This pill is a secret prescription transmitted by immortals. Prepared as pills, it treats all diseases with miraculous efficacy. For symptoms that are ambiguous or urgently pressing, this pill may be administered internally or externally.

- For cold damage, heatstroke, sand distension (Sha Zhang) causing vomiting and diarrhea, cold limbs, and inability to vomit or defecate: first grind three pills into powder and insufflate into the nose; then administer twenty-nine pills internally.
- For wind-cold invasion causing nausea, headache, abdominal fullness, and wind-phlegm syndromes: place seven pills on the tongue, allow them to cause slight numbness, and then swallow.
- For severe cold or heat exposure, heavy sand distension, intestinal colic, chest oppression, or unconsciousness: grind five pills into fine powder and insufflate into the nose to induce sneezing.

[Formula Composition] Atractylodis Rhizoma (Mao Cangzhu, soaked in rice wash water, sliced, dried by baking, 3 liang); Rheum Palmatum (Dahuang, sliced, dried by baking, 6 liang); Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, nodes removed, finely chopped); Gastrodia Elata (Tianma, sliced... liang); Syzygium aromaticum (Dingxiang, 6 qian).

All herbs are ground into extremely fine powder, mixed uniformly, and further ground. Formed into pills using distilled liquor, sized like millet grains. Coated externally with Cinnabar (Zhusha, 3 liang 6 qian) ground into fine powder via water levigation method, then dried.
