人参 胡黄连 草果 槟榔 甘草 柴胡（各等分）
上锉散。水一盏，煎三分服。

桃仁（汤浸，去皮尖双仁，麸炒微黄） 鳖甲（酥炙微黄，去裙 。各一两） 桂心 黄芩 赤茯苓 川
升麻（各半两）
上为粗散。每服一钱，水一小盏，煎至五分，去滓温服，量儿大小加减。
《全生指迷》鳖甲汤
鳖甲（汤浸，刮净，酷炙黄） 白术 桂（去皮） 常山 柴胡（去苗。各一两） 牡蛎（半两，火 赤）
上为粗散。每服五钱，水二盏，煎至一盏，去滓温服。
〔张涣〕乌梅丹 治小儿发寒疟甚者。
乌梅肉（一两，炒干） 母丁香 干漆（微炒） 当归 桂心（各半两。以上捣罗为粗散，吹入） 麝香
（二钱半，细研）
上件拌匀，炼蜜、和丸如黍米大。每服十粒，粥饮下，量儿大小加减。
《全生指迷》旋复花丸
旋复花 桂心 枳实（麸炒） 人参（各五分） 干姜 芍药 白术（各六分） 茯苓 野狼毒 乌
头（炮，去皮） 矾石（火 一伏时。各八分） 细辛（去苗） 大黄（湿纸裹，煨） 黄芩 葶苈（炒） 浓朴（去
粗皮，姜汁炙） 吴茱萸（炒） 芫花（炒） 橘皮（洗。各四分） 甘遂（三分，炒）
上为细末，炼蜜和丸，如梧子大。米饮下三丸，未知加至七丸，小儿黄米大二丸。
半硫丸
半夏（汤洗七次，三两） 硫黄（二两，研飞）
上为末，生姜汁煮面糊丸，如桐子大。每服三十丸，米饮下，不拘时候，小儿
黍米大、三五丸。
Hu Huang Lian San (Bitter Melon Root Powder): Treats pediatric malaria.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Hu Huang Lian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma), Cao Guo (Tsaoko Fructus), Bing Lang (Arecae Semen), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Chai Hu (Bupleuri Radix) (equal parts).
The above herbs are cut into pieces to form a powder. Use one *qian* (unit of volume) of water, decoct until three-tenths remains, and administer.
[Zhang Huan] Tao Ren Tang (Peach Kernel Decoction)
Tao Ren (Pruni Persicae Semen) (soaked in hot water, remove skin and tips, remove double-kernel ones, stir-fried with wheat bran until slightly yellow), Bie Jia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum) (roasted with rendered fat until slightly yellow, remove the skirt-like edges. Each 1 *liang*), Gui Xin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix), Chi Fu Ling (Poria cum Rubro), Chuan Sheng Ma (Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix) (each 0.5 *liang*).
The above herbs are made into a coarse powder. Take 1 *qian* per dose, add a small *qian* of water, decoct until five-tenths remains, strain, and take warm. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
*Quansheng Zhimi* (Complete Life Guide) Bie Jia Tang (Turtle Shell Decoction)
Bie Jia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum) (soaked in hot water, scraped clean, roasted with vinegar until yellow), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (remove bark), Chang Shan (Dichroae Radix), Chai Hu (Bupleuri Radix) (remove seedlings. Each 1 *liang*), Mu Li (Ostreae Concha) (0.5 *liang*, fired until red-hot).
The above herbs are made into a coarse powder. Take 5 *qian* per dose, add two *qian* of water, decoct until one *qian* remains, strain, and take warm.
[Zhang Huan] Wu Mei Dan (Mume Pill): Treats severe cold-predominant malaria in children.
Wu Mei Rou (Semen Mume) (1 *liang*, dried by stir-frying), Mu Ding Xiang (Eugeniae Caryophyllata Flos), Gan Qi (Resina Crotonis), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Gui Xin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (each 0.5 *liang*. The above are pounded and sifted into a coarse powder, then blown in as dust), She Xiang (Moschus) (2.5 *qian*, finely ground).
Mix the above ingredients evenly, blend with refined honey, and form pills the size of millet seeds. Take 10 pills per dose, administered with gruel drink. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
*Quansheng Zhimi* (Complete Life Guide) Xuan Fu Hua Wan (Inula Pill)
Xuan Fu Hua (Inulae Flos), Gui Xin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Zhi Shi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) (stir-fried with bran), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each 0.5 *fen*), Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (each 0.6 *fen*), Fu Ling (Poria), Ye Lang Du (Stellerae Radix), Wu Tou (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (processed, remove skin), Fan Shi (Alumen) (fired for one *fu* [approx. 2 hours]. Each 0.8 *fen*), Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (remove seedlings), Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (wrapped in wet paper, baked), Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix), Ting Li (Lepidii Semen) (stir-fried), Hou Po (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) (remove rough bark, processed with ginger juice), Wu Zhu Yu (Evodiae Fructus) (stir-fried), Yuan Hua (Genkwa Flos) (stir-fried), Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (washed. Each 0.4 *fen*), Gan Sui (Kansui Radix) (0.3 *fen*, stir-fried).
The above herbs are made into a fine powder, blended with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of wutong seeds. Administer 3 pills with rice drink; if ineffective, increase to 7 pills. For children, administer 2 pills the size of yellow millet.
Ban Liu Wan (Pinellia and Sulfur Pill)
Ban Xia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (washed seven times with hot water, 3 *liang*), Liu Huang (Sulfur) (2 *liang*, ground and purified).
The above herbs are made into powder. Form pills using flour paste boiled in fresh ginger juice, the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, administered with rice drink, at any time. For children, administer 3-5 pills the size of millet seeds.
