[Xue Ji] Infantile yellow fluid sticky sores are caused by wind-heat and accumulated heat in the Liver and Spleen meridians. If the pathogen is in the exterior manifesting as pain and itching, mild cases use Xijiao Xiaodu San (Rhinoceros Horn Detoxification Powder), and severe cases use Lianqiao Fangfeng Tang (Forsythia and Saposhnikovia Decoction). If the pathogen is in the interior with constipation, mild cases use Jiawei Jiedu San (Nine-Ingredient Detoxification Powder), and severe cases use Da Lianqiao Yin (Large Forsythia Drink).
