Parasites (Huazhenren) grow inside the vaginal introitus. Use one chicken liver, puncture it with a needle to create countless holes, and insert it into the vagina; the parasites will all burrow into the chicken liver. Three applications are sufficient for a cure, without the need to add other medicinal ingredients. As long as the holes are numerous enough, providing entry paths for the parasites, after three applications, administer Qu Shi Hua Tan Tang (Dampness-Dispersing and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction).
Qu Shi Hua Tan Tang (Dampness-Dispersing and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction)
Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Bai Shao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 5 qian); Bai Fu Ling (Poria), Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Hei Shan Zhi (Gardeniae Fructus Carbonized), Sheng Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Recens) (each 3 qian); Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (0.5 qian).
Decoct in water and take orally. After four doses, recurrence will not occur.
Ji Gan San (Chicken Liver Powder)
Wu Yi (Toosendan Fructus), She Chuang Zi (Cnidii Fructus), Liu Huang (Sulfur), Chuan Jiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Chao Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum), Ku Fan (Alumen Exsiccatum), Xiong Huang (Realgar), Hai Piao Xiao (Sepiae Endoconcha), Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (equal parts); She Xiang (Moschus) (a small amount).
Grind together into a fine powder. Take one freshly slaughtered chicken liver, apply the powder onto the liver, and insert it into the vaginal introitus when itching occurs.
Si Gua San (Luffa Fruit Powder)
Wu Yi (Toosendan Fructus), She Chuang Zi (Cnidii Fructus), Liu Huang (Sulfur), Chao Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum), Ku Fan (Alumen Exsiccatum), Chuan Jiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (equal parts).
Grind together into a fine powder. Take a segment of fresh Si Gua (Luffae Fructus Retinervus) (peeled), apply the powder thickly onto the luffa, and push it into the vaginal introitus.
Ai Ye Tang (Mugwort Leaf Decoction)
Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Zhu Ma Ye (Boehmeriae Caulis Folium), Huai Ye (Sophorae Japonicae Folium), Liu Ye (Salicis Folium), Bai Ji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) (equal parts).
Dry the above herbs and grind into coarse powder. Add a small amount of She Xiang (Moschus), place in a container within a toilet bowl, and ignite. Have the patient sit on the toilet bowl, cover tightly to prevent smoke leakage, and fumigate for two shichen (four hours).
Bi Ma Tang (Abutili Decoction)

Yellow, foul-smelling discharge from the vaginal introitus with severe pain: Burn 2–3 qian of Can Jian (Bombyx Batryticatus) until carbonized but retaining its nature, grind into fine powder, mix with wine, and apply using a duck feather brush for immediate effect.
Chen Shigong stated: Yin Jun (Vaginal Polyp) resembles a rooster's comb, with swelling and pain around the margins, caused by Liver Qi Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency. (*Waike Zhengzong*)
Dou Hanqing stated: Masses within the vagina that are flat like mushrooms are named Yin Ren or Yin Jun; those shaped like jujube pits are named Yin Qie. All arise from the interaction of Damp-Heat and Heart Fire. Only Yin Qie is difficult to treat. Women with gentle and mild temperaments, whose minds are open and unburdened, respond easily to medication. If women have irritable, fierce, or jealous temperaments, their habits become ingrained, requiring a hundred doses to heal. Strict dietary restrictions, abstinence from sexual activity, and regulation of temperament are essential. Treatment should primarily focus on tonifying the Heart and nourishing the Stomach.
Feng Luzhan stated: Protrusions from the vagina resembling fungi, with surrounding swelling and pain, frequent urination, afternoon fever, sensations of both itching and pain, and a heavy bearing-down sensation during urination, indicate Liver Fire and Damp-Heat causing swelling and pain, and Spleen Deficiency with Qi Sinking causing the bearing-down sensation. Initially use Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) added with Shan Zhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Fu Ling (Poria), and Qing Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride) to clear Liver Fire and raise Spleen Qi. Subsequently, use Jia Wei Gui Pi Tang (Modified Restore the Spleen Decoction) to regulate Spleen Depression. Externally, apply raw pork fat mixed with Li Lu powder (Veratri Radix) to achieve contraction/healing. (*Waike Jinnang*)
He also stated: Alternatively, treat with Gui Pi Tang (Restore the Spleen Decoction) added with Shan Zhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Fu Shen (Poria cum Radix), Xiang Fu (Cyperi Rhizoma), and Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium).
Zhu Danxi stated: Yin Qie results from lifting heavy objects before one month postpartum, causing the bladder to prolapse. If the mass is red or purple, it is treatable; if white, it is untreatable.
