(Labor-type strangury): Fuliu (KI7) [for hematuric strangury], Yongquan (KI1) [for hematuric strangury].

Obstruction of both large and small intestines (constipation and urinary retention)
Acupoints: Dachangshu (BL25), Pangguangshu (BL28).
Constipation with abdominal accumulation and pain
Acupoints: Zhangmen (LR13), Juque (CV14), Taibai (SP3), Zhigou (SJ6), Zhaohai (KI6), Dabu (SP2), Shenque (CV8, i.e., the umbilicus; fill with a cake made of fermented soybean paste, apply 3-5 moxa cones), Qihai (CV6) [also treats pediatric enuresis], Guanyuan (CV4), Yinlingquan (SP9), Dadun (LR1), Xingjian (LR2).
Descending Qi of the Large Intestine (symptoms like flatus or rectal prolapse due to Qi sinking)
Acupoint: Baihui (GV20).
Baobi (Bladder Bi syndrome), characterized by internal pain upon pressing the lower abdomen and bladder, feeling as if hot water is poured inside, difficulty and涩感 (astringency/difficulty) in urination, clear nasal discharge above, with a pulse that should be large and solid, avoiding weak, small, and choppy pulses.
Acupoint: Sanyinjiao (SP6).
Hernia
Acupoints: Dadun (LR1), Jianjing (GB21) [for hernia], Zhangmen (LR13), Qihai (CV6), Guilai (ST29), Chongmen (SP12), Guanyuan (CV4) [mainly for hernia, 100 moxa cones for severe cases], Daimai (GB26), Huiyin (CV1), Sanyinjiao (SP6) [regulates Liver and Spleen], Daxi (KI4) [for cold hernia], Taichong (LR3), Yinbai (SP1) [for Spleen hernia], Chengjiang (CV26), Zhubin (KI9), Yongquan (KI1), Ran Gu (KI2), Shuidao (ST28), Xianggu (ST41), Ququan (LR8) [for hernia].
Acupoints on the big toe nail bed: Bring together the two big toes, locate the corners of the nail beds, apply 7 moxa cones to each side to treat hernia-induced scrotal swelling with good effect.
Tip of the little finger: Treats hernia, 7 moxa cones; treat the contralateral side (left lesion on right, right lesion on left).
Between the proximal phalanx joints of the big toe: Treats testicular hernia, 3 moxa cones.
On the medial aspect of the big toe, one cun distal to the tip at the border of white skin: Moxibustion dosage follows patient's age; highly effective. If bilateral, treat both sides.
Scrotal swelling about to ulcerate
Moxibustion at the transverse crease of the proximal interphalangeal joint of the big toe, 5 moxa cones (or dosage follows patient's age).
Lanmen point: Located three cun lateral to the root of the penis, moxibustion of 14 cones treats "wood kidney" (hard, wooden-like testicular swelling) and testicular descent. Another method: Apply 7 cones on the blue veins located three cun lateral to Guanyuan (CV4).
Another method: Have the patient close their mouth, measure the distance between the corners of the mouth horizontally with a straw as one fold. Add two more folds of this length to make three folds total. Bend it into a triangle shape like "△". Place the top vertex at the center of the umbilicus, and the two bottom vertices at the sides below the umbilicus corresponding to the angles. These two bottom vertices are the acupoints. Treat the contralateral side for unilateral lesions; treat both points for bilateral lesions. Use wheat-grain-sized moxa cones, 14 or 21-27 cones until relief is achieved.
Impotence
Acupoints: Mingmen (GV4), Shenshu (BL23), Qihai (CV6), Ran Gu (KI2), Yanggu (SI5).
Uterine prolapse (Yinting)
Acupoints: Ququan (LR8), Taichong (LR3), Ran Gu (KI2), Zhaohai (KI6).

Acupoint: Zhongfeng (LR4).
Pain in the glans penis/urethra
Acupoints: Lieque (LU7), Xingjian (LR2), Yinlingquan (SP9).
Hemorrhoids and fistulas
Acupoints: Mingmen (GV4), Shenshu (BL23), Changqiang (GV1) [most effective for five types of hemorrhoids and bleeding, dosage follows patient's age], Sanyinjiao (SP6) [for hemorrhoidal bleeding], Chengshan (BL57) [for chronic hemorrhoids], Yanggu (SI5), Taibai (SP3).
For hemorrhoids that are swollen and hot, first fumigate and wash the area with hot decoction of locust and willow branches. Then, take hair grease from the comb of a robust man, form it into a small cake about 1 fen thick, place it on the hemorrhoid, cover with a slice of single-clove garlic as thick as a coin, and apply 14 or 21-27 moxa cones on the garlic. The swelling will invariably dissipate. Another method: Place thin slices of fresh ginger on the painful hemorrhoid site and apply 3 moxa cones on the ginger. Yellow fluid will discharge, and the condition will resolve. For multiple hemorrhoids, treat each individually using the previous methods for miraculous effects.
Rectal prolapse
Baihui (GV20) [3 moxa cones]: This point belongs to the Du Meridian, located at the crown of the head, serving as the hub of all Yang meridians, governing the Yang Qi of the whole body. Rectal prolapse is caused by the sinking of Yang Qi. As stated in the classics: "Those that sink should be lifted." Therefore, fire therapy should be used to lift the Qi, allowing the Spleen Qi to ascend and the anal sphincter to tighten. This applies to children as well.
Weishu (BL21), Changqiang (GV1).
For rectal prolapse caused by severe diarrhea and cold invading the middle jiao, moxibustion on Shuifen (CV9) for 100 cones, combined with internal administration of warming and tonifying herbs, leads to self-healing.
Pain in the lower abdomen and external genitalia
Acupoint: Qiuxu (GB40).
