Liu Tingrui Tongsheng San Has Amomi Fructus, no Mirabilite, rest are the same. Because Liu Tingrui received the master's secret from Mr. Hejian Shouzhen, studied for two years, then received the formula, this can be taken as a standard and basis for use. Moreover, Liu Tingrui used it to treat diseases with 100% success rate, why doubt it? Therefore recorded. Previously, Liu Tingrui modified the medicine temporarily according to his mind, strictly following the previous method: add half liang of ginger-prepared Pinellia Rhizoma for cough.
If labor sweat meets wind, cold condenses into Li, stagnation leads to acne. This is labor sweat coming from xuanku, condensed lipid. Remove Mirabilite, double Paeoniae Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix to disperse wind in xuanku, should harmonize Ying and Wei. Commonly called wind thorns, or generate urticaria, red or white, double Ephedrae Herza, Salted Soybeans, and Scallion White to induce sweating, remove Ephedrae Herza joints. Also remove Mirabilite, because salty enters blood and coagulates internally, so do not use it. After sweating, according to the previous formula add Siwu Tang and Huanglian Jiedu Tang, drink the three medicines together, twice a day. So *Neijing* says: Disperse with bitter, as heat is in muscle surface connecting to interior.
For dysuria and retention, remove Ephedrae Herza, add Talcum and Forsythiae Fructus, mix 1 qian of Aucklandiae Radix powder into the decoction. Ephedrae Herza acts on exterior, not interior, so remove it. For wandering pain in waist and hypochondrium, add Niter, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 2 qian per dose, mix with Plantaginis Seed Powder and Lygodii Sporus Powder, each 1 qian. So the classic says: Waist is the mansion of Kidney. For tetanus, if in exterior, disperse with acrid; if in interior, purge with bitter, combined with dispersion. After sweating and purging, unblock Ying and Blood, expel wind pathogen. For every 1 liang, add 2 qian of Schizonepetae Spica and 2 qian of Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma, mix with 1 qian of Scorpio Powder and 1 qian of Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix Powder...
