Treats various types of Sha syndrome (a condition characterized by sudden onset of symptoms like fever, headache, and abdominal pain due to pathogenic factors) with miraculous efficacy.
Take Xihuang (Calculus Bovis, 1 qian), Chansu (Toad Venom, 5 qian), Zhen Maoshu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Japonicae, 1 liang), Feijing Zhusha (Prepared Cinnabar, 5 qian), Ming Xionghuang (Realgar, 5 qian), and Shexiang (Musk, 1 qian). Grind them together into an extremely fine powder. On the day of the Dragon Boat Festival, form pills using water as a binder, sized like large mustard seeds. For mild cases, take one pill; for severe cases, take two pills. Hold under the tongue until completely dissolved, and recovery will be immediate.
Promotes bone knitting and tendon connecting, dispels wind and activates collaterals, and is effective for all external surgical conditions when taken internally or applied externally.
Take Xininiu Huang (Calculus Bubali, 1 liang), Shen Sanqi (Radix Notoginseng, 10 liang), Bingpian (Borneol, 2 liang 2 qian), Shexiang (Musk, 2 liang 2 qian), Tianzhuhuang (Sasa Bamboo Mucus, processed to remove stones and ground, 11 liang), Jinwen Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, processed powder, 11 liang), Ming Xionghuang (Realgar, processed to remove stones and ground, 11 liang), Rushi Xiang (Olibanum, defatted, 9 liang), Moyao (Myrrha, defatted, 11 liang), Teng (Vine, unspecified type in text, quantity implied by total count), and Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales, 1 specimen: one foot prepared with vinegar, one foot with Songluo tea, one foot with sesame oil, one foot with Suhe Oil). These thirteen ingredients are formed into pills using four jin of white honey. Each pill weighs 1 qian 5 li and is coated with a shell of white beeswax. In cases of falls and bruises, swallow with wine. For other conditions, apply externally.
Specifically treats all kinds of nameless swellings and toxins, including Duikou sores (carbuncles at the nape), Dashou sores (carbuncles on the back), and Yongju Fabei (deep-seated abscesses on the back). If the abscess has formed, it will suppurate; if not yet formed, it will dissipate. Dissolve one pill in human milk, add Zhen Chen Nian Teng (aged vine, 3 fen) and Juhong (Exocarpium Citri Grandis, 3 fen), decoct in water, and take one pill with the liquid. For early-stage hidden acne (Men Dou), dissolve one pill in Bai Lugen Tang (Decoction of White Reed Rhizome) and take orally.
