For each liang (approx. 30g) of the base formula, add Rhizoma Rhei Preparatum (Dahuang) 2 qian (6g), Fructus Gardeniae Jasminoidis (Zhizi) 2 qian (6g), and Poria Cocos Powder (Fuling Mo) 2 qian bi (approx. 6g). If muscle twitching is present, mix in Radix Notopterygii (Qianghuo) powder 1 qian (3g). The *Neijing* states: "Muscle twitching is called slight wind." If wind pathogen injures the Lung, causing cough and rapid breathing, for each liang of the base formula, add Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatae (Banxia), Radix Platycodi Grandiflori (Jiegeng), and Herba Asteris Tatarici (Ziwang) 2 qian (6g) each. If due to traumatic injury, with joint pain and stagnant evil blood in the abdomen not discharging, for each liang of the base formula, add Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) and Rhizoma Rhei Preparatum (Dahuang) 3.5 qian (10.5g) each, mixed with Pulvis Myrrhae (Moyao) and Pulvis Olibani (Ruxiang) 2 qian (6g) each. To resolve four-season cold damage and internal/external injuries, for each liang of the base formula, add Yi Yuan San (Benefit-Origin Powder) 1 liang, ten stalks of Bulbus Allii Cepae (Congbai), one he of Sal Fermentatum (Yanchi), and half a liang of Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens (Shengjiang). After vomiting, take the remaining half, slightly heated. Perspiration will lead to immediate resolution. If wind-stroke occurs after drinking alcohol, with body heat and severe headache as if bursting, add Caulis Coptidis Dissectae Cum Ramis (Huanglian Xu) 2 qian and ten stalks of Bulbus Allii Cepae (Congbai); follow this method for immediate cure.
