（雄黄锐散）（一百七） 治下部 疮。

（百合知母汤）（一百八） 治百合病发汗后者。

上锉如麻豆大。每服五钱。水一盏半。枣子一枚。生姜三片。煎至一盏。取八厘清
汁。温服。自汗者去桂心。加附子一枚炮。渴者去桂心。加栝蒌三两。利者去芍药、桂
加干姜三两。心下悸者。去芍药加茯苓四两。虚劳里急者。正阳旦汤主之。煎时入胶饴
为佳。若脉浮紧无汗发热者。不可与也。
（白虎加苍术汤）（一百十七） 治湿温多汗。

（七味葱白汤）（一百十八） 许仁则治伤寒。或因起动劳复。或因吃食稍多。皆成

（增损四顺汤）（一百十九） 治少阴下利。手足冷无热候者。

上锉如麻豆大。每服抄五钱匕。水一盏半。入糯米一合。煎至八分。取米熟为度。

（官局桔梗汤）（一百二十一） 治干呕。

为粗末。每服三钱。水一盏。生姜五片。煎七分服之。
（麻黄加术汤）（一百二十二） 治中湿。

上锉麻豆大。每服五钱。水一盏半。煎八分温服。
（竹皮大丸）（一百二十三） 治虚烦。
生竹茹（二分） 石膏（三分） 桂心（一分） 甘草（三分炙） 白薇（一分）
上为细末。枣肉丸。弹子大。米饮服一丸。日三夜一。有热者。倍白薇。烦喘者。
加枳实一分。
（古今录验橘皮汤）（一百二十四） 疗春冬伤寒。秋夏冷湿。咳嗽。喉中鸣声。上
气不得下。头痛方。
陈橘皮 紫菀 麻黄（去节汤泡） 杏仁（去皮尖） 当归 桂心 甘草（炙） 黄芩（各半两）
上锉如麻豆大。每服抄五钱匕。用水一盏半。煎至一盏。去滓服。
（黄连橘皮汤）（一百二十五） 治温毒发斑。
黄连（四两去毛） 陈橘皮（去白） 杏仁（去皮尖） 枳实（炙） 麻
黄（去节汤泡） 葛根（各二两） 浓朴（姜汁制） 甘草（各一两炙）
上锉如麻豆大。每服抄五钱匕。用水一小盏半。煎至一盏。去滓服。下利当先止。
（麦门冬汤）（一百二十六） 治劳气欲绝。
麦门冬（一两去心） 甘草（炙二两）
上锉如麻豆大。先用水二小盏。入粳米半合。煎令米熟去米。约得水一小盏半。入
药五钱。枣二枚。竹叶十五片。同煎至一盏。去滓温服。不能服者。绵滴口中。
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (each 2 liang), Halloysit Rubra (Chishizhi), Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Ganjiang, prepared ginger root) (each 1 liang).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into powder. Form pills with refined honey, sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills each time, swallowed with rice water. Administer three times daily.
(Diyu San) (Formula No. 103) Treats unresolved heat-toxin from cold damage. High fever occurs in the evening, accompanied by abdominal pain and dysentery with pus and blood. This formula is suitable for treatment.
Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu) (1 liang, sliced), Cornu Bubali (Xijiao) (1 liang), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (1 liang, remove beard, slightly stir-fried), Qiancao Radix (Qiangen), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) (each 1 liang), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi) (half 1 liang).
Pulverize the above ingredients into coarse powder. Take 4 qian each time, add 1 sheng of water and 5 cun of Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus (Xiebai), decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain. Warm drink at any time.
(Huanglian Ejiao Tang) (Formula No. 104) Treats heat-toxin entering the stomach from cold damage, causing dysentery with pus and blood.
Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi) (half 1 liang), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (1 liang, slightly roasted and sliced), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (2 liang, remove beard, slightly stir-fried), Asini Corii Colla (Ejiao) (1 liang, chopped and fried until yellow).
Pulverize the above ingredients into coarse powder. Take 4 qian each time, add 1 sheng of water, decoct until reduced to 7 fen, strain. Warm drink at any time.
(Taoren Tang) (Formula No. 105) Treats enterobiasis (pinworm infection).
Stemonae Semen (Huai Zi) (crushed, 1 liang), Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Ai Ye) (1 liang), Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) (15 pieces, pitted), Persicae Semen (Taoren) (1 liang, remove skin and tip, stir-fry).
Add 2.5 sheng of water, decoct until reduced to 1.5 sheng, strain. Divide into three doses.
(Huanglian Xijiao Tang) (Formula No. 106) Treats sores appearing in the lower body after cold damage or other diseases.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (half 1 liang), Mume Fructus (Wumei) (7 pieces), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) (1 fen), Cornu Bubali (Xijiao) (1 liang; if unavailable, use Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma)).
Add 2.5 sheng of water, decoct until reduced to 1.5 sheng, strain. Divide into three doses.
(Xionghuang Rui San) (Formula No. 107) Treats sores in the lower orifices.
Realgar (Xionghuang, ground), Celosiae Semen (Qingxiangzi), Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (each 2 fen), Persicae Semen (Taoren) (remove skin and tip, grind, 1 fen).
Make a powder. Mix with juice extracted from fresh Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Ai Ye), form pills the size of a jujube pit. Wrap in cotton and insert into the lower orifice. Juice from Iris Tectorum (Bianzhu) is better. In winter without Ai Ye, using the powder wrapped in cotton inserted into the lower orifice is also acceptable.
(Baihe Zhimu Tang) (Formula No. 108) Treats Baihe disease after sweating therapy.
Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) (7 bulbs), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu) (3 liang, sliced).
First wash the Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) and soak overnight. When white foam appears, discard the water. Add 2 sheng of spring water, decoct to obtain 1 sheng, strain. Separately decoct Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu) in 2 sheng of spring water to obtain 1 sheng, strain. Combine the two decoctions and re-decoct to obtain 1.5 sheng. Divide into two warm doses.
(Huashi Daizhe Tang) (Formula No. 109) Treats Baihe disease after purgative therapy.
Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) (7 bulbs, split), Talcum (Huashi) (3 fen, crushed and wrapped in cotton), Haematitum (Daizhe) (one piece the size of a pellet, chopped and wrapped in cotton).
First wash the Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) and soak overnight. When white foam appears, discard the water. Add 2 sheng of spring water, decoct to obtain 1 sheng, strain. Separately decoct Talcum (Huashi) and Haematitum (Daizhe) in 2 sheng of spring water to obtain 1 sheng, strain. Combine and re-decoct to obtain 1.5 sheng. Divide into warm doses.
(Jizi Tang) (Formula No. 110) Treats Baihe disease after emetic therapy.
Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) (7 bulbs, split), Ovum Gallii (Jizi Huang, egg yolk) (1 piece).
First wash the Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) and soak overnight. When white foam appears, discard the water. Add 2 sheng of spring water, decoct to obtain 1 sheng, strain. Add the Ovum Gallii (Jizi Huang) and stir well, decoct for five minutes. Warm drink.
(Baihe Xi Fang) (Formula No. 111) Treats Baihe disease unrelieved for one month, developing into thirst.
Take 1 sheng of Lilii Bulbus (Baihe), soak in 1 dou of water overnight. Use this water to wash the body. After washing, eat boiled noodles (Zhu Bing). Do not use salted fermented soybeans (Yan Chi) as seasoning.
(Baihe Dihuang Tang) (Formula No. 112) Treats Baihe disease without prior emetic, purgative, or diaphoretic therapy, presenting with initial symptoms.
Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) (7 bulbs, split), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Sheng Dihuang) (juice 1 sheng).
First wash the Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) and soak overnight. When white foam appears, discard the water. Add 2 sheng of spring water, decoct to obtain 1 sheng, strain. Add Rehmanniae Radix Recens juice (Sheng Dihuang), decoct to obtain 1.5 sheng. Divide into two warm doses. Stop taking when effective. Stool will be black like lacquer.
(Gualou Muli San) (Formula No. 113) Treats Baihe disease with persistent thirst.
Trichosanthis Radix (Gualou Gen), Ostrea Concha (Muli) (roasted, equal parts).
Pulverize and sieve into powder. Take one fangcun bi (square-inch spoonful) with water, three times daily.
(Huashi San) (Formula No. 114) Treats Baihe disease complicated by alternating chills and fever.
Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) (1 liang, processed), Talcum (Huashi) (3 liang).
Pulverize and sieve into powder. Take one fangcun bi with water, three times daily. If mild diarrhea occurs, stop taking it. Alternating chills and fever will resolve.
(Zhi Zhong Tang) (Formula No. 115) Treats spleen and stomach damaged by cold foods, chest and diaphragm discomfort, abdominal pain, and qi disharmony.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Ganjiang, prepared ginger root), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, processed), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chen Jupi, washed with hot water), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (Qing Jupi).
Grind equal parts into fine powder. Take 3 qian each time, add 1 zhong zhan of water, boil briefly and take hot. Usually add a pinch of salt.
(Yangdan Tang) (Formula No. 116) Treats wind-stroke and cold damage, floating pulse, fever, alternating sweating, aversion to wind, stiff neck, nasal congestion, dry vomiting.
Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao) (each 3 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) (each 2 liang).
Cut into sizes similar to hemp seeds. Take 5 qian each time, add 1.5 sheng of water, one jujube, three slices of fresh ginger, decoct to 1 sheng, extract clear juice. Warm drink. For spontaneous sweating, remove Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) and add one Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Fuzi, processed). For thirst, remove Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) and add Trichosanthis Radix (Gualou) 3 liang. For diarrhea, remove Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao) and Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), add Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Ganjiang) 3 liang. For palpitations below the heart, remove Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao) and add Poria (Fuling) 4 liang. For deficiency consumption with internal urgency, Zheng Yangdan Tang is indicated. Adding Yimi (malt sugar) during decoction is preferred. If the pulse is floating, tight, with no sweat and fever, do not administer.
(Baihu Jia Cangzhu Tang) (Formula No. 117) Treats damp-warmth with excessive sweating.
Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu) (6 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, processed) (2 liang), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) (1 jin), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu) (3 liang), Oryza Sativa (Jingshi) (3 liang).
Cut into sizes similar to hemp seeds. Take 5 qian each time, add 1.5 sheng of water, decoct to 8-9 fen, strain and take 6 fen of clear juice. Warm drink.
(Qiwei Congbai Tang) (Formula No. 118) Xu Renze treats cold damage. Whether due to physical exertion relapse or slight overeating, these conditions arise. If relapse is severe, it resembles initial cold damage. For early symptoms, this decoction is appropriate.
Puerariae Radix (Gange, cut 3 he), Sojae Seminis Preparatum (Xin Chi, half he, wrapped in cotton), Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai, with roots, cut 0.5 sheng), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, cut 1 he), Ophiopogonis Radix (Maimendong, dehearted 3 liang), Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Sheng Dihuang, 3 liang), Laoshui (4 sheng, stirred 1000 times with a ladle, named Laoshui).
Decoct the seven ingredients in Laoshui until reduced by one-third, strain. Divide into two doses. Take gradually to induce sweating.
(Zengsun Sishun Tang) (Formula No. 119) Treats Shaoyin syndrome with diarrhea, cold hands and feet without fever.
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, processed) (2 liang), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (2 liang), Longgu (Longgu) (2 liang), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Ganjiang, processed) (1 liang), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Fuzi, processed, peel and navel removed) (1 piece).
Grind into fine powder. Take 3 qian each time, add 1 sheng of water, decoct to 7 fen, three times daily. If ineffective, prepare again for better results. For diarrhea with abdominal pain, add Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) 2 liang. For vomiting, add Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jupi) 1 liang.
(Hua Ban Tang) (Formula No. 120) Treats macule toxin.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (half 1 liang), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) (half 1 liang), Polygonati Rhizoma (Weirui), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (each 1 fen).
Cut into sizes similar to hemp seeds. Take 5 qian bi each time, add 1.5 sheng of water and 1 he of glutinous rice, decoct to 8 fen, until rice is cooked. Strain and take warm.
(Guanju Jiegeng Tang) (Formula No. 121) Treats dry vomiting.
Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chen Jupi) (each 1 liang), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhishi) (half 1 liang).
Make into coarse powder. Take 3 qian each time, add 1 sheng of water and five slices of fresh ginger, decoct to 7 fen and take.
(Mahuang Jia Zhu Tang) (Formula No. 122) Treats invasion of dampness.
Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) (1.5 liang, remove joints, soak in boiling water), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, processed) (half 1 liang), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi) (1 liang, remove bark), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu) (half 1 liang), Pruni Semen (Xingren) (35 pieces, remove skin and tip).
Cut into sizes similar to hemp seeds. Take 5 qian each time, add 1.5 sheng of water, decoct to 8 fen and take warm.
(Zhupi Dawan) (Formula No. 123) Treats deficiency vexation.
Bambusae Caulis in Taenia (Sheng Zhuru) (2 fen), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) (3 fen), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) (1 fen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, processed) (3 fen), Angustifoliae Radix (Baiwei) (1 fen).
Grind into fine powder, form pills with jujube flesh, size of a pellet. Take one pill with rice water, three times day and once night. For heat, double the dose of Angustifoliae Radix (Baiwei). For vexation and panting, add Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhishi) 1 fen.
(Gujin Luyan Jupi Tang) (Formula No. 124) Treats cold damage in spring and winter, cold-damp in autumn and summer, cough, wheezing in throat, rebellious qi unable to descend, headache.
Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chen Jupi), Asteris Radix et Rhizoma (Ziwan), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, remove joints, soak in boiling water), Pruni Semen (Xingren, remove skin and tip), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, processed), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) (each half 1 liang).
Cut into sizes similar to hemp seeds. Take 5 qian bi each time, add 1.5 sheng of water, decoct to 1 sheng, strain and take.
(Huanglian Jupi Tang) (Formula No. 125) Treats warm-toxin causing macules.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (4 liang, remove hairs), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chen Jupi, remove white pith), Pruni Semen (Xingren, remove skin and tip), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhishi, processed), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, remove joints, soak in boiling water), Puerariae Radix (Gegen) (each 2 liang), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo, processed with ginger juice), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, processed) (each 1 liang).
Cut into sizes similar to hemp seeds. Take 5 qian bi each time, add 1.5 small sheng of water, decoct to 1 sheng, strain and take. If diarrhea is present, it should be stopped first.
(Maimendong Tang) (Formula No. 126) Treats exhaustion of labor qi approaching depletion.
Ophiopogonis Radix (Maimendong, dehearted) (1 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, processed) (2 liang).
Cut into sizes similar to hemp seeds. First add 2 small sheng of water and half he of Oryza Sativa (Jingshi), decoct until rice is cooked, remove rice. Approximately 1.5 sheng of water remains. Add 5 qian of herbs, two jujubes, fifteen leaves of Bambusae Folium (Zhuye), decoct together to 1 sheng, strain and take warm. If unable to swallow, drip medicine onto mouth with cotton.
