞丹十二两足，务使老嫩合宜，将凝，投去油乳香五钱化尽，倾入水盆内揉扯以拔
火毒，收用摊贴。临贴时加麝香半分，每张重五钱，重者一张，轻者一张贴三四人。
此方不可加减一，时致取不效。
跌打闪挫，风气痛，冷头风。
穿山甲（去皮，净，槌碎） 番木鳖（水泡，刮毛，切片） 官桂（切片） 当归（各一两二钱） 槐枝 柳
枝（各一两） 枳壳（一两四钱）
麻油六斤浸透，先用文火熬至黑色，槐枝棍搅，滤去渣，称油轻重，每油一斤，加
丹八两熬滚，徐徐投下，不住手搅匀，滴水成珠，以手试之，老嫩得宜。再入乳香
去油、没药去油、丁香、儿茶各六钱，俱研细，搅匀，入有盖瓶内埋土中七日去火气，任摊贴。
木鳖膏（家秘）。治跌打损伤，肿痛疮疡，一切诸风气痛。真麻油三斤，番木鳖
子一百四十七粒，入锅内熬至番木鳖黑脆为度，熬时以柳枝频搅，将木鳖子捞起，再
入铅粉炒黄色三十两，徐徐投下，逐渐成膏。以缸盛井水，将膏倾入，置露处出火
气，一宿捞起，听摊。用后掺药。
掺药（家秘）。
三奈（上上者） 北细辛 川乌 樟冰 肉桂 当门子 大茴香 母丁香 乳香（去
油） 没药（去油） 甘松 自然铜（ 红，醋淬七次） 半夏 大黄 荜茇 皂角 干姜 白芷
小茴香（各五钱） 阿魏（三钱）
忌见火。即自然铜亦须放倾银罐内 ，逐味另研，合匀密贮，勿泄香气，多少随
用可也。如骨碎者不可多用麝香，以其性热而散，能耗髓也。若伤损血积龌龊者，先
贴无掺药膏药一个，贴一二时辰揭起，则
伤口血迹被膏揭净，然后用掺药之膏贴之。倘无木鳖膏，即寻常膏药亦可用。
金丝万应膏 治跌仆损伤，并寒湿香港脚，痛不可忍；小儿脾疳泻痢，不肯服
药，贴肚上；咳嗽贴背心。
沥青（二斤，净末） 萆麻子（二百粒，去皮壳） 木鳖子（二十八枚，去壳，切片） 乳香 没药（去油，
各一两） 黄蜡（二两） 麻油（夏二两，春、秋各四两） 威灵仙（二两）
先将沥青、灵仙下锅熬化焦黄色。滤过，倾入水盆候冷取出，称二斤再下锅熔
开，下麻油、黄蜡、萆麻子泥，用槐柳枝不住手搅匀，慢火熬至滴水不散，不粘手
为度，扯拔如金丝状。如硬加油少许，如软加沥青，试得如法，却下乳香、没药末，
起锅在炭火上再用槐柳枝搅数百次，又以粗布漉下水盆内，扯拔如金丝为度。
风气跌扑膏药神方（《锦囊》）
男发（一大团） 萆麻子（去壳，二百粒） 猪脂（熬油，二斤八两） 麻油（八两）
以上先熬至发化、萆麻子焦枯，再入后药∶
熟地 威灵仙（各三两） 金银花（二两） 川乌 草乌（各六钱） 肉桂（去皮） 白芷（各一两）
独活 当归身（各一两五钱）
以上熬至药色焦枯，去渣，细绢滤过，慢火再熬，不住手搅，入后药收之∶
乳香（箬上炙，去油，研细） 没药（箬上炙，去油，研细，各一两） 麝香（二分） 真黄
丹（炒燥罗细，八两） 明松香（水煮三次，去水熔化，入夏布滤过，净六两）
以上先将松香、黄丹下后，炼至软硬得所，滴水成珠离火，再下乳、没、麝打匀藏瓷器中，旋用旋摊。
打仆损伤及一切痈肿未破，贴令内消。（《本事》）
生地黄（研如泥） 广木香（研细末）
先以地黄膏随肿大小摊于纸上，掺木香末一层，又再摊地黄膏贴肿上，不过三五度即愈。
跌打青肿 真三七嚼涂患处。
蚌霜散（《入门》）
蚌霜 百草霜（各等分）
上为末。每服二钱，糯米饮调服。
乳香定痛散（《入门》） 治诸伤损疼痛。
白芷 当归 生地黄 牡丹皮 赤芍药 川芎 乳香 没药 白术 甘草（各等分）
上为末。每二钱，温酒童便各半调匀服之。
乳香散（《得效》） 治打扑伤损，痛不可忍。
白术 当归 白芷 乳香 没药 甘草（各等分）
上为末。每二钱，酒调服。
寻痛元（《得效》） 治诸伤止痛清心，行气活血如神。
草乌（生用） 乳香 没药 五灵脂（各三钱） 生麝香（少许）
上为末。酒糊丸如指头大，朱砂为衣。每一丸，薄荷汤姜汁磨化服。
补损当归散（《局方》）。治坠仆折伤，疼痛叫号，服此药不复大痛，三日筋骨相连。
川芎（一两五钱） 桂心 川椒 当归 甘草（各七钱五分） 附子（炮） 泽兰（各一钱五分）
上为末。每二钱温酒调服，其效如神。
伤损肿痛瘀血流注紫黑，或伤眼上青黑不散。（《医鉴》）。大黄为末，生姜汁调敷患处，即消。
散被殴瘢痕，亦治跌仆。（《圣惠》）麻油、清酒各一碗，煎数沸，服了卧火烧热地上一夜，痛止肿消。
草乌散（《得效》） 凡骨节出臼，用此麻药麻之，然后用手整顿。
皂角 木鳖子 紫荆皮 白芷 半夏 乌药 当归 川芎 川乌（各一两二钱五分）
草乌 茴香 坐拿草（各二钱五分） 木香（一钱）
并无 制，为末。诸样骨节出臼窠者，
每服二钱，好红酒调下，麻到不识痛处。然后或用刀割开，或剪去骨锋，以手整顿骨
节归原，用夹板夹定，然后医治。治箭簇入骨不出，亦用此药麻后，或钳出，或凿
开取出。然后取盐汤或盐水服之立醒。
夹骨法（《得效》） 小蛤蟆四五个，皮硝三分，生姜一两，酒糟一碗，肿者加红何
首乌同捣敷折伤处。
治折伤名活血散（《入门》）。绿豆粉炒紫色，新汲水调成膏，浓敷折伤处，以桑
皮夹定，其效如神。一方热酒调敷。
接骨丹（《回春》）。骨碎筋断，用此复断如初。
古文钱（三个，火 醋淬七次） 当归（七钱五分） 川芎 骨碎补 没药（各五钱） 川乌（煨，四钱
）乳香（二钱五分） 木香（一钱） 松香（六两） 香油（一两五钱）
各为末。和油成膏，摊油纸，贴患处。
二生膏（《医鉴》）。治伤筋损骨，痛不可忍，神效。并治折伤手足。
生地黄（一斤） 生姜（四两）
上捣烂，入酒糟一斤，炒热布裹罨伤处，熨之。
伤损臂臼脱出肿痛（《得救》）。生地捣烂，摊油纸上，次掺木香末一层，又摊地
黄贴患处，明日痛即止。
治折伤断筋损骨（《种杏》）。生地捣取汁，好酒和服，日二三次最效。又捣烂蒸
热封伤处一月，筋骨连续。盖地黄属骨。
糯米膏（《纲目》）。治仆伤筋断骨折。
糯米（一升） 皂角（切碎半升） 铜钱（百个，同炒至焦黑，去钱）
上为末。酒调膏贴患处，神效。
蔓荆散（《丹心》）。治打落筋骨折伤，瘀血结痛顽痛。
荆叶（无，则荆芥代之） 蔓荆子 白芷 细辛 防风 川芎 桂枝 丁香皮 羌活（各一两）
上为粗末，每一两入盐一匙，连须葱白五茎，浆水五升，煎七沸，淋洗痛处，冷
则易。
遍身打伤 申姜捣汁冲酒服；或申姜切片，酒煎不时服；或申姜斤许捣碎，酒
五斤入坛，隔水煮三炷香，放地上一夜，去火毒，次日温服，外用申姜四两，生姜二
两，敷干再换。昔有一盗，捶楚身无完肤，服此数日无恙。
跌打闪挫神方（家秘）。独核肥皂去核，同红糖槌烂敷之。
接骨仙方 骨断粉碎者，五加皮四两，雄鸡一只，重六两，黑者更妙，去毛
连骨、皮、血，与五加皮捣烂敷患处，用布包好，准贴一周时揭去，切不可太过，时
内自完好，神效无比。再用五加皮五两酒煎服，尽量饮醉，睡为妙。
八厘散（江湖方姓授）
土鳖虫（焙干） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 血竭（各一钱） 生半夏（大者） 当归（酒
浸） 巴豆霜 砂仁 雄黄 香甜瓜子（各五分）
共为细末，收贮听用。每服八厘，好酒调下；小儿三厘，但能开口，服下即得活矣。
上部损伤，（《集效》）如头破见髓，或伤风于内，羌治、防风、半夏、升麻、当
归、赤芍、陈皮、生地、甘草、川芎、白芷、白茯苓、天南星、天花粉、蔓荆子、姜
三片煎。外加血余硬、落得打各一钱，研末冲服。中部损伤，如手折之类，羌活、防
风、当归、赤芍、陈皮、白芷、甘草、秦艽、黄 、茯苓、生地、官桂、破故纸、天
花粉，姜三片煎。外加血余硬一钱，研末冲服。下部损伤，如腿足伤，当归、芍药、
陈皮、牛膝、木瓜、防己、川芎、茯苓、羌活、白芷、白术、秦艽、生地、甘草，姜
三片煎。外加血余硬一钱，研末冲服。
熨法（《回春》）。 生葱连根切碎，炒令汁干，乘热敷患处；外用绢绵束之，立刻定痛止血。
筋骨折伤（《赤水玄珠》。急取雄鸡一只，刺血，量受伤人酒量冲服，痛立止，神效无比。）
跌压瘀血，积痛难忍。（《集验》）
大黄（酒蒸，一两） 当归尾（五钱） 桃仁（去皮、尖，二十一粒）
酒煎。鸡鸣时服，天明取下瘀血即愈。
跌打损伤。（《怀德堂笔记》）
九世还魂草 鹿衔草 落得打草 麻皮头（上部此味加倍） 土鳖（各等分） 下部加苎根
内伤加白颈蚯蚓
上五味为君，随便再加红花、苏木等药，酒水煎服，汗发即愈。（有一泥工沈姓者，屋
上跌下，服此三日全愈。）
接骨不知痛 凤仙花根酒磨服半寸，最多一寸，然后揉托入臼，并不知痛。
但多服伤人，以一寸为极，不可多用。
跌打骨断。（愿济堂刊施）
金樱子兜（即金樱子根也，去皮）
煎酒热服，渣敷患处立效。
坠车落马筋骨痛不止。（《集验》）玄胡索研末，酒服二钱，日进二次即愈。
闪跌（胡绣溪）。用鱼螵切片，熔化摊新棉花上，乘热贴伤处，拔出青紫伤痕即愈。
跌仆损伤急救散（周鹤仙）。
当归尾（酒洗） 自然铜（醋 七次） 桃仁（去皮、尖） 红花（各七钱） 陈麻皮（三钱） 地鳖虫（烧
酒浸、焙，五钱） 骨碎补（酒洗蒸） 大黄（酒洗，各二钱） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 胎儿骨 血竭
朱砂 雄黄 麝香（各五分）
以上共为极细末，收贮勿泄气。如遇跌死、打死，尚有微气者，用酒浆调二厘
入口即活；如骨折瘀血攻心，用药八厘，酒调灌之，其伤骨自上而愈，神效之极。
接骨神方
雄土鳖（一个，此虫凡雄者用铜刀或竹刀切断，以碗复之半晌，其虫能接上不死者，是雄的方可用，是雌
者不可用。火 存性） 生半夏（一个） 自然铜（醋 七次，三分） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各五厘）
以上俱忌铁器，共为绝细末。每服二厘，黄酒调下，不可多吃，如多吃恐长出
多骨。服药后须保养四十天复旧，此方神效无比。有力之家，宜修合济世。
接骨神方
半两钱（钱上只有半两二字者，以火 成淬入醋内数次，即脆，研极细末七厘） 甜瓜子（火焙干为末，七厘）
二味末和匀，生酒服下即愈。但不宜多服，多则旁长一多骨也。神验。
跌打损伤膏药（刘长随）。
当归 三棱 莪术 独活 白芷 川芎 羌活 杜仲 川牛膝 防风 肉桂 红
花续断 防己 五加皮 骨碎补 赤芍药 刘寄奴 秦艽 葱头 土鳖虫（各三钱） 头发（一握）
Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Nanduohuo, 南独活) (3 liang), Cortex Lycii (Digupi, 地骨皮) (2 liang 6 qian), Rhizoma Drynariae (Gusuibu, 骨碎补) (1 liang 2 qian), Herba Exacum (Tougucao, 透骨草), Radix Teucrii Chini (Chuanxuduan, 川续断), Cortex Acanthopanacis Senticosi (Wujiaopi, 五加皮) (each 1 liang), Rhizoma Notopterygii (Qianghuo, 羌活), Sal (Yanshi, 食盐) (each 3 qian).
First, decoct with ten bowls of water until five bowls remain; decoct the dregs with eight bowls of water until four bowls remain; add six bowls of water for the third decoction until three bowls remain; add four bowls of water for the fourth decoction until two bowls remain. Combine all four decoctions in a clay pot, bring to a boil, and use for fumigation and washing; this yields miraculous effects.
For treating sprains and falls: Pine needles from Pinus massoniana (Mawei Songmao, 马尾松毛) in any quantity are boiled in a pot until silk-like threads appear on the surface. Use for fumigation, washing, and rubbing.
Another prescription: Decoct vines of Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Ziguoziteng, 紫果子藤) in water for washing and rubbing.
For traumatic injuries with bleeding: Apply fine powder of Resina Draconis (Xuejie, 血竭) to the wound.
Another prescription: Cover the wound with refined flour (Feimian, 飞面) to stop bleeding and form a scab, preventing suppuration.
Black Pills: Treats "Crane Knee Wind" (He Xifen, 鹤膝风 - a deformity of the knee joint) and rheumatism from falls and trauma, causing pain in bones and tendons, or blood stasis obstruction.
Rhizoma Belamcandae (Bailian, 白蔹), Semen Phaseoli Urdensis (Chixiaodou, 赤小豆) (each 1 liang 6 qian), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Baishaoyao, 白芍药), Fungus Carbonis (Baicaoshuang, 百草霜), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归), Rhizoma Bletillae (Baiji, 白芨), Rhizoma Drynariae (Gusuibu, 骨碎补) (roasted, each 8 qian), Rhizoma Arisaematis (Tiannanxing, 天南星), Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Chuanwu, 川乌) (each 3 qian), Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi, 牛膝) (6 qian).
Make pills using wine paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with warm salt water or warm wine.
For fractures or metal wounds with bleeding:
Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi, 五倍子) (1 liang), Rhizoma Pinelliae Cruda (Shengbanxia, 生半夏), Alum Calcined (Kufan, 枯矾) (each 1 liang 5 qian), Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, 乳香) (de-oiled), Resina Myrrhae (Moyao, 没药) (de-oiled, each 5 qian), Hematite (Wumingyi, 无名异) (1 liang), Os Draconis (Longgu, 龙骨) (calcined, 3 qian).
Grind into fine powder and apply externally. It protects against wind, prevents suppuration, and stops bleeding miraculously.
For sprains, falls, and wind-cold pain:
Sulfur (Liu Huang, 硫黄) (2 liang), Cinnabar Red (Yinzhu, 银朱), Realgar Bright (Ming Xionghuang, 明雄黄), Cinnabar (Chensha, 辰砂) (each 3 qian), Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Chuanwu, 川乌), Radix Aconiti Carmichaelii (Caowu, 草乌) (each 1.5 qian), Radix Rhei Palmati Cruda (Sheng Dahuang, 生大黄), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai, 黄柏) (each 1 qian), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) (1 fen).
Melt the sulfur first, mix with other powdered herbs evenly. Lay a large paper on the ground, pour the medicine onto it, cover with another paper, and press flat into a block. Let cool. Each inch of paper can be cut into ten pieces. Light one piece, place it on thick coarse paper, and continuously move the thick paper to iron the medicine until exhausted. Replace with new medicine and continue ironing until heat penetrates muscles and bones, causing immediate circulation of Qi and Blood, eliminating the ailment.
Secretly Prepared Miraculous Plaster for Traumatic Injuries, Wind Pain, Sprains, Falling, Blood Stasis, and Qi Stagnation.
Radix Angelicae Sinensis Whole (Quandanggui, 全当归), Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Chuanwu, 川乌), Rhizoma Bletillae (Baiji, 白芨), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng, 防风), Semen Momordicae (Miezie, 木鳖子), Radix Rehmanniae Recens (Shengdihuang, 生地黄), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishaoyao, 赤芍药), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi, 白芷), Hair (Fatou, 头发), Rhizoma Belamcandae (Bailian, 白蔹) (each 1 liang), Resina Myrrhae (Moyao, 没药) (de-oiled, 5 qian), Branches of Sophora Japonica, Salix, Morus, Ziziphus Jujuba, and Prunus Persica (each 1 cun).
Soak the above herbs in 2 jin of Sesame Oil (Mayou, 麻油) until fully penetrated. Boil over Mulberry wood fire until herbs are charred, then strain. Return the oil to a clean pot, simmer gently until a drop forms a bead when tested in water. Add 12 liang of Lead Oxide (Feidan, 飞丹), ensuring the consistency is neither too hard nor too soft. Just before solidifying, add 5 qian of de-oiled Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, 乳香) and melt completely. Pour into a basin of water, knead and pull to remove fire toxicity, then store for application. Before applying, add 0.5 fen of Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香). Each plaster weighs 5 qian; severe cases use one, mild cases share one among three or four people. Do not modify this formula, or it will be ineffective.
For traumatic sprains, wind-cold pain, and cold headache:
Scales of Pangolin (Chuanshanjia, 穿山甲) (skin removed, cleaned, crushed), Semen Momordicae (Fanmiezie, 番木鳖) (soaked in water, hair scraped off, sliced), Ramulus Cinnamomi (Guangui, 官桂) (sliced), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归) (each 1 liang 2 qian), Ramulus Sophorae Japonicae, Ramulus Salicis (each 1 liang), Fructus Aurantii (Zhiqiao, 枳壳) (1 liang 4 qian).
Soak in 6 jin of Sesame Oil (Mayou, 麻油) until penetrated. First boil over gentle fire until black, stir with Sophora stick, filter dregs. Weigh the oil, add 8 liang of Lead Oxide (Dan, 丹) per jin of oil, boil, and slowly add while stirring constantly until drops form beads and feel right to the touch. Add de-oiled Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, 乳香), de-oiled Resina Myrrhae (Moyao, 没药), Flos Caryophylli (Dingxiang, 丁香), and Fructus Camelliae (Ercha, 儿茶) (each 6 qian), all finely ground, mix well, bury in a covered jar in soil for seven days to remove fire toxicity, then apply as needed.
Momordica Paste (Family Secret): Treats traumatic injuries, swelling, sores, and all wind-pain. True Sesame Oil (Zhenmayou, 真麻油) 3 jin, Semen Momordicae (Fanmiezie, 番木鳖子) 147 grains. Boil in a pot until Momordica is black and crisp, stirring frequently with a Willow branch. Remove Momordica, then add 30 liang of Lead White (Qianfen, 铅粉) fried yellow, adding slowly until paste forms. Pour into a vat of well water, leave outdoors overnight to remove fire toxicity, retrieve, and prepare for application. Use the following sprinkling powder.
Sprinkling Powder (Family Secret):
Kaempferia Galanga (San Nai, 三奈) (top grade), Radix Asari Beishen (Beixixin, 北细辛), Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Chuanwu, 川乌), Borneol (Zhangbing, 樟冰), Ramulus Cinnamomi Rougui (Rougui, 肉桂), Moschus (Dangmenzi, 当门子), Fructus Foeniculi (Da Huixiang, 大茴香), Flos Caryophylli Maternal (Mu Dingxiang, 母丁香), Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, 乳香) (de-oiled), Resina Myrrhae (Moyao, 没药) (de-oiled), Radix Nartheci (Gansong, 甘松), Pyritum (Ziran Tong, 自然铜) (calcined red, quenched in vinegar 7 times), Rhizoma Pinelliae (Banxia, 半夏), Radix Rhei Palmati (Dahuang, 大黄), Fructus Piperis Longi (Bibo, 荜茇), Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis (Zaojiao, 皂角), Rhizoma Zingiberis Siccatum (Ganjiang, 干姜), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi, 白芷), Fructus Foeniculi Vulgaris (Xiao Huixiang, 小茴香) (each 5 qian), Asafoetida (Awei, 阿魏) (3 qian).
Avoid fire. Even Pyritum must be placed in a silver pot, ground separately, mixed evenly, and stored tightly sealed to preserve aroma. Dosage varies. If bones are shattered, do not use much Moschus, as its hot and dispersing nature can consume marrow. If there is accumulated blood and dirt, first apply a plaster without sprinkling powder for 1-2 hours, peel off to clean blood traces, then apply the plaster with sprinkling powder. If Momordica Paste is unavailable, ordinary plasters can be used.
Golden Thread Universal Plaster: Treats falls and trauma, cold-damp Hong Kong foot with unbearable pain; children's spleen deficiency with diarrhea/dysentery who refuse medicine (apply to abdomen); cough (apply to back).
Asphalt (Qingli, 沥青) (2 jin, clean powder), Semen Cannabis Sativae (Bimaizi, 蓖麻子) (200 grains, shell removed), Semen Momordicae (Miezie, 木鳖子) (28 pieces, shell removed, sliced), Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, 乳香), Resina Myrrhae (Moyao, 没药) (de-oiled, each 1 liang), Beeswax (Huangla, 黄蜡) (2 liang), Sesame Oil (Mayou, 麻油) (Summer 2 liang, Spring/Autumn 4 liang each), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Weilingxian, 威灵仙) (2 liang).
First boil Asphalt and Weilingxian until melted and焦yellow. Filter, pour into water basin, cool, retrieve, weigh 2 jin, return to pot to melt. Add Sesame Oil, Beeswax, and Semen Cannabis Sativae paste. Stir constantly with Sophora/Willow sticks over slow fire until drops do not scatter and do not stick to hands. Pull until golden thread-like. If too hard, add oil; if too soft, add asphalt. Once correct, add Resina Olibani and Resina Myrrhae powders. Remove from heat, stir hundreds of times over charcoal fire, filter through coarse cloth into water basin, pull until golden thread-like.

Boil until herbs are charred, strain through fine silk, simmer slowly while stirring constantly. Add:
Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, 乳香) (roasted on bamboo leaf, de-oiled, ground fine), Resina Myrrhae (Moyao, 没药) (roasted on bamboo leaf, de-oiled, ground fine, each 1 liang), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) (2 fen), Real Yellow Lead Oxide (Huangdan, 黄丹) (dry roasted, sifted fine, 8 liang), Pine Rosin (Songxiang, 松香) (boiled in water 3 times, melted, filtered through summer cloth, net weight 6 liang).
First refine Pine Rosin and Yellow Lead Oxide until proper consistency, test with water drop. Remove from fire, add Resina Olibani, Resina Myrrhae, and Moschus, mix well, store in porcelain, apply as needed.
Treats falls/trauma and all unruptured abscesses, applying causes internal resolution (from *Benshi Fang*).

All raw, ground to powder. For any joint dislocation, take 2 qian with good red wine until numbness prevents pain sensation. Then cut open, trim bone edges, manually reduce joint, splint, and treat.
