Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. Take one pig bladder, select a size appropriate for the abdominal mass, fill half the bladder with dry distilled liquor (Shaojiu), and put the herbal powder inside the bladder.

Eight-Contradiction Ointment for Treating Abdominal Masses:
Bie Tou (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum head part, turtle head), Xiancai (Amaranthi Leaf, amaranth leaf), Cong (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus, green onion), Mi (Mel, honey), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, licorice root), Gansui (Kansui Radix, Kansui root), Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos, daphne flower), Haizao (Sargassum, sargassum seaweed), Awie (Ferulae Resina, asafoetida), Biejia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, turtle shell), Shuihonghua Zi (Polygoni Hydropiperis Fructus, fruit of water pepper).

Hua Pi Ointment: For treating masses that move like a live turtle, where other medicines are ineffective.
On an empty stomach daily, take 3-5 spoons of Dianhua (Indigo Naturalis, indigo), dissolve in hot aged wine. After ten days of服用 (taking), it will stop moving; after one to two months, it will completely dissipate. Apply externally as well.

Formula for Treating Hypochondriac Masses in Adults and Children:
Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, licorice root), Gansui (Kansui Radix, Kansui root) (each three qian), Sha (Borneolum Syntheticum, borneol) (one qian), Muguezi (Strychni Semen, strychnos seed) (four, shelled), Xiancai (Amaranthi Leaf, amaranth leaf) (three qian), Bie Rou (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum meat, turtle meat) (one liang), Congtou (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus, green onion bulb)...
Add a little honey to the above, pound into an ointment, spread on dog skin for application. If the medicine dries, moisten with green onion and honey. It will disappear after two applications.

Formula for Treating Hypochondriac Masses: Effective for abdominal attacking pain, yellow complexion, and emaciation.
Zhen Chen Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, donkey-hide gelatin) (one liang, stir-fried with Ge Fen [Armeniacae Semen Amarum calcined? No, Ge Fen is Arsenicum Album or similar, here likely Arsenicolite or just prepared lime powder for frying], fried until loose, ground fine), Jiu Zhi Chen Dan Xing (Arisaematis Cum Bile, bile-treated arisaema) (five qian, soaked in Ren Ru [Cow Milk], dried over low fire, ground fine), Chuan Beimu (Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus, thunberg fritillary bulb) (one liang, heart removed), Moxiang (Moschus, musk)...
The above five ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Use two liang of true asphalt without wax, melt over fire, add the herbal powder, and mix. Each dose is taken with dry fermented bean curd skin...

Formula for Treating Cold Damage with Chest Binding and Food Stagnation:
Chen Xiang Zao (Fermented Rice Bran, aged fragrant lees) (six liang), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) (four liang), Shui Changpu Gen (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, sweet flag root) (four liang), Yan (Sal, salt) (two liang).
Stir-fry until hot, form into cakes, apply to the chest, and cauterize with fire. Remove when internal rumbling occurs. If thirsty, drink tea or water freely. The condition resolves once foul matter is discharged via stool.

Formula for Treating Abdominal Worm Pain:
Wumei (Mume Fructus, mume fruit) (one), Lao Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, old ginger) (two slices), Feizi (Torreya Seed, torrey nut) (ten grains), Huajiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, Sichuan peppercorn) (fourteen grains).
Add a little Hei Tang (Brown Sugar) and decoct for oral administration. The worms will all be expelled.
