妇人隐处之疾，虽夫妇未必尽吐，肯告医索药乎？故医书多不论。宁知阴中之患，有致伤生者，医
书可独遗哉！盖阴挺之证，因于郁怒伤肝，积久不舒，肝气亢极。致阴中突出长数寸，痛痒水湿，
牵引腰股，小便涩短。先服龙胆泻肝汤或当归龙荟丸（方见胁痛），次兼主方及补中益气汤、归
脾汤加柴胡、青皮、川芎、茯苓、山栀、黄柏之类。又有阴中如茄坠出，直身则收入（俗名“子
袋”）前方加升麻、柴胡、 本。
有多怒 思淫者，出赤筋大痛。盖阴户属肝经，肝主筋故也。
主方 当归 芍药 熟地黄 川芎 桂心 白薇 凌霄花 泽兰叶 牡丹皮 苍术 甘草（
等分）上咀，每七钱，水煎服。更用金毛狗脊、五倍子、黄连、鱼腥草，枯矾（各一两） 分四
帖，每加水杨柳根一握煎汤用，有嘴瓶盛，再以竹管去节，引热气入阴内熏，待温频洗。
突出作痒者，用臭椿根皮、荆芥穗、藿香（各等分，）煎汤熏洗至收。前方未效，加柴胡、
青皮、龙胆草。
证因冲任虚损，风冷客之，故阴中冷袭，不受胎孕。久不治，则面黄肌瘦，腹痛吐清水等冷
证作矣。
主方 五加皮 干姜 肉桂 杜仲（姜汁炒） 蛇床子 丹参 天门冬 熟地黄 钟乳粉（
研） 地骨皮（各二两） 上锉，生绢袋药悬坛心，贮黄酒满浸三日，蒸熟早晚温饮。
洗方 用硫黄、枯矾（等分），煎汤频洗。未安，制桂附八味丸服。

Diseases of the female private parts are such that even between husband and wife they may not be fully disclosed; who would dare to tell a doctor and ask for medicine? Therefore, medical texts often do not discuss them. How could one know that ailments in the yin region can lead to life-threatening conditions, yet medical books alone omit them! Generally, the syndrome of *Yin Ting* (prolapse of the uterus or vaginal wall) arises from depression and anger injuring the Liver (*Liver*), with stagnation accumulating over time without relief, causing Liver Qi (*Liver Qi*) to become hyperactive to an extreme. This results in protrusion from the vagina extending several inches, accompanied by pain, itching, and damp discharge, pulling on the lower back and thighs, with scanty and difficult urination. Initially administer Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Decoction to Drain the Liver) or Danggui Longhui Wan (Angelica Dragon Ash Pill) (see formula for hypochondriac pain), followed by the main formula along with Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) and Guipi Tang (Restore the Spleen Decoction), added with Chaihu, Qingpi, Chuanxiong, Fuling, Zhizi, Huangbai, etc. In cases where the vagina protrudes like an eggplant and retracts when standing upright (colloquially called "child bag"), add Shengma, Chaihu, and Gaoben to the previous formula.
For those with excessive anger and libidinous thoughts, red sinews are discharged with severe pain. This is because the vulva belongs to the Liver Meridian, and the Liver governs the sinews.
Main Formula: Danggui, Shaoyao, Shudihuang, Chuanxiong, Guixin, Baiwei, Lingxiaohua, Zelan Ye, Mudanpi, Cangzhu, Gancao (equal parts). The above herbs are coarsely crushed. Take 7 qian per dose, decoct in water, and take orally. Additionally, use Jinmao Gouji, Wubeizi, Huanglian, Yuxingcao, and Kufan (1 liang each), divided into four doses. For each dose, add a handful of Yangliu Gen (willow root), decoct in water, and store in a spouted bottle. Use a bamboo tube (without nodes) to guide the steam into the vagina for fumigation. When warm, wash frequently.
If the protruding part itches, use Qichun Genpi, Jingjie Sui, and Huoxiang (equal parts), decoct in water for fumigation and washing until resolved. If the previous formula is ineffective, add Chaihu, Qingpi, and Longdancao.
The etiology involves deficiency and damage to the Chong and Ren vessels, allowing Wind-Cold pathogens to invade, resulting in cold sensations in the vagina and infertility. If untreated for a long time, symptoms such as sallow complexion, emaciation, abdominal pain, and vomiting of clear fluid will manifest as cold syndromes.
Main Formula: Wujia Pi, Ganjiang, Rougui, Duzhong (stir-fried with ginger juice), Chuangszi, Danshen, Tianmendong, Shudihuang, Zhongru Fen (finely ground), Digupi (2 liang each). The herbs are cut into small pieces, placed in a raw silk bag, suspended in the center of a jar, filled with yellow wine, soaked for three days, steamed until cooked, and taken warm morning and evening.
Washing Formula: Use Liuhuang and Kufan (equal parts), decoct in water for frequent washing. If not relieved, take Guifu Bawei Wan (Cinnamon and Aconite Eight-Ingredient Pill prepared).
