Belongs to the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian (The *Ling Shu* states: The meridian of the Foot-Yangming descends from the Clavicle acupoint [Quepen, LI12] along the medial aspect of the breast. Wang Qixuan stated: Both the upper and lower parts of the breast are traversed by the Foot-Yangming meridian. The *Zhen Jiu Jing* records: The two acupoints Ruzhong (Breast Center, REN17) are located directly opposite the nipples, where the Qi of the Foot-Yangming meridian emerges. Zhu Danxi stated: Manifestations of the Stomach meridian include pain extending from the side of the chest to the breast. The *Fu Ren Liang Fang* states: Breast abscess [Ru Yong] arises from the accumulation and stagnation of milk, resulting in thin and lustrous skin. This is because the Yangming meridian governs blood, which is further regulated by the Qi of the Jueyin Liver meridian. When blood becomes stagnant and unflowing, and Qi remains knotted and unresolved, accumulations form into abscesses). It also belongs to the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian (The *Ru Yong Lun* states: The breast is traversed by the Yangming meridian, while the nipple is governed by the Jueyin meridian. Whenever a nursing mother fails to maintain proper regulation, anger causes Qi to rebel, emotional depression obstructs Qi flow, and rich, greasy foods generate damp-heat, leading to impaired circulation of Jueyin Qi. Consequently, the orifices fail to open, and milk cannot be discharged. The blood of the Yangming meridian boils over, causing intense heat that transforms into pus. The treatment method involves using Qingpi (Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride) to disperse Jueyin Qi stagnation, Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) to clear Yangming heat, Sheng Gancao Jie (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata with tips) to move turbid blood, and Gualouzi (Fructus Trichosanthis) possibly combined with Moyao (Olibanum), Qingjuye (Folium Citri Reticulatae), Zaojiaoci (Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), and Yinjinhua (Flos Lonicerae Japonicae) to reduce swelling and guide out toxins, adjusting the prescription according to symptoms. However, it must be assisted by a small amount of wine, and moxibustion of two or three moxa cones should be applied to the swollen area for particularly rapid efficacy). It simultaneously intersects with the Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian, Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian, and the Yinwei Vessel (The *Ling Shu* states: The sinews of the Foot-Shaoyang run along the anterior margin of the axilla, connect to the chest and breast, and knot at the Clavicle acupoint [Quepen, LI12]. Its pathology involves pain in the hypochondrium radiating upward to the Clavicle and chest/breast. It also states: The sinews of the Foot-Taiyin follow the interior of the abdomen, knot at the ribs, and scatter in the chest. Shen Chengzhi stated: Three cun and five fen directly below the nipple is the Qimen acupoint [LR14], which belongs to the intersection of the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian, Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian, and Yinwei Vessel; four cun below that is the Riyue acupoint [GB24], belonging to the intersection of the Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian, Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian, and Yinwei Vessel).

(Rugen acupoint [ST18] marks a division, commonly known as "Qi Yan" or Qi Eye) Belongs to the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian (The *Jia Yi Jing* states: The great Luo-vessel of the Stomach is named Xuli, penetrating the diaphragm and connecting to the Lung, emerging below the left breast. Its pulsation can be felt by hand; this is the Zongqi [Pectoral Qi] within the vessels. If panting is rapid and the pulse is frequent and intermittent, the disease is in the Middle Jiao; if the pulse is knotted and horizontal, there are accumulations; if the pulse is absent, death ensues. The *Su Wen* states: Below the breast, if the pulsation is vigorous enough to shake the clothing, it indicates leakage of Zongqi. Gu Yingbai stated: The Rugen acupoints exist on both left and right sides, both exhibiting pulsation. Why does the classic text mention only the left breast? This merely highlights the most prominent pulsation; it does not mean the left pulses while the right does not. The palpable pulsation reflects the state of Zongqi in the vessels. The original meaning in the *Su Wen* was consistent; Ma Xuantai, due to a printing error in a copy, interpreted it as "shaking clothing." "Shaking clothing" implies that the patient's muscles are emaciated and weak, causing the vessel pulsation to be so strong it shakes the clothes; this interpretation is also acceptable. Initially, reading the *Su Wen* raised doubts in my mind; only upon reading the *Jia Yi Jing* were these doubts completely resolved). It simultaneously intersects with the Hand-Shaoyin Heart Meridian (The *Ling Shu* states: When grains enter the Stomach, their dregs, fluids, and Zongqi are divided into three pathways. Thus, Zongqi accumulates in the chest, emerges through the throat, penetrates the Heart vessels, and facilitates respiration. Zhang Jiabin stated: Pulsation at the Xuli site is the fundamental sign of severe deficiency diseases. Therefore, anyone suffering from Yin-deficiency consumption [Yin Xu Lao Qie] often experiences pulsation below the heart and palpitations. People generally recognize this as heart palpitations but fail to realize it is the pulsation of Xuli. Mild pulsation indicates shallow disease; vigorous pulsation indicates severe disease. For those suffering from this condition, treatments using purely sweet and water-nourishing agents to tonify True Yin have resulted in many recoveries).
