萆 厘清饮（《杨氏》） 治真元不固，不时白浊或小便频数，凝如膏糊等证。
益智仁 川萆 石菖蒲 乌药（各等分）
上 咀，每服四钱，水一盏，入盐一捻，煎七分，食前温服。一方，加茯苓、甘草。
苍白二陈汤 即二陈汤加二术。（痰饮。）
四苓散（溲血。）
玄菟丹（《和剂》） 治三消渴利神药。常服禁遗精，止白浊，延年。

口干燥，目暗耳鸣，心忪气短，夜梦惊恐，精神困倦，喜怒无常，悲忧不乐，饮食无味，举
动乏力，心腹胀满，脚膝痿缓，小便滑数，房室不举，股内湿痒，水道涩痛，小便出血，时
有遗沥，并宜服之，久服填骨髓，续绝伤，补五脏，去万病，明视听，益颜色，轻身延年，聪耳明目。

珍珠粉丸（见遗精。）
秘真丹 治思想无穷，所愿不协，意淫于外，作劳筋绝，发为筋痿，及为白淫，遗
溲而下，故为劳弱。

金樱子（去子洗净，甑中蒸熟，用汤淋之，取汁入银铫内，慢火熬稀膏，和芡粉） 芡实肉（研为粉，
各等分）
上以前膏同酒糊为丸，如桐子大。每服三十丸，食前温酒下。一方，用乳汁丸，盐汤下。
赤脚道人龙骨丸 治白浊。
龙骨 牡蛎（各半两）
上研为末，入鲫鱼腹内，湿纸裹，入火内炮熟，取出去纸，将药同鱼肉搜和丸，如
桐子大。每服三十丸，空心米饮送下。鲫鱼不拘大小，只着尽上件药为度。更加茯苓、远
志（各半两），尤佳。
地黄丸 治心肾水火不济，或因酒色，遂至已甚，谓之土淫。盖脾有虚热而肾不足，故
土邪干水。先贤常言∶夏则土燥而水浊，冬则土坚而水清，此其理也。医者往往峻补，其
疾反甚。此方中和，水火既济，而土自坚，其流清矣。

子午丸 治心肾俱虚，梦寐惊悸，体常自汗，烦闷短气，悲忧不乐，消渴引饮，漩
下赤白，停凝浊甚，四肢无力，面黄肌瘦，耳鸣眼昏，头晕，恶风怯寒，并皆治之。

上为细末，用肉苁蓉一斤二两，酒蒸烂，研为膏和丸，如桐子大，朱砂为衣。每服五
十丸，空心浓煎萆 汤下。忌劳力房事，专心服饵，渴止浊清，自有奇效。
通灵散 治心气不足，小便滑，赤白二浊。
益智仁 白茯苓 白术（各等分）
上为细末，每服二钱，不拘时用白汤或温酒调服。
虚惫便浊，滴地成霜方
莲肉（去心） 干藕节 龙骨 远志（各一两） 白矾（枯） 灵砂（各二钱半）
上为细末，糯米糊为丸，梧子大。每服十五丸，食前白汤下。
小温金散 治心肾虚热，小便赤白淋沥，或不时自汗等证。
人参 莲肉（去心） 巴戟肉 益智仁 黄 （蜜炙） 萆 （酒浸，炒） 麦门冬（去心） 赤茯苓
（去皮） 甘草（炙。各一钱）
上用灯芯十茎，枣一枚，水煎服。
Qingxin Lianzi Yin (Clear the Heart and Lotus Seed Decoction) [from *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*]: Treats deficiency of Heart Qi with internal heat, resulting in red and turbid urine.
Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed), Digupi (Lycii Cortex), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, each 1 qian), Shilianrou (Nelumbinis Semen), Baifuling (Poria with Wood), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, each 7.5 fen).
Another prescription adds Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) and Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, each 1 qian).
The above herbs are decocted separately with 20 grains of Maidong and two cups of water until reduced to one cup. The liquid is cooled in cold water and taken warm on an empty stomach. If fever is present, add Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) and Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba).
Bixie Fenqing Yin (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Decoction for Clearing Turbidity) [from *Yangshi Jiayang Fang*]: Treats insecurity of the Kidney's primordial essence, manifesting as intermittent white turbidity or frequent urination, with urine coagulating like paste or gruel.
Yizhiren (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus), Chuan Bixie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Wuyao (Linderae Radix, equal parts).
The above herbs are crushed into coarse powder. Each dose consists of 4 qian, decocted with one cup of water and a pinch of salt until reduced to 0.7 cup. Take warm before meals. Another prescription adds Fuling (Poria) and Gancao (Licorice Root).
Cangbai Erchen Tang: This is Erchen Tang added with Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) and Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma). [Indicated for Phlegm-Fluid retention.]
Siling San (Four-Ling Powder): [Indicated for Hematuria.]
Xuantu Dan (Black Tortoise and Dodder Pill) [from *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*]: A divine medicine for treating Sanxiao (Three Excesses) and polyuria. Regular consumption prevents nocturnal emission, stops white turbidity, and prolongs life.
Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine until soft, ground while damp, dried and roasted, powder reserved separately, 10 liang), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, soaked in wine, powdered separately and weighed, 7 liang), Baifuling (Poria with Wood), Gan Lianrou (Dried Nelumbinis Semen, each 3 liang).
Grind all into fine powder. Separately grind dried Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) powder (6 liang). Use the remaining wine from soaking the Tusizi, add more wine, boil into a paste, and mix with the powder. Pound thousands of times. Form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, on an empty stomach before meals, with rice drink.
Bawei Wan (Eight-Ingredient Pill): [Indicated for Deficiency Labor.]
Xiao Tusizi Wan (Small Dodder Pill) [from *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*]: Treats Kidney Qi deficiency, Five Labors and Seven Injuries, tightness and urgency in the lower abdomen, soreness and pain in the four limbs, dark complexion, dry lips and mouth, dim vision and tinnitus, palpitations and shortness of breath, night dreams with fright, mental fatigue, mood swings, sadness and unhappiness, loss of appetite, weakness in movement, abdominal distension and fullness, flaccidity and weakness of feet and knees, slippery and frequent urination, impotence, dampness and itching in the inner thighs, painful and obstructed urinary tract, hematuria, and occasional post-micturition dribbling. All these conditions are suitable for this formula. Long-term use fills the marrow, heals severe injuries, tonifies the Five Zang organs, eliminates myriad diseases, clarifies hearing and vision, improves complexion, lightens the body, prolongs life, and sharpens hearing and eyesight.
Shilianrou (Nelumbinis Semen, 2 liang), Baifuling (Poria with Wood, roasted, 1 liang), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine and ground, 5 liang), Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, 2 liang, mixed with 7.5 fen of paste made from starch).
Grind into fine powder. Use Shan Yao paste to bind and form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 50 pills per dose with warm wine or salted water, on an empty stomach. If there is weakness in the feet and knees, take with Mugua (Chaenomeles Fructus) decoction, and take another dose after evening meal.

Neibu Lurong Wan (Internal Tonifying Deer Antler Pill) [from *Baojian*, same below]: Treats damage from labor and excessive thinking, deficiency of Yin and Yang Qi, benefits Essence, and stops Baiyin (white discharge).
Lurong (Deer Antler, prepared with butter), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine, steamed and dried), Jili (Tribuli Fructus, stir-fried), Shayuan Jili (Astragali Complanati Semen), Roucongrong (Cistanches Stem), Ziwan (Asternatis Radix), Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus, soaked in wine, steamed), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Sangpiaoxiao (Mantis Egg Case), Yangqishi (Actinolite), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed), Guanzi Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus, equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Bind with refined honey to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 30 pills per dose before meals with warm wine.
Futu Wan (Poria and Dodder Pill): Treats excessive thinking causing Heart and Kidney deficiency, insecurity of True Yang, post-micturition dribbling, white turbid urine, and frequent seminal emissions during sleep.
Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine, 5 liang), Shilianzi (Stones of Lotus Seed, shelled, 2 liang), Baifuling (Poria with Wood, peeled, 3 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Bind with wine paste to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 30-50 pills per dose on an empty stomach with salted water.
Jinbo Wan (Gold Foil Pill): Treats deficiency of the Lower Jiao, white discharge in urine, vivid dreams at night, and seminal emission.
Yuanchan'e (Silkworm Moth), Poguozhi (Psoraleae Fructus, stir-fried), Jiuizi (Allii Tuberosi Semen, stir-fried), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, soaked in wine), Roucongrong (Cistanches Stem), Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Sangpiaoxiao (Mantis Egg Case), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine, equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Bind with refined honey to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 30 pills per dose on an empty stomach with warm wine.
Wagua San (Trichosanthes Cucumerina Powder): Treats spontaneous urination resembling rice wash water, indicating Kidney deficiency.
Wagagen (Trichosanthes Cucumerina Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex, each 1 liang), Baishizhi (Kaolinite), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine), Moli (Ostreae Concha, wrapped in salt mud, fired red, cooled, mud removed, each 2 liang).
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with Barley Water decoction. Take three times daily before meals.
Zhenzhu Fen Wan (Pearl Powder Pill) (see "Nocturnal Emission").
Shizhen Dan (Secret True Pill): Treats endless thinking, unfulfilled desires, external lust, labor-induced tendon damage leading to Tendon Flaccidity, and Baiyin (white discharge) with spermatorrhea, thus termed Labor Weakness.
Yangjingtan (Sheep Tibia Charcoal, fired red and sealed), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, ginger-processed, each 3 liang), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Bind with wine-boiled paste to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach with warm wine.
Lianshi Wan (Lotus Seed Pill): Treats deficiency-cold of the Lower Origin and white discharge in urine.
Lianshi (Nelumbinis Semen, shelled), Bajitian (Morindae Radix, heart removed), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, peeled and de-navelled), Buguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus, stir-fried, each 2 liang), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Fupenzi (Rubiae Fructus, each 1 liang), Longgu (Fossilized Bones, ground, 0.5 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Bind with boiled rice paste to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 20 pills, increasing to 30, on an empty stomach with salted water.
Longgu Tang (Fossilized Bones Decoction): Treats white discharge in urine, seminal emission, and spontaneous leakage without cause.
Longgu (Fossilized Bones, 5 liang, ground separately), Moli (Ostreae Concha, calcined), Guanzi Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus, bark removed), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Baifuling (Poria with Wood, peeled), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, each 2 liang).
Make into a powder. Take 5 qian bi (spoonfuls) per dose, decoct with 1.5 cups of water until reduced to 0.8 cup. Strain and take on an empty stomach.
Supplementary Prescriptions
Jiawei Qingxin Yin (Added Clear Heart Decoction): Treats guest-heat and irritability in the Heart, red and turbid urine with fatty sediment.
Baifuling (Poria with Wood, peeled), Shilianrou (Nelumbinis Semen, each 1.5 qian), Yizhiren (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, radix tip removed), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, soaked in water, heart removed, stir-fried with ginger juice), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, each 1 qian).
One dose: decoct with 2 cups of water and 20 stems of Dengxin Cao (Junci Medullae) until reduced to 1 cup. Take before meals. If heat is present, add a small amount of Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba).
Lianzi Liuyi Tang (Lotus Seed Six-to-One Decoction): Treats red and turbid urine due to Heart Heat.
Shilianrou (Nelumbinis Semen, with heart, 6 liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, 1 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose on an empty stomach, mixed with Dengxin Cao (Junci Medullae) decoction.
Xiangling San (Fragrant Poria Powder) [from *Defang*]: Treats red and turbid urine in men and women when other medicines fail.
Wuling San (Five-Ling Powder), Chen Sha Miaoxiang San (Cinnabar Wonderful Fragrance Powder).
Mix evenly. Take 1 large qian mixed with Tian Maidong (Asparagi Radix) and Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, hearts removed) decoction on an empty stomach. Take three times daily; cure will be immediate.
Longchi Buxin Tang (Dragon Tooth Tonifying Heart Decoction): Treats various deficiencies, deficiency-type tidal fever, startled Heart Spirit, restless sleep, and oily turbid urine.
Longchi (Dragon Tooth, ground separately, calcined), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, radix tip removed), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, washed and dried), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, soaked in wine and dried), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, radix tip removed), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, stir-fried), Baifuling (Poria with Wood, peeled), Fushen (Poria with Pine Root, bark and wood removed), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, bark removed), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed), Mian Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, soaked in water, heart removed, ginger-processed and stir-fried), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, bran-stir-fried), Banxiaqu (Pinelliae Fermentum), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, each 1 qian), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, 0.5 qian).
One dose: decoct with 2 cups of water, 3 slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), and a pinch of Jingmi (Oryza Sativa Germine) until reduced to 1 cup. Take at any time.
Rui Lian Wan (Auspicous Lotus Pill): Treats Heart injury from excessive thinking, resulting in red turbidity in stool/urine.
Baifuling (Poria with Wood, peeled), Shilianrou (Nelumbinis Semen, heart removed, stir-fried), Longgu (Fossilized Bones, raw), Tiandong (Asparagi Radix, heart removed), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed), Baiziren (Biota Semen, stir-fried, ground separately), Zhiyanshi (Pyritum, fire-calcined, finely ground), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, boiled with Licorice, heart removed), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, radix tip removed, soaked in wine), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, stir-fried), Longchi (Dragon Tooth, each 1 liang), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Resina, 0.5 liang, ground separately).
Grind into fine powder. Bind with refined honey to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Coat with Zhusha (Cinnabar). Take 70 pills per dose on an empty stomach with warm wine or Jujube Decoction.
Yuanzhi Wan (Polygala Pill): Treats red and turbid urine with miraculous effect.

Grind into fine powder. Bind with Green Salt Wine Paste to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 20 pills per dose before meals with warm wine or rice drink.
Shuilu Erxian Dan (Water and Land Two Immortals Pill): Treats white turbidity.
Jinyingzi (Chrysobalanus Fructus, seeds removed, washed, steamed in steamer, rinsed with water, juice extracted and boiled in silver pot over slow fire to thick paste, mixed with Qianfen), Qianshi (Euryales Semen, ground into powder, equal parts).

Chi Jiao Daoren Longgu Wan (Barefoot Daoist's Fossilized Bones Pill): Treats white turbidity.
Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Moli (Ostreae Concha, each 0.5 liang).
Grind into powder. Place inside a crucian carp, wrap in wet paper, roast in fire until cooked. Remove paper, mix medicine with fish meat to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 30 pills per dose on an empty stomach with rice drink. Carp size is flexible, just enough to hold the medicine. Adding Fuling (Poria) and Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, each 0.5 liang) is even better.
Dihuang Wan (Rehmannia Pill): Treats failure of interaction between Heart Fire and Kidney Water, or excess due to alcohol and sexual indulgence, termed Earth Hyperactivity. Because the Spleen has deficient heat and the Kidney is insufficient, Earth pathogen interferes with Water. Ancients said: In summer, Earth is dry and Water is turbid; in winter, Earth is firm and Water is clear. This is the principle. Physicians often use harsh tonification, which worsens the disease. This formula is moderate; it harmonizes Fire and Water, firms the Earth, and clears the flow.
Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 10 liang, steamed nine times, sun-dried nine times), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine), Lujiaoshuang (Deer Antler Glue Dregs, each 5 liang), Fuling (Poria, peeled), Baiziren (Biota Semen, each 3 liang), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, peeled and de-navelled, 1 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Separately boil Lujiaojiao (Deer Antler Glue) to make paste and bind pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 100 pills per dose on an empty stomach with salted wine.
Ziwu Wan (Midnight-Noon Pill): Treats dual deficiency of Heart and Kidney, dream-disturbed palpitations, spontaneous sweating, irritability and shortness of breath, sadness and unhappiness, wasting-thirst with excessive drinking, red and white urine with severe stagnation and turbidity, limb weakness, sallow complexion and emaciation, tinnitus and blurred vision, dizziness, aversion to wind and fear of cold. All are treated by this formula.
Feizi (Torreya Semen, shelled, 2 liang), Lianrou (Nelumbinis Semen, heart removed), Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus), Bailonggu (White Fossilized Bones), Chuan Bajitian (Morindae Radix, heart removed), Poguozhi (Psoraleae Fructus, stir-fried), Zhen Hupo (True Amber, ground separately), Kuchushi (Toosendan Fructus, shelled), Baifan (Alumen, calcined), Chifuling (Red Poria, peeled), Baifuling (White Poria, peeled), Lianhuaxu (Lotus Stamen, salt-steamed), Qianshi (Euryales Semen), Baimoli (White Oyster Shell, calcined), Wen Ge (Clam Shell, each 1 liang), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1.5 liang, ground separately into powder).
Grind into fine powder. Use 1 jin 2 liang of Roucongrong (Cistanches Stem), steamed in wine until soft, ground into paste to bind pills the size of sesame seeds, coated with Zhusha (Cinnabar). Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach with strong decoction of Bixie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma). Avoid labor and sexual activity. Take sincerely; when thirst stops and turbidity clears, miraculous effects will appear.
Tongling San (Spirit-Connecting Powder): Treats insufficiency of Heart Qi, slippery urination, and red and white turbidity.
Yizhiren (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus), Baifuling (Poria with Wood), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose at any time, mixed with plain water or warm wine.
Formula for Deficiency Exhaustion and Turbid Urine that Turns to Frost on the Ground
Lianrou (Nelumbinis Semen, heart removed), Gan Oujiem (Dried Nymphaeae Nelumbonis Rhizomatis Node), Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, each 1 liang), Baifan (Alumen, calcined), Lingsha (Calamine Cinnabar, each 2.5 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Bind with glutinous rice paste to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 15 pills per dose before meals with plain water.
Xiao Wenjin San (Minor Warming Metal Powder): Treats Heart and Kidney deficient heat, red and white dripping urination, or spontaneous sweating at times.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Lianrou (Nelumbinis Semen, heart removed), Bajirou (Morindae Cortex), Yizhiren (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried), Bixie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma, soaked in wine and stir-fried), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed), Chifuling (Red Poria, peeled), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, each 1 qian).
Decoct with 10 stems of Dengxin Cao (Junci Medullae) and one Jujube in water. Take orally.
