The disease of Dai Xia (leukorrhea) occurs in all women. Red leukorrhea belongs to Heat; treat it by addressing both deficiency and fire. White leukorrhea belongs to Dampness; treat it by addressing both deficiency and phlegm-damp. For cases lasting many years without cessation, the primary approach is to tonify the Spleen and Stomach, combined with lifting methods. Generally, obese individuals have much phlegm-damp. To know this condition well, for white leukorrhea, moxa-foxing the Zhongji acupoint (CV3, *Zhongji*) seven moxa cones is effective. This point is located four cun below the umbilicus.
